Such a friendly staff. I'm usually visiting once a week for my e-liquid. All members of staff are lovely, helpfully and always in a mood for a small talk. Any issues are always resolved quickly with out any hassle. BIG range of vapes, pods, eliquids, and much more. Always clean and tidy. Hoply one of the shop that will stay open for years to come. 🥰🥰

I had a quick visit to VPZ in Saltcoats. The staff were lovely and very professional. I’m always happy to shop there.
Went in for my vape 'juice' (boo boo brew) and as usual the boys were a riot. Has got to the stage where I don't even have to ask for it, just tell them the quantity! The banter is hilarious but on a more serious note the guys are great if you have any questions or queries regarding any of the products.
Great shop with lots to choose from, kind friendly and helpful staff, highly recommend.
The staff are always so kind and helpful with any problem you have, kyla served me today and was extremely helpful with helping me find out what coil I needed for my vape.

Went in to buy some coils as one of my coils from the kit I got a couple weeks ago was coming up as an atomiser fault. I was setting up my new coil and asked if I could leave the tank and coil there while it was priming so I could check on my puppy in the car. They said it was ok to bring him in with me. The both were smothering him with hugs which allowed me to finish setting up my coil and get a long awaited vape as the other wasn’t working. Girls were amazing as always as this is my local branch and they are always more than helpful and check you have everything which I like because I end up forgetting. The two girls on today are always very welcoming even though it was still first thing in morning they didn’t let it effect there professional and upbeat nature. On service from this branch alone I would highly recommended VPZ.
Over here for my first trip since vapes became available, went to this shop & had a warm greeting from a young lady. The products available are generally different from Thailand where I live. As I'm only here for 6 days I just wanted a disposable option, as I can't take back to Thailand, Lucky though my taxi driver has got one in his glovebox for me. Anyway the lady here was brilliant in sorting out an option for me. Highly recommend this outlet
Just started vaping, I had no idea what I was doing, staff I'm vpz saltcoats educated me and were just excellent, thoroughly recommend.
Laurie , Lucas and Matthew always give awesome customer service, Laurie is on the ball every time I go in , I don't even need to ask her for anything as she remembers my order every visit. Any problems that arise are dealt with in a really professional manner "ALWAYS " I wouldn't go anywhere else, top advice and top service. Even if I am visiting another town or city I use vpz shops. But Saltcoats team is by miles the best , each member of staff compliments their colleagues with regards to knowledge and product information. having used this store before I knew the service would be excellent, going in today it was above expectations, easy going and professional in handling inquiries the sales team are friendly and happy to walk you through options and point you in the right direction if you are new to vaping or just need some added advice. highly recommended.

A great experience in VPZ Saltcoats, I was especially pleased with the customer service from the girl that was working. I’ve forgot her name but she was very helpful even taking the time to talk me through various kits and liquid. Also didn’t feel like staff were trying to push the highest prices on you as I got reasonable deals and fab product knowledge. All in all a 10/10 service and very clean shop.

Bought a new kit and next morning fluid had all leaked out and view glass was loose, tried to tighten and glass broke. Went back to store and was told there could be a number of reasons for unit failure but were unable to examine or replace due to covid.
Hi could someone help me out I am new to vaping I ordered a Innokin Proton Mini Kit and the tank takes Ajax coils is there other coils that fit in them or would I need a new tank looking to see if there cheaper coils as Ajax are kinda expensive

Staff have been brilliant with me. That’s since December no cigs am down to12mg surprised how easy it’s been . Staff have given me plenty of support and even noticed I didn’t have my coil in right and fixed would recommend giving them a visit if you thinking of giving up cigs

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However, in this day and age I would not expect to have to sit outside in my wheelchair to be served. Surely the legislation covering disability and equality should apply here as it does in any other service open to public elsewhere across the country and the whole of Europe. The front door should be wheelchair accessible and its not as if I can see any obvious reason (other than financial, which is not a legitimate excuse) that it cannot be altered to make it so as there is plenty of room to add a small ramp, even a portable ramp would be better than making wheelchair users feel a special case and not equal to the rest of the walking population. This is the reason for my low rating and would have gave 5 stars if I could enter the shop. Why has access not been fully implemented??
Staff are all very knowledable and helpful. They have great e-liquid recommendations based on flavours you like. My advice would be to not buy too many of their own branded liquid as I've found the other brands (namely Riot Squad) have more flavour. This may just be down to personal preference and vape device though.
Great shopping experience. Been wanting to try vaping for a while but was too intimidated by the choice. A friend of mine took me to saltcoats and showed me this store soo I went in a gave it a go. Cannot say how pleased I am with my new shiney rainbow smok kit. Thank you Ryan and David.
First class products and service. The staff were extremely helpful and sorted me out with a great mod that does exactly what I have been looking for. Thoroughly recommend this branch.
Superb.. absolutely superb.. The staff went the extra mile to assist us with equipment and juice needs and we finally, after much trial and error in our previous searching, have the perfect vaping experience. The manager and assistant, sorry I am terrible remembering names, were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. It seems to be getting a rare thing these days to get a please and thank you from staff in shops let alone anything else but these guys bent over backwards to introduce us to products and equipment that met our needs. For anyone thinking of kicking the disgusting habit in favour of a cleaner, sweet smelling and healthier electronic alternative then don't waste your time and money on ebay going through a series of ineffective poor solutions. Save your money, visit this store and get it right first time round. Simply cannot fault the store, the products, or the staff.
