I can't rate Kevin highly enough, he's just great !! Always been there when I've needed him, and on a few occasions now. He is so friendly, so helpful, and so reliable and honest, you really can trust him when he gives you his price as there are a lot of over priced locksmiths out there!!! Great job as always, thank you Kevin ! ☺️☺️

Well, you may have tried the rest.....now try Kevin.......he's the best!!!

Brilliant fast efficient service. I would highly recommend. Thank you Kevin .

Picture the scene : middle of a storm, had an urgent problem with a front door with a seized mechanism, unable to open or use properly. Not a great combination. Kevin had done a number of minor jobs for us in the past so I didn't have to think for a second who to call. Kevin arrived as soon as he could, fixed the problem quickly and explained what had gone wrong and what he had done to fix it. You won't find someone who has more knowledge, or is as thorough or honest as Kevin. Do not hesitate to call him! Josh

Great service, got to us quickly and solved the problem even quicker! Thank you

Called Kevin for a somewhat urgent job as I have started renting a room out on airbnb and wanted a lock put on my bedroom door for security. Kevin was able to come round the next day to fit it. He advised me on the best lock to go for that would match the door handle. Would highly recommend. He was quick, clean and tidy.

Prompt friendly service much appreciated,

Kevin was professional, kind and fast. Was with me within the hour I called. Would highly recommend

Phoned Kevin he was here within 20 mins lock out within 10 mins new lock fitted cleaned up job done very friendly knowledgeable genuinely nice man very reasonable rate would highly recommend to anyone perfect 🤩

My father’s front door lock was becoming difficult to use and I was worried that he would get locked out. I called Kevin who came very quickly and replaced the lock and serviced and adjusted the front door. We tried a different system which had a knob inside to lock the door instead of a key. Good in principle but it meant that dad would then forget to take his keys with him. The kind neighbours who had spares let him in a couple of times. When I called Kevin to tell him about the problem he came straight back out and changed the lock again for one which needed a key to lock and un lock from the inside. Dad now remembers to take his keys with him. Kevin was wonderful and came back so promptly to change the lock again. And he sweetly did not charge us for the second replacement. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He is quick, punctual , knowledgeable polite and kind. A definite five star review!! Juliet- Basingstoke ( me)and Bognor.( Dad)

So quick. Very reasonable. Lovely man. On speed dial

Gained swift entry following lockout. Took the sound recommendation to install a key lock to avoid future issues. No hard sell, just good advice. Will not hesitate to use again.

Quick service. Reliable.

18 year old son locked himself out of our house while we were abroad. I phoned Kevin and he dealt with the whole situation incredibly quickly and efficiently. Brilliant service 👍

The definition of prompt, affordable and really friendly guy. Faultless and highly recommend

As an idiot, I popped out to bring stuff from the car in the street and the door shut with keys inside and the oven was on 🫣 Visions of fire brigade or police or a builder smashing the door and Kevin, in a Sunday night, got to me in 20 mins and opened the door in a jiffy. My stew (or the house!) wasn’t burnt in my terrace house 😅 Fantastic service and so calm as well. Brilliant. Thank you Kevin.

Kevin came and fixed the UPVC door. Brilliant, same day service. He had all the replacements in the van so no ordering it and coming back the next day and a very pleasant fella to boot. He took all his rubbish away too.

Kevin a true gem. He installed 2 new locks to our new flat and gave great advice about security. He also helped us reset a combination lock and straightened a door which was sticking (a free extra!). He gave us 5 keys for each lock he installed which is a great help for new owners and saves on key-cutting. A great all rounder and lovely guy.

Managed to lock myself out of the house this morning because of leaving the spare key in the barrel of my front door from the inside, not realising I wouldn't be able to open it up with a second key from outside! Thanks to Kevin for his prompt response and getting me back inside without any damage...great customer service and would highly recommended!

Very prompt and excellent service from Kevin. Highly recommended!

Quick to arrive, professional and honest, highly recommend as prices job fairly, as received other quotes much higher from other local locksmiths.

Good service & friendly

Just got the keys to my new place, so popped in for a visit and managed to lock myself in, luckily someone was passing in the communal hallway who let me out. Phoned Kevin to see if he could come and have a look, and he knew exactly what was wrong. He then spent 15 mins on the phone explaining to a very tired me (just finished a 20 hour journey home from Ireland including over night ferry and little sleep), several times because I was being dense how I'd managed to double lock it and how to make sure I don't do it again. Thank you Kevin and once I have more things sorted I will be in touch to replace the lock.

My conservatory door was jammed shut. A quick call to Kevin and he was able to visit within the hour as he was in the area. He explained the problem and what he was going to do about it. He paid attention to detail and a once sticky lock is now working smoothly, I can open and lock it with ease. Very pleased!

Phoned Kevin in a bit of a panic this evening because our backdoor wouldn't lock. Kevin asked me a few questions and talked me through the parts of the door that might be causing the issue, helping me to identify the problem (a loose screw had allowed something to move out of alignment) and solve it myself. He was happy to come out and help but in the end his helpful and friendly advice means he didn't need to. Clearly an excellent professional and a nice bloke. Thanks, will definitely call you again if need a locksmith.
