We get a text message sent a few days in advance so that we can leave the side gate open or rearrange for another day. RS brothers have been cleaning my flat windows for some time. They are reasonably priced and let me know when they are coming.

The brothers clean the windows in my 3 storey town house very efficiently every 2 months. Each time they leave a thank you note and a notification of the date 2 months, hence when they will return for the next clean. It's all done without the need for interaction, as is payment by means of a direct debit arrangement.

Liam is extremely professional and does the job meticulously. Very clean and thorough with his window cleaning services. Very friendly and good communication, always prompt arriving on time.

Really pleased with Adam's work (RS Brothers Window Cleaning). I popped in a request on Checkatrade and Adam responded promptly and I was able to book him in quite quickly and easily. He went through what would happen on the day (and what I'd need to do ahead of time - i.e. make sure he had access). He messaged on arrival, got on with the cleaning, and explained what the next steps would be. The windows (including the window sills and doors) were well cleaned, Adam was responsive, courteous, personable and really helpful in explaining the next steps if I wanted to become a regular customer. And I am signing up to have regular cleans done as it was a great job done and happy for them to continue.
