I’m really pleased with the quality of both the service and the workmanship. Simon came out the same day I called to assess the job and prepare a quote, and I didn’t have to chase for the estimate or to arrange a date for the work to be completed — which feels quite rare these days and was a refreshing change. I was very impressed with Simon’s knowledge and skill throughout. I felt confident that only the necessary work was carried out, with no upselling or pressure to spend more than needed on our less-than-perfect conservatory. Overall, a genuinely positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
