Came in as a complete novice, not a clue about vapes and Doug I believe it was taught me a few things as there is so much to know about. Set my new device up for me, was an absolute star! Very welcoming and a good laugh too!

Big shout out to the lovely young lady Jess from Johnstone shop she went above and beyond for me a stranger I needed vapes etc and unable to travel down to collect and she delivered to my door after work and even contacted me when there was an error online with over payment of a product , she a wee diamond and I am indeed very much appreciative of her kindness too a stranger , I don’t know when but next time my sons are down the town they owe this lovely young woman flowers and chocolates as a form of Thankyou and don’t worry I will certainly be making sure of it xxxxexcellent service , helpful , patient , plenty straight forward information, highly recommend VPZjohnstone , fabulous customer service 👍JESS

Meine erste mehrweg Zigarette welche Einstiegs freundlich nach Wunsch wahr, abgesehen davon daß er sich über meine Geschmäcker (Erdbeer und Apfel, ein verachtendes Lächeln nicht verkneifen konnte) wurde mir die Nutzung so vermittelt das die gesamte e Zigarette nach 3 Tagen Nutzung kaputt war, trotz Rechnung war der Verkäufer auch noch unwillig und unfreundlich beim Umtausch.. ergo Kundenservice..

Jess usually serves me in the johnstone shop. She is very knowledgeable about the products and so friendly. She remembers what I usually like to buy and is great at recommending new flavours. In fact all the staff are really nice and make it a pleasure to come into the shop.

10 out of 10 for customer service, ive just stopped smoking and i was helped by Andrew he gave me all the information i needed beacuase I felt like a fish out of water but he really spent time making me understand everything and trying out different brands of vapes until we found the perfect one for me !!! This is the best place for anyone who wants to stop smoking tobacco and make a change to vapes/ecigs as they really are amazing 👏 left so happy!!!!!!

They say the measure of customer service is what happens when something goes wrong. I had an issue which was no fault of the staff or store but rather their suppliers, which left me unhappy and out of pocket. The staff were quick to fix the problem and they did so with care and respect. A massive thank you to the staff at VPZ, from a very happy customer. The staff in this shop are so incredibly friendly and helpful, I always have a proper laugh when I go in and they're so knowledgeable I can ask them anything and always go away with a clear answer and the right products. They've gone out of their way before to make sure I get the products exactly when I need them or when I run out even if its at an inconvenience to them. Couldn't reccomended them more.
