Duggie was absolutely fantastic and came out to us within an hour of calling. Sorted new lock and keys at a fraction of the cost of other quotes. Would highly recommend thank you again duggie.
Dougie was amazing! We were on holiday , and he helped us out massively by fixing a stuck sliding door - very quickly! He was a life saver! Thank you very much!
Fast service and a really nice person. Will be calling again when needed. Highly recommend.
A quick glance at existing reviews online for ACQ & Dougie immediately filled me me with confidence to contact them when I locked myself out of my house this morning before going to work. From my initial enquiry, later in the afternoon, to my being back inside my house, less than an hour had elapsed. Dougie presented an affable, approachable but professional demeanour that at once put me at ease with the additional assurance that he would set about the task without fuss. The sense of relief that came with my front door opening not long afterwards made paying the bill a pleasure. Beyond that, Dougie made sure that my key still worked and that the lock had not been damaged in the process. He further offered his services should any problems reveal themselves at a later date. A highly recommended world class service, and with a smile. Contact with confidence.
I called Dougie at 7.30am having locked myself out. He arrived a little after 8am and got me back inside. Incredibly grateful for how quickly he was able to attend and so friendly. Thank you!

Came quickly, communicated efficiently and let me into my flat with ease. Friendly manner made me feel slightly less embarrassed about having locked myself out. 10/10, hopefully won't need to call again but would highly recommend if needed!
Excellent and very prompt service by ACQ Locksmiths Ltd. Winchester. I could not lock a uPVC door and this very experienced Locksmith (Dougie) quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Very honest guy too, did not try to sell me any new parts just worked his magic for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend him.

Nothing was too much trouble and all done neatly and efficiently. All left very clean and tidy. We have used ACQ 3 times ourselves and can’t recommend them enough….
