The Certified Window Co Ltd

You cannot get a more perfect fit of windows! This man gets booked up but the wait is so worth the quality you get. We are so happy with the finished result of our bay windows ! Perfect joins, perfect finish and perfect end result. This company are clean, tidy and leave you feeling truly satisfied with your purchase. Highly recommend!!

Just had Scott along to replace the doors out onto a balcony with a lovely pair of quality french doors. Along with a replacement bathroom window, we are really really pleased! Can't recommend Scott highly enough. His attention to detail is exceptional & the quality of the installation first class. Thanks Scott! We'll be calling you soon for other work! Cheers, Don & Clare.

We Can't thank Scott enough for his quality of his workmanship and standard of finish. From first meeting Scott to measure and quote, he made great suggestions that we hadn't thought of , the idea of Ogee trim was just what was needed to enhance the finish. The bay window is stunning Scott spent a long time on perfecting the Mitres of the finish. The Windows themselves are a very good standard along with the choice of handles. We instantly noticed the noise and draft reduction . If you are looking for replacement windows ,doors and cladding look no further, Scott is a perfectionist. We would recommend Scott to anyone. Thankyou Certified Window Company.

I had so many different companies coming round using the usual selling chat (friends discount if i sign now etc) which got annoying in the end. From getting these companies to do various doors in our house, i've found they are just interested in commission and the after sales service is awful when something goes wrong. A few of our surrounding neighbours had Scott replace their windows and they looked amazing, so I enquired with him and he came round and measured up. Very nice guy and gives his honest opinion on what would look good. His workmanship is second to none and there is nothing I would fault. The windows have transformed our house and if you have to wait for him to do them, its well worth the wait. Scott has a very good reputation on our estate and i'd recommend him to anyone who is looking for excellent quality windows and workmanship. Dont go with the big companies that work on commissions! If theyre cold calling - its for a reason.

We had a half bay window & sliding patio door fitted to replace originals. Scott did the work by himself on 17th & 18th June when the weather was really hot. He worked in a very professional manor & was so tidy cleaning up as he went along. Scott was very helpful & gave us good advise when we chose our windows & patio door.We are so pleased with the finished result & would highly recommend The Certified Window Co Ltd for work that we need in the near future. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done Scott! Many thanks Denise & Brian Sears

Scott built our conservatory with insulated roof just before Christmas and we are over the moon with the room! He was a pleasure to have working in our house, always polite and friendly which is crucial when working in a family home. We were equally happy with the team he provided for the full construction, all happy to answer questions and put our minds at ease. We would certainly recommend Scott to anyone, he comes across as very conscientious and meticulous in his work with our finished room looking amazing 🤩

Just had a new front door fitted by Scott, excellent fitting of the door can’t fault his professionalism and cleanliness thoroughly recommend him.

Scott is an absolute perfectionist. He has worked incredibly hard to make my leaking tatty old conservatory look like new. Also replaced my front door and porch which now looks amazing. lots of compliments from my neighbours. Very competitive prices too. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be using Scott again

Scott and Clive were brilliant. Good clean, polite workers. We are so pleased with the finished room. He replaced all the windows and doors and replaced the old roof with a fully insulated one, so we can use the room all year. The difference in warmth and noise is amazing. Highly recommend.

Did a great job repairing my conservatory. Quick, responsive and really knew his stuff. Thanks Scott

Scott did an amazing job at our house. He is a clean and tidy worker, and his attention to detail is excellent. All the windows were installed with proper insulation, and the fascia trimming is perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending his Company.

Just to add this is my place that Scott has done. From start to finish, Scott and his team have been outstanding. Unlike salesman that came to quote Scott gave us his ideas on what he felt would work best, as if it was his. Always clean during and after a day's work. Nothing was a problem, especially when we asked for adjustments or for things to be added. To be honest, a pleasure from start to finish and Mike is a master with a plaster trawl. Both Scott and Sam grafted throughout and has made the entire process stress free. Just a couple of bits to finish off tomorrow. If you want any window, door or similar to our work, I can't recommend Scott and his boys enough, plus they are great a looking after a dog to!!!! Just down to me now to paint and decorate!!! Hugely impressed, many thanks

Thank you Scott for your advice and suggestions made on your original visit. We knew within a very short time then that we wanted you to replace our windows, compared to other companies we had had quotations from. We are so pleased with the quality of the products and also the care and attention to detail that both you and Sam gave. The improvement in less traffic noise is very noticeable, just as you said it would be, as well as changing the look of our home. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone thinking of upgrading their windows, especially if they want a genuine local company that cares.

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister Annie and this is what she said: 1930's patio door/ windows, also kitchen windows+ door, all completely removed and transformed with beautiful up to-date French doors with sidelights+kitchen windows+door. What seemed an almost impossible task, with a lot of upheaval ~thanks to Scott+Sam's professional workmanship, made the whole job look effortless! They were both extremely efficient, hard working, conscientious, worked to perfection, were neat+tidy+had everything done+finished within a few hours. The quality of the products are second to none. I highly recommend the Certified Window Company to anyone who is looking not only for the very best price but also for an honest reliable service. From the first moment Scott came to measure up, to fitting, to completion,I am absolutely delighted. Scott is a total perfectionist with an artistic eye for detail. Thank you Scott+Sam!

Scott has been fitting my windows for the past 13 years, and his professionalism and workmanship are second to none. He consistently does a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a window fitter.

Just had all my windows and doors replaced by CWC (The Certified Window Company). They have done a fantastic job. So professional, considerate and good eye for detail. We highly recommend them.

We needed to replace an old leaky conservatory. We obtained 3 quotes one of which was CWC which was recommended to us. When Scott came to measure up we were impressed by his thoroughness. The work was carried out quickly and every day the area was left clean and tidy. We are really pleased with the end product.

Embarking on a project such as new windows can be a daunting prospect and one that requires a great deal of trust. From the first point of contact it was clear how knowledgeable and highly accomplished Scott is in his field. I had specific needs (and wants) for my property - each aspect of these were discussed, agreed and executed with absolute precision - the final result has far exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a business that genuinely wants the best result as much as you do. I have recommended CWC to several individuals and will continue to do so... they should be the first call you make. Huge thanks to Scott and Sam!

Fantastic job on new facias and gutters completed by The Certified Window Co. Thanks to Scott and Sam, who have totally transformed our property. Both are perfectionists in their work and the result is a quality finish. Highly recommend these guys to anyone

Scott removed an old upvc bay window and replaced with a modern unit and a composite front door, he did a really super job and his finishing, repairing of render around window and door inside and out etc, was brilliant, would definitely recommend 😊

Fitted new front door - had already had CWC replace whole house double glazing - would highly recommend- Clean, tidy, very thorough and professional - the complete 5star service.

Super happy that these guys came to fit our windows, we could tell from the moment we opened the door that they were a professional team and they did not disappoint. These guys completed the window fitting in a good time and did not rush a finish, the attention to detail and the finish was noticeable and I am super happy with the final result. Thanks guys. Chris.

We are so pleased with our windows. Scott really listened to what we wanted and the outcome is amazing! The finish is immaculate and we love how he managed to make the windows look like the originals with a wood grain effect. You can really tell Scott is a perfectionist! An honest, hardworking and professional team that you can really trust to get the job done properly. A local business we were happy to support and will use again! Thank you so much.

Scotts attention to detail and finish make him first class. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thanks again

Scott and his team are very professional. Our new front door was fitted to the highest of stranded. And we were very grateful that he fitted a couple of windows that didn’t open. We were more than happy.

I had all the windows replaced in my 3 bedroom flat. Scott came out, gave me a very reasonable price and then did a great job. I'm so pleased with the finish. Can't fault it. Thank you so much guys.

From day one Scott and his team went above and beyond! We are absolutely delighted with their installation of our new windows and front door. Their work is outstanding and their attention to detail makes the finish & service of the highest quality. Scott and his team are committed to great service and were very friendly. I'd highly recommend them!

Scott is friendly and carries out all of his work to the Highest of Standards. He works hard to provide the best results to all customers and clients which is carried out immaculately and he always has great suggestions of many ideas that will fit perfect for your project. I highly recommend using this company and will continue to refer to all friends and family.

What can I say about Scott and The Certified Window Co. We had a lot of window installers out when looking to decide on who to use and from the first 5 minutes, we knew it would be Scott. He wasn’t pushy in any way, actually listened to what we were looking for and provided us with ideas we hadn’t thought of. When it came to the actual installation, when we came back from work each day; it was like he hadn’t been there - it was kept so neat and tidy. Hugely impressed I have to say. There were some issues with the window manufacturer but Scott kept us updated at all times and even managed to assist in organising a discount from them even though it had nothing to do with him. Overall - a brilliant job, brilliantly done and would massively recommend Scott for that more personal, customer service led approach. Thank you Scott - you’re welcome to pop in for a coffee whenever you’re next in our neck of the woods. Dom, Sam and Dexter

Thank you for supplying and fitting a new patio door at Beltinge Day Nursery. Highly recommend this company, very professional, very helpful and tidied up, very impressed.

Scott is an absolute perfectionist. I had my fascia and soffits done this week and wow they are just amazing! I have now ordered bi-fold doors with CWC. I would definitely highly recommend Scott. Thanks again

Thank you Scott for fitting our new windows, very professional and a very reasonable price. Excellent job would not hesitate to recommend and we will definately be using him again for some more home improvements we have in mind.

We’ve just had our new front door done and it looks amazing. He is such a friendly guy and the price was very very reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you!

100% recommend this company. Fantastic job, very professional and neat and tidy.

Very happy with our new conservatory roof with blue tinted glass. I would highly recommend The Certified Window Company

10/10 - excellent professional service even during the COVID-19 situation, was kept fully up to date with what was happening (ordered just before lockdown 🤦🏽‍♀️) Amazing customer service, very accommodating and really excellent product and fit. Very neat and cleaned up after to a high standard. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

The service provided by Scott was exceptional, his communication was excellent and he made sure my new front door was exactly what I wanted. He was mindful to keep any mess to a minimum and was very clean and tidy throughout the installation of the new front door. I am very happy with the new front door and I would 100% recommend.

This company was recommended by a member of my family . We contacted Scott and he came round 2 days later looked at what we wanted took measurements and went away to get information and prices for us. Just before Christmas we heard back from Scott with a very competitive price so we decided after looking at various reviews of his work to go ahead with the job. A week later just before Christmas the scaffolders arrived and erected the scaffolding so straight away in the new year all systems were go. We made sure Scott had plenty of hot drinks and where we could we tried to help too. We were kept informed all the time as to what was going on the the craftsmanship of Scott’s work was unbelievable. Now the job is finished we cannot wait to have the scaffolding down to see the true splendour of the finished job. Since having this job on the go the number of people who have walked past our house and commented on what a difference this has made to the appearance of the property is unbelievable. Once again Scott thank you for a great job done.

Scott installed a new conservatory for us replacing the old one which had the Perspex roof that was freezing in the winter and like a greenhouse in the summer. We now have the glass roof that retains all the heat in winter and cool in the summer. Very happy that we used certified window company to do the work for us and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Scott has carried out various bits for us, and all of his work has been spot on, and he is always very helpful.
