Always super helpful and never a bad experience shopping in the store, Jess is excellent at her job 😁🤟

Great service and very helpful staff

Hop into the VPZ shop and meet a very humble and helpful guy Doug .He is very hospitable and welcoming.

Doug is always very helpful, loads of choice of liquids, anything thing i’m needing he orders in, shop always clean and tidy

Great experience as always, Andrew is very knowledgeable, and friendly would recommend to others.

Jess usually serves me in the johnstone shop. She is very knowledgeable about the products and so friendly. She remembers what I usually like to buy and is great at recommending new flavours. In fact all the staff are really nice and make it a pleasure to come into the shop.

10 out of 10 for customer service, ive just stopped smoking and i was helped by Andrew he gave me all the information i needed beacuase I felt like a fish out of water but he really spent time making me understand everything and trying out different brands of vapes until we found the perfect one for me !!! This is the best place for anyone who wants to stop smoking tobacco and make a change to vapes/ecigs as they really are amazing 👏 left so happy!!!!!!

Not sure of the guys name but great customer service always has a smile and very knowledgeable. Brilliant

They say the measure of customer service is what happens when something goes wrong. I had an issue which was no fault of the staff or store but rather their suppliers, which left me unhappy and out of pocket. The staff were quick to fix the problem and they did so with care and respect. A massive thank you to the staff at VPZ, from a very happy customer. Look no further than VPZ Johnstone for all your vaping needs :-)

The guy in the vape shop is so helpful and so friendly, nothing was a bother to him

Love this place, always get great service by a friendly staff member who never forget to check I've got everything I need. (which I need).

Really Knowledgeable staff. As well as being friendly to any customer. Best vape shop I've ever used

Very helpful and the 2 staff members I’ve dealt with are lovely

Andrew was great. Very helpful

Amazing shop , staff really know there stuff , to many deals , 5 stars , will be back again.

The staff in this shop are so incredibly friendly and helpful, I always have a proper laugh when I go in and they're so knowledgeable I can ask them anything and always go away with a clear answer and the right products. They've gone out of their way before to make sure I get the products exactly when I need them or when I run out even if its at an inconvenience to them. Couldn't reccomended them more.

everyone in the place is very knowledgeable the vape i got about last week has served me brilliantly so far absolutely recommend

Everything you need for vaping starter kits for reasonable cost.

Finally a good Vape shop in Johnstone. Great prices and the loyalty card system of 7.5% back is really good.
