Andrew's Window Cleaning gets mostly positive feedback for window cleaning and for fascia, soffit and gutter work, with several reviewers saying the windows came up clean and streak free. Reviewers describe the service as friendly and professional, and some mention a reminder text the night before and paying by bank transfer. One reviewer says Andrew fixed a gutter problem left by a previous tradesperson. One reviewer had a poor experience: they say their French doors were only half cleaned, their calls and emails to cancel went unanswered, and money was still taken from their account.
Great work, great value 👌🏻
Another superb cleaning job, thanks! A very fair price always. We’ve been using Andrew for our window cleans for a while now and it was time for a fascia, soffit and gutter clean. A great job done and they look like new again. The windows needed a good clean from some recent garden works we had done. Highly recommended 🙂 👍🏻
Andrew fixed an issue we had with our gutters that was left by a previous tradesperson (who didn't do a good job at all!). Great service and pleasant to deal with, can thoroughly recommend.
Great price, punctual and professional. Friendly service and I’m very happy with the quality of the cleaning. My windows are clean, clear and streak free. Would definitely recommend!
Zsolt from Andrews Window Cleaning has been cleaning our windows for over three years now and we’re always happy with the service. Receive a handy text the night before to remind us to leave the gate open if we’re found out and love that we pay via bank payment as never have cash in the house. The price is very reasonable too.
Absolutely fantastic duo that helps out on committed time and reasonable prices. Thankful for the great service.
Friendly efficient reliable and does great job
Very happy with Andrew’s service. After a quick quote, Andrew came out the same week and did a fab job of cleaning the windows. Professional and reliable, will continue to use!
Fantastic service, very professional
First window cleaning service my French doors were only half cleaned, so rang and left voicemails to cancel the service but happily paid. 2 months later they let me know they are coming out again and again I call and have to leave a voicemail again, window cleaners still come out, I received an email about payment and I responded to the email to again cancel. The money is taken out of my account and still no response from the company about cancellation. Overall I have received poor customer service.
Used Andrew's Window Cleaning as we needed someone at short notice to come out and clean our soffits/fascias etc. Andrew was quick to respond, came out earlier than expected and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!
5 star service, excellent communication, windows look amazing. Will definitely use again and recommend. Thank you
