Reviews

4.2

Apollo Window Cleaning was described as reliable and thorough by two customers, with one saying they would recommend it and another saying they would use it again. One customer said the team arrives when they say and does a great job. Another customer said the firm was very reliable and good for the first few years, but then failed to appear after a summer holiday; the reviewer had to chase, and after a further three months without a visit and another chase, nothing came of it. That customer also said the failure to show courtesy let the business down. No other criticism was reported.

Was very reliable and very good for the first few years, but then after his Summer holiday failed to appear. Left the t a while and had to chase him up before he turned up. Didn’t see him then for 3 months, chased him again, but nothing came of it. So very sorry to say although he was very good, his reliability and failure to show any courtesy, let him down.
