Recently used Brilliant Windows to replace my very old draughty windows and PVC door. The process from start to finish was smooth and fuss free, reached out to a few window suppliers but went with Brilliant as they were responsive and gave a reasonable quote too. Visited the show room which was a good way to get a feel for the company and products on offer. I also decided to change my PVC door and designed my desired composite door which looks so beautiful in real life, and is probably the best door on the road! The process from ordering to installation was easy and the new windows including the PVC caps to the existing wooden cills elevates the space so much better. Genuinely so glad I went with this company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows or doors, they are courteous, professional and take pride in what they deliver which is evident in the high quality finish you receive.

Just want to say thank you to Kunwar and his team on a fantastic job. My house was very dated with no double glazing. Looks like a completely new house now with new windows all the way through and a new door. This company is excellent. Their price was competitive, the installers were skilled and polite. We had 5 windows installed and a front door and we are pleased that we do not have to do any touching up of the walls around the frames. We would highly recommend.

I tried in total 3 double glazing companies and Brilliant Windows are by far better that the other two who claimed to have very good reviews. My bay window is very nice and the fitters worked tidy and clean. It was installed before the original ETA and I received a CAD and explained some options. Worth visiting the showroom too. We got the new bifold door for our gym room. It got installed on time and we are very happy with quality and sturdiness of it. After a year, right side door got misaligned a bit. I sent a simple message to Mr Kunwar and it was realigned properly by his team within days of sending he message. I would highly recommend them for windows and doors.

Poor Quality of Work. Really disappointed. UPVC Windows panes filled with moisture after 1st year and Supplier refused to take responsibility. I have to clean it every day in winters. Won't recommend to anyone.
