I paid £80 cash for one carpet and the end was non existent is was worse than to begin with. It smelt damp and I’ve sent a picture if the water ice wanted to get 2 weeks after from hire and was absolutely disgusting. He was here for 15 mins on camera and denies it. Absolute waste of of money to do a better job myself Don’t waste your money or time

So we had our oven cleaned today, the gentleman arrived on time which is always good. Was very polite. Said our oven was cleaner than others he’s see in a while and would that just over an hour to sort it out. After he was done from what we could see it looked great, paid him and he left. After opening the oven doors we noticed that it had some kind of residue all over the insides. It took me another hour to sort the inside out and 40 minutes to carry on cleaning the racks due to still having grime on it. Considering the gentleman said our oven was cleaner than others he’s seen it wasn’t cleaned to the best condition specially after paying £109 for the privilege.

Luke arrived on time and was extremely cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. Without delay, he began work and was cleaning consistently for 2 solid hours. There was no mess at all after he was finished, nothing on the floor to show Luke had been in the house. The equipment Luke cleaned was sparkling after he had finished. Lee did an excellent job cleaning our large oven and hob. He was efficient, friendly, and the finish is amazing — the whole unit looks brand new! We called and booked on Saturday and he arrived Monday morning, which was incredibly quick and convenient. Everything smells fresh and clean too. I took a chance using someone i didn't know, but after some research i took the leap of faith and settled with my decision. Luke was very communicative and clear in the service provided including what is involved. He turned up very polite and carried out the cleaning of my carpets and did so with professionalism and detail especially with one or two more stubborn marks. Price was in line with expectations and the quality of work completed was above expectations, therefore a full 5 stars in my opinion and now saved to my preferred contacts for any future works whether it be the carpets, oven or anything else. Oven, Carpet and sofa cleaning by Luke. I can honestly say after using this company several times “as usual, we were really very impressed”!! The living room carpet looked amazing after it was cleaned. We have cream sofa and as you can imagine, it shows up every little mark. After Luke had cleaned it, it was looking like new again. As for my Aga oven, after a good clean, it looks like new and just in time to be used for Christmas. Tbh I Don’t really want to use it now, until Christmas haha. Disappointed with the job undertaken. Took the Gold package, which included Hob, Oven, Extractor & Two Carpets. Luke arrived within the agreed time, and did the job. Which included the Hob, Oven, no extractor and One Carpet. After inspecting the oven once Luke was finished, one of my burners no longer worked. I raised this to Luke, who was fairly dismissive, and inferred that I was lying, I presume? 'I didn't check it worked before I started, you'd need to call a specialist out' and then when I pushed this further 'I'll see what I can do' Now, it worked before he came out, and didn't after he cleaned it. It now sparked, but it just wouldn't stay lit. So, I googled, and the internet suggested it needed cleaning or realigning, or an issue with the gas. Again, worked before he came out, so alignment probably wasn't the concern, and all the other burners worked so no issue with the gas. My downstairs is tiled, and he swept up after he finished, but my kitchen was left with grease and further dirt on it that he missed/didn't bother with, and my sides either side of the oven, cleaned before he came, had some oven dirt on. His boots remained on throughout so my hall had wet prints tracked through. I only had the one carpet to be cleaned, and Luke did that. I was on a work call as he'd finished, but I asked him about the burner, and got his response. I paid as I had to get back to my call, which is my issue, so I paid in full. When I had the chance, I then spent some time with a toothbrush, cleaning spray and a pipecleaner on the burner. And after I spent time cleaning it, straight after I paid for a professional clean, it now works. I was sold 'The full royal treatment for your kitchen appliances' 'respectful of your home' So as the customer, I feel short changed having to tidy up after a contractor I've paid good money to, and, then spend further time cleaning my oven, after its been cleaned. His dismissive attitude towards my concern on the oven, and his that will do approach at clearing up did not help. I contacted Luke afterwards, but we reached no resolution. As a customer, I don't feel the service I received is commensurate with the price I paid, so I suggested a 15% discount, which I felt fair and reasonable for the points stated above. Luke's stance that my oven was dirtier than expected, and my carpet was overly stained in response, is frankly laughable and speaks to his customer service attitude. After swapping a grand total of 3 texts each, he didn't want to 'go round in circles anymore' Who calls a professional out to professionally clean something that isn't dirty/stained?! Had I of called out a professional to attend to my oven I would have paid at least a completely unnecessary call out charge, so probably £100 or so? Luke's 'goodwill' offer of 15% for future services, will not be being taken up. Nor his offer of popping in to mop my floor again. Seeing as I did that for him already too. The service I received reflected his 'that will do' attitude towards my home, and my appliance. In complete fairness, he did a 7/10 on cleaning the oven itself, and the carpet looks better, which is why I've not rated him lower. My takeaway from using Emperor, is why pay for a dog if you're going to bark yourself.

AWFUL Do not use them !! Awful, disgusting experience. First of all George gave me a quote over the phone to then come on the day to increase the quote as he saw the big house and the nice cars. Ovens has still chemical left and poor job cleaning. After complaining by message and email i had to chase up everyday to get a answer back. Once response received he said he could have done a better job but no apologies whatsoever. He gave me a date for 30 days LATER to fix only the errors. I wanted to help local businesses but i am gonna stick to fantastic services. Never had a disappointment with them. I was offered £25 back which 10% ridiculous! George was very unprofessional and arrogant. Again DO NOT USE THEM

We had a weird annoying stain on our cream carpet that just wouldn’t go. BUT! Emperor came to the rescue with a carpet patch repair. Luckily we had some spare carpet left so it was a perfect match. It took around an hour and it looks incredible. We’re so pleased and we highly recommend Emperor!
Had this company clean my patio. Over the years I’ve had some Cowboys turn up but this lot should have come on horseback. Life is too short to list their failings but I have plenty of photos. Avoid like the plague is my advice.

Rushed quick job. He was here for an hour to clean a large corner sofa and 3 carpets. Even during this, he sprayed a substance on the carpets and left for at least 20/30 minutes and then came back to finish it. Didn’t go near the edges of the carpets (have photos of this where lots of carpet was missed around every edge I’m talking inches not mm) lots of stains and marks still left including ones easy to get out. Sofa bottom cushions were not even taken off the sofa and stains left on them. Nothing smells fresh or like it has been cleaned. I was on holiday when he came and my mum was here, he then took advantage and overcharged her. Yes my mum should have said something but she has never had a sofa/carpets cleaned before so wasn’t sure what was expected or what the agreed price was. He insisted on cash obviously, only gave me a refund when I said I’d do a charge back through my bank (paid deposit by bank transfer). I’d planned to get this “deep clean” done and then maintain it myself but it’s not evident in the slightest that they have been professionally cleaned. I have had my carpets and sofa cleaned twice professionally before and been so happy with the result (I used a different company). Upset and disappointed to have paid £225 to have done only to have been let down. I have no doubt he’s done a good job with other things judging by these reviews but I feel he took advantage and knew he could get away with doing a quick shoddy job and taking my hard earned money and my mum wouldn’t say anything

Luke quickly and professionally set to work dismantling the door from the oven, took the racks to the magic van and in less than 90 minutes I had a wonderfully clean oven. Highly recommend Luke and Emporer Oven Cleaning.

Happy with my upholstery clean for my mattress, after my cat had a few accidents on the spare mattress the stains and smell was really prominent and I lost hope that the mattress could be revived. but after the upholstery clean by Emperor Oven & Carpet Clean services the stains are pretty much all gone, as well as the smell. the mattress can now be used again and notably looks more fresh. Will definitely be using again and recommending to family and friends.

Came and cleaned three bedroom carpets in 1 hr. Carpets took 1 hr to mostly dry and a further few hrs to totally dry. Left them looking bright and clean.

Very good service. George was fabulous, he looked after our carpets and range cooker (both of which had its first clean since before lockdown and subsequent building work). We were able to leave him to perform his wizardry, as we walked the dog. When we returned the carpets looked amazing and he was finishing the range-oven, which also was so very clean. I think he also may have fixed a thing or two. So, above and beyond. End result... Both were cleaned to a high standard, which encourages us to call them again when our next cleaning is needed... I called to book this service to clean my carpets and in particular, the cat hair that was left by the previous owner in my new home. Luke, who booked and provided my service, recommended an anti-microbial treatment based on my issue. I am not a carpet cleaning professional and so relied on the knowledge and expertise of Luke’s suggestion and went ahead and booked. Unfortunately, not only were they late, Luke’s service did not meet my expectations. Stains were lightened and the carpet is noticeably brighter but an obscene amount of cat hair was still left at which Luke reacted in a passive aggressive manner which made me extremely uncomfortable in my own home. I specified an issue, I relied on Luke’s expertise but he did not resolve my issue and I feel cheated and robbed of my money. Clear communication, better customer service and management of expectations would have been much appreciated.

Nice chap, and a job well done. The only reason for a 4* review is the lack of communication on timings. I booked an AM appointment and had planned my day accordingly. I got a message at the time I was expecting him to turn up, around 9:30am saying that I was the 2nd job for the day and that he'd be turning up at 12:30. He ultimately turned up after 1pm and worked nonstop until 3pm. As result I had to reschedule a couple of meetings, do 2 journeys to the office, and extend my working day to 7:30pm to get everything done. If you're flexible on timings I won't hesitate to recommend their service. However, if you need people to stick to the agreed schedule, perhaps get that agreed before going ahead.

Carpet repair done, a section was cut out and replaced. End result was good but not the perfect invisible repairs shown on their Facebook page. Hopefully it will wear in and the edge will become less noticeable.
Luke came to repair my lounge carpet where I had dropped the iron. Was friendly professional and knew his stuff! Was able to cut out the singed piece and replace. Has done a fabulous job and saves having to buy a complete new carpet. Would definitely recommend. Have booked him to now clean my carpets throughout the house at a very competitive price.

We booked these guys for an oven and extractor fan deep clean. He arrived precisely on time, was courteous and very efficient. He told us it was far from the worst they had seen, but it looked pretty grim to me. After 1h 20 minutes of graft the oven looks brand new again, literally spotless. He even changed the light bulb. Would thoroughly recommend these guys.

Luke came to us on Saturday after booking him in with just a few days notice in preparation for our new sofa arrival. He arrived promptly and was very informative with the process. We had a large stain which we weren’t sure would come out as he informed us it was a wood bleed but he did an amazing job! Our carpet feels so fluffy again and smells Devine! The whole process only took about 45 minutes which I was very impressed with! Thank you very much!
