Terry Dicken Windows is widely praised for friendly communication, competitive pricing, and high-quality installations ranging from replacement windows to Edwardian conservatory roofs. Many customers appreciate their polite fitters and tidy finished results. However, experiences can occasionally falter, with isolated reports of poor tradesman conduct and fitting delays caused by measuring errors.
Rude and inconsiderate tradesmen.
We have used Terry Dickens before and always been very satisfied. This time however things weren't so good. It took the rep three visits easthe windows. When the fitter arrived t fit and had to be remade downst s windows were fine. The two upstairs windows didn't fit and had to be remade and it was a couple of weeks before they were fitted. We were very pleased with the fitters
Have just had the conservatory roof changed from a lean to with polycarbonate panels to an Edwardian glass roof very pleased with it. Highly recommend this firm.
