Ordered Crittall patio doors through Three Spires, communication and fitting were all top notch…..and also quick fitting, would highly recommend.

I needed some toughened reeded glass for my front door restoration. The care taken to get the reeds correctly orientated and the general helpful nature of the staff was much appreciated. The price was in keeping with what I'd seen online and the delivery was swift, despite me saying that there was no rush. Have now taken a couple of stained glass panes to be remodelled into a single larger one. Again, the discussion with Three Spires Glass was excellent. They really are helpful and considerate, and listen to what you want. I need an aluminium framed door next. Guess I'll be back at Three Spires Glass soon!

Went round to my mum's to quote on fixing her uPVC door which required a surprising amount of shoving etc to lock and unlock. Upon speaking to my mum later that day, discovered they'd fixed it and she requested they get in touch with me about payment. I heard nothing from them so emailed them from their website's contact form saying that we probably owed them some money and they didn't charge as it didn't take very long and apparently they'd been in that area anyway. Super-generous in an era where small businesses must have taken a significant financial hit.

Three spires Glass are local to us and as builders ourselves we could not fault them, very knowledgeable established company, very very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. Cannot rate them highly enough. Will definitely be our go to company when we need glazing products.

I rang a few times and they didn't answer ,but I've been asked ?5 times for a review I've since been asked to edit this review. Though google and Three spires glass website both state that they are open on a Saturday (that's when I rang) apparently they are not, so that's why I didn't get an answer to my phonecall

TSG provided excellent service throughout and I'm very happy with the end result (new front door and window repair). No overly pushy salespeople, just a professional and friendly approach. Will use TSG again. Cheers!
