I used Manchester Glass following an accident at a neighbours house, which broke a window at my house. It was a stressful situation but hugely helped by the extremely fast and professional service offered by Matthew and his team. A fitter came to measure up a day after a quote was requested and the price was sensible I felt. The fitter who measured up and the fitter who did the subsequent repair were very nice and very professional. Matthew also gave me some good advice about glass types. I would 100% recommend Manchester Glass and if I ever need window replacement again they will definitely be my first port of call. Thank you.

This was my first experience with the Manchester Glass team, and I must say, they are a highly professional group who excel at their work. Fast service

Matthew and his team replaced my patio window. Big piece of security glass that needed 4 people. No drama, done when they said they would and left the place clean and tidy. Even helped with a window unit that needed an adjustment. Highly recommended.

Brilliant company, very professional and lovely people to boot. They answered the phone, quickly scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and quickly resolved the problem. I called Manchester Glass for a recent situation where I needed a damaged window securing. They gave advice over the phone when I couldn't meet them in person at the time, and did a great job on site. They quickly quoted for the replacement pane, and then had that installed as soon as it was made. They spotted some hinges that needed attention at the same time, and got those ordered and installed at the same time. Fantastic workmanship and customer service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. I had 2 windows that needed repairing. Arrived on time, friendly and polite, fixed the first one within 20 mins and needed to get parts for the second one, came back the next day and fixed that one equally quickly. I had another (seemingly very reputable) company quote and they were convinced I needed 2 new windows and wanted over 10x what I paid Manchester Glass to simply repair them! Chuffed with the results - thanks very much.

I found the company to be extremely approachable and professional. Called at night, they told me to call again in the morning, a man came to measure my window the same day, they ordered the piece and about 5 days later a chap came to install the window. Price wasn't exorbitant at all, service was good and nobody mucked around, everything was done promptly. I recommend!

Good variety of glass cut to size...

Perfect catflap! I needed a made to measure double glazed window with a hole in it to all the installation of a cat flap. I was given very simple instructions on measuring up to confirm the size I needed. Even i. The middle of worldwide shortages of people and resources, it was delivered and installed exactly to spec, and I have a very happy cat!

Just let the phone ring out then hang it up without even answering it .... absolute joke considering it's only 4pm on a Saturday afternoon yet they claim they are 24hour service

Contacted manchester glass for supply of a replacement pane of glass, unfortunately they do not offer supply only. They were very responsive and put me intouch with a company which does supply only. Thanks for your help

Quick response to a school break in

I got recommended this company by a friend the previous company (The Manchester Window factory) I had to installed my windows in the first place did an dreadful job and did not put the fome in between the wall and the frames hence it was quite drafty, and noisy.they said it wasn't necessary!! I called Matthew at "Manchester glass" and he gave me a competitive quote to install the fome then we arranged a day for them to come and do the job. Paul & Paul turned up on time and did an excellent job! very nice chaps nothing was a problem to them and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't know they had been here at all. I would definitely recommend this company from start to finish they did a very good job and nice people to deal with. Miss Bell

We were given a quote for double glazed replacement units at a good price and booked for them to be fitted. Andy and Wes arrived at 11am (we were given the time as late morning). The guys were very friendly and polite. They replaced 6 double glazed units efficiently and left everything clean and tidy.
