Quality Service - Quick turn around from collection to return. I have used Pressing Needs for 3 years. It’s keenly priced and particularly in the winter means no more wet washing around the house. Duvet laundering is excellent. Have always found laundry is treated with care. Highly recommended.

I love the Pressing Needs service. They are so responsive and cheerful. They do exactly what it says on the tin! They come when they say they will, deliver lovely washing, ironing and dry cleaning and do it really p[promptly and efficiently. It is one of the luxuries of life to settle down to sleep in bedding prepared by them!
We have been using Pressing Needs to wash and iron large amounts of bedlinen for several years and have never had a problem of any sort. The lovely lady who comes in her van to collect the bags of linen is always reliable and friendly and the whole service operates seamlessly. We are using the services since several years and are very happy with them. The laundry and occasional shirts and or dry cleaning items are treated with care and always come back immaculate. We also used the duvet cleaning which was also super. We like the collection and delivery service, always friendly and as foreseen. The communication with the friendly Pressing Needs team and the website for ordering is easy to use.
I’ve used Pressing Needs for some years now for my ironing and they’ve never been anything other than reliable and generally excellent. I also appreciate the friendly service and responsiveness to my requests for additional services, such as cleaning and reproofing my walking jacket. They recently washed and ironed my white linen tablecloth (inherited from my mum) after it had been badly stained by Christmas dinner guests, restoring it to pristine whiteness. I would recommend Pressing Needs without reservation.
I have been a customer of Pressing Needs for many years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is excellent from the staff who greet you, the team who provide the service whether it is washing and ironing my bedding or dry cleaning services, to the driver who returns and picks up my items from my home. They provide a valuable service not only to me but also my elderly mum.
Pressing Needs and Boxed Bridal saved my lovely lehengas! With many other dry cleaning services not being able to take on the challenges that comes with cleaning lehengas, the pressing needs team were brave enough to take on the challenges. I appreciated the transparency about what they would or wouldn't be able to do for my outfits. My lehengas were returned to me in pristine condition and they smelt wonderful. The most affordable duvet cleaning service in Southampton (after a lot of search!). Delivered as promised: duvet collection last Friday, clean duvet delivery the very next Friday, in a lovely duvet storage bag. Fantastic prompt service, great value for money. Fabulous service with cleaning and reproofing over 120 sailing items (bunk covers, jackets and salopetes) . Excellent results - didn't even know that they were meant to be that colour! Helpful and cheerful staff, would definitely recommend.
I needed a mattress topper cleaned, PN collected it on a Thursday and returned it the following Tuesday, clean as new, so excellent service. A nice touch was returning it rolled up in a round canvas bag (it had a zip around one end) just the thing to store my winter or summer duvet in depending on the time of year.

Been using Pressing needs services for labcoat laundry for a biotech based in London. Great service and experience each time. The team is very timely and responsive; and always such a nice time interacting with them. They offer pick up and delivery services as well, which again is super convenient.
Service and standard of cleaning is impeccable. Efficient collection and home delivery, staff very friendly and accommodating. They managed to remove an awful grease stain in the middle of a Ted Baker maxi dress and it looks immaculate! Also cleaned a Zara blazer and all stains and pen marks removed. I had some favourite cream trousers which I had inadvertently managed to get what looked like tar on the back of them. I rang pressing needs who were very understanding and sympathetic, and explained clearly their different methods to try and remove the stains. I own a health & wellness clinic and have been using Pressing Needs since we opened 7 years ago. We use their pick up and drop service twice a week which is very convenient and I drop them 2 more loads a week. Tracey who usually picks up and brings in our fresh laundry is always cheerful and willing, despite the heavy laundry bags. When I drop off laundry, it is perhaps one of the happiest places of work that I have ever encountered. Always a good vibe and staff are helpful even when run off their feet. I have to mention Steph, who seems to run the place on a Saturday and again a star performer. I would definitely recommend using Pressing Needs for your laundry needs.

I used Pressing Needs for several years to iron my shirts etc, and their service was impeccable. They never missed a weeks collection or delivery, ironing was always perfect and every interface I had with them was super courteous and helpful. I took a break for a couple of years (largely because I stopped wearing work shirts) but decided to use PN again recently and was delighted to find nothing had changed. Same efficient service, prompt response to my enquiries and a whole stack of beautifully finished shirts/T shirts, it was like I’d never been away. Thank you to everyone at Pressing Needs. It is firms like you who keep the world going round because you offer a fabulous service, you employee people who pay taxes, you pay taxes on company profits and are a shining example of making a net contribution to our economy. Paid to have my shirts ironed. They had them a week and when I got them back the sleeves had tram lines, some looked as though they hadn't even been ironed and were hidden in the middle and weren't in the clear celofan. Then when we went back after inspection they said they had been ironed and all they did was put them in a press and it made almost no difference they seemed that creases were fine. I'm going to have to take all of them to another company to be redone as there quality control doesn't seem all that great. Sorry to post this but hopefully it helps them to become better.
Went to Boxed Bridal, part of this company. Highly recommended for wedding dress cleaning. Lovely knowledgeable staff. Beautifully cleaned and boxed for storage. Highly recommended.
Brilliant!! Holiday ironing all done folded/hung. Don't want to wear the t-shirts or polo's as I'll have to iron them and they won't look as good!!!

Great place with friendly service. They we're able to take some curtains and a duvet the same day just after Christmas and they were ready on the date specified. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable considering the size of both items. Will definitely be using them again.
