What a great company! Brilliant customer service; super professional and patient. We urgently needed a cat flap for our cat due to behavioural issues. The whole process was so quick - the quotations were pretty much instant! We were presented with a few different options and detailed explanations; so that we could decide for something suitable to our needs and pocket!! The job itself looks very nice and neat. My cat’s life was in their hands! 😂 Can't recommend this company enough! Big thank you for the great job and for making me keep my cat. I will defo come back in the future ;)

From the first contact, with Collette, for a new set of patio doors, through to providing options, care of the patient Norman (I mulled over these for months!!), the equally patient lee who came to measure up ( I had a few queries) and the fitters, Keelan and Sam, who were super polite and hard-working, it has been a pleasure dealing with this company. Very happy with my doors!!
Our first experience with Colne Valley Windows was back in the summer of 22 when the glass in our office door shattered. Sam came round & measured up & a few weeks later Lee & Gary fitted it, such a friendly firm , we thought we'll give them a call when we need the windows replacing. Move forward to September /October 23 & we decided to get the windows & doors replaced ,as they were well past their best. We called 3 companies, they were all ok, But , one stood out . Norman in the office was excellent as the designer & Charley was very much on the ball. Gary , Sam & Keelan fitted the Windows & doors & you could not want a better team, they were Brilliant, cleaned up every day & kept the mess minimal. They are a credit to the firm. We've had the windows & doors in now for 4 weeks now & they are excellent, the outside noise is now very minimal & the house is a lot warmer. Lee & Charlotte, it was a pleasure to do business with you & your team, if we could give 6 or more stars we would. If any of my friends & family ask for recommendations, your company would be the one I would put forward.
I needed to write a review to let everyone know how impressed we are with Colne valley windows. We had a few window companies come to quote us on replacing all of our old and tired windows and we had both the best quote and best feeling with Colne Valley windows. The fact that they are a local family run business helped make our decision as we value that. The guys gave us a quote and a date, made sure we were happy with the product every step of the way before the order was put through. The day came to fit them and it was like Christmas in our house just looking forward to fresh no drafty windows. The guys came on time and got to work no hesitation. They took care and made sure there was no mess left over in the house and the outside. Great guys. They finished all the windows within 2 days, which was also thoroughly impressive. They made sure we were happy with them, and any issues were rectified immediately with no fuss. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks again to everyone at Colne Valley windows. We will be in touch when we are looking to replace the front door as well!
We have just had three new windows and new front and back doors installed by Lee and his team: I can’t recommend this family run company enough - they are friendly, efficient and tidy and the quality of the work is second to none. I’d give them six stars if I could.
Amazing from start to finish. Lee was so friendly when he came round during the pandemic to give us a quote and a few weeks later we were lucky enough to have our windows and new doors fitted over 2 days. The brothers Who fitted the windows were sooo nice and friendly. Windows and handles are of high quality and myself and my husband are soo so happy with the quality of the work carried out. Even speaking to the admin side to pay and receive invoice etc I think it was Lees Wife and Daughter, they were lovely and helpful too. Recommend 100% thank you!

Colne Valley Windows recently refurbished our shop door and windows. They kept us informed during the order process and delivered an excellent and professional service. The team were all polite, worked well together and tidied as they completed the works. Excellent value for money and I have no hesitancy in recommending them.
From quotation through to completion Lee was very professional and produced high quality workmanship to an excellent standard. They were very punctual, polite and helpful with the design of a bespoke porch on the side of my mothers bungalow along with fitting two external doors and a kitchen window .
