Smart Cleaning Services

Lee completed a roof clean, gutter clean, conservatory clean and driveway clean. He is professional and courteous and keeps you informed on appointments and job progress. I am absolutely delighted with the results of all the cleans. Roof looks brand new again, as do gutters and conservatory etc. Would highly recommend for any of the above services. Excellent service and very good value for money!

Lee cleaned our roof and was clear about all the services involved. He has all the necessary equipment and did a very thorough job. Good communication and very professional.

We regularly use Smart Cleaning Services to clear our gutters and clean our windows etc. They are extremely reliable and have all the latest equipment to enable them to do a great job. Cannot fault them, they even give us before and after photos!

I was recommended this company by a friend as I needed someone reliable and that offered a good service. I can honestly say I’ve been with Lee for about 7 years now and he never lets me down. Always on time, always polite...no matter the weather. Our windows are always clean and never look dirty so he obviously uses the right products. For the price and quality I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you!

Been using them for over 3 years. No complaints. Alway a professional job from Lee. Would recommend.

I use this company recently to fully deep clean my roof, they applied chemicals to help keep the roof free from moss too. The build up of moss kept both blocking my gutters and dropping all over the front and rear of my house and having seen a house around the corners result, I made the call to get a quote. The roof is now spotlessly clean, tiles look brand new! Stands out completely next to my neighbours houses, so much so they are now asking for quotes. I would highly recommend this company, not just for the end result, but for how extremely hard they worked doing the job, totally professional, even when the weather changed dramatically, they just ploughed on through the rain. Most importantly for me, the left the exterior impeccable, cleaned up whatever mess came off the roof and moved back all my garden furniture back in place. They finished the job off by cleaning the gutters, fascia’s, soffits and finally a window clean too. Highly recommended - Satisfied customer

Lee cleaned and serviced my driveway and decking last year and did an excellent job. I’ve already booked for the same early next year. I’ve also booked for my roof gutters and plastics in three or Four weeks. I did this because next door had his roof and gutters and plastics cleaned and I couldn’t believe the difference it made. Lee did a great job and finished by putting on the roof a chemical that stops the moss growing back for at least four years. I might add all his work is guaranteed. Excellent service.

A great service. Very reliable and does a great job. As someone else has said, always closes the back gate as well! Thanks

Excellent window cleaner, very reliable and well priced. Lee is a pleasure to deal with.

Been using this service for around 5 years. Always polite and does a great job. Also, he always locks the back gate after he has finished. The little things like this count. Thanks.

Lee (Smart Cleaning Services) cleaned and treated a roof in my street and the difference it made to the appearance was significant! Lee is my window cleaner and so I approached him about cleaning my roof as it was full of moss. Lee was really clear about what the cleaning involved and what the treatment he applied after cleaning would do and so I felt confident getting it done. The roof looks significantly better now and it’s made a big difference to the appearance of the house. The price was also really competitive and so I would highly recommend Smart Cleaning Services.
