Banmar

Excellent service. Arrived on time and completed a large kitchen/living space by lunchtime. Porcelain tiles all clean and grout as good as new. Would recommend.

What a fantastic service from start to finish! Thank you for an excellent job done. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing service. Carpet looks great. Highly recommend

Really delighted with the way my travertine kitchen floor came up. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth it and the team and the service were first class throughout.

Banmar did a superb job of cleaning our sofas, we will be using Banmar again in the future. Polite people and great service. Thanks

Once again excellent service. Professional, friendly efficient and reliable. Cant believe the difference it makes to carpets and furniture Made a huge difference to carpets and upholstery.

Callum was absolutely amazing .. worked hard, very thorough & very efficient! Super friendly and helpful…..even assisted me with discarding furniture! Thank you so much, would never go any where else for carpet cleaning … look like new when finished

Excellent job and great value for money. Very helpful and friendly, I will definitely use them again.

Friendly efficient service, so I'm very happy with the fresh looking carpets.

Great experience from start to finish. Turned up on time to look at my floor was knowledgable and the only company that stated they would protect doors skirtings and kitchen units during grinding process. Reasonable quote. Guys on day turned up bang on time and cracked on nothing was a problem i had moved most stuff from floors but they still had to move 3 sofas a chair and a dining table and two benches which is heavy. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend I thought my limestone floor was knackered but it looks brand new again now. Will have it cleaned and buffed every 12 months now to keep it looking lovely 👍❤️

Callum cleaned our stairs and landing and once again did a super job. A very nice guy and as a result Banmar are highly recommended.

Excellent and thorough service. Our first choice.

Great services

I have come home from work and I am absolutely over the moon and delighted with our floor that these guys have just finished restoring. They have done a fantastic job, everywhere has been left clean and tidy, to say I am pleased is an understatement! Thank you for all your hard work over the last few days! I was thinking I might have to lower my expectations, however I didn’t, it looks amazing, I love it! 🙂

excellent service as always

Excellent attention to detail. Listened to my problems with the carpet stains and did a brilliant job of cleaning a particularly difficult stain.

Have used Sam at Banmar Group several times now , always great service . Very pleased . Great customer services . Would def recommend !!!!

Absolutely fantastic job they done restoring our hall floor couldn't ask for a more professional and top service highly recommend

Really old sofa, now covered in dust from recent building works. It looks like new! Couldn’t have been more pleased. Arrived on the dot! Courteous, got on with the job 😊

Very very pleased with the work Adam and Steve have done. They were very considerate and the finished result is fantastic. It’s so good to see the pride they take in their work! Everything was great and I would recommend them instantly.

Great advice when determining scope of the job. Excellent attention to detail. Customer friendly response (at no extra cost) to our request for extra work to make sure the floor surfaces looked 100%. Always left things clean and tidy.

Excellent service, very thorough, very pleased with the results. Faux suede sofas and rocker chair look much cleaner. Carpets came up well and whole house smells much nicer and fresher. Friendly & helpful. Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with all the work Banmar did for us in bringing life back into three rooms which had dated wooden floors. The guys were very polite and professional, got on with the job and left no mess. We were amazed at the transformation of the flooring the end result was much better than we could have hoped for. We have no worries recommending this company for similar work. John & Pauline.

Very disappointed with the service and outcome of having my sofas ( material) cleaned . The work carried out was very substandard and was contrary to what to what had been explained to me prior to the work being done . However the the member of staff who delt with my complaint was very helpful but she could only pass my information onto the manager. They offered me a re-clean but the upheaval and the drying out process was more than I could cope with, so I would not this company , really shoddy work!

Our floor was dark and scratched from wear and tear and even though the house was well decorated with lots of natural light this always made the living areas look dark and tatty. Banmer worked quickly with no mess to transform the whole of the downstairs. We couldn’t be more delighted with the results. Our house feels so light and clean. Despite having a new kitchen and decorating all rooms this has probably been the most transformative of all the renovations. I can’t recommend them highly enough, I just wish I had before pictures!

BANMAR Group were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Sam, my initial contact person, was friendly, professional, and prompt. Matt, who attended to measure up and quote was efficient, friendly and professional. Adam and Steven arrived exactly on time, worked quickly, professionally and did an excellent job on returning my conservatory oak floor to its former glory, in fact even better! I strongly recommend this company.

FROM SPEAKING TO SAM IN RECEPTION, TO MEETING MATT WHEN HE CAME AND VIEWED THE HARDWOOD FLOOR TO BE SANDED AND RESEALED. TO THE WORK OF 3 TECHNICIANS THAT COMPETED THE WORK. ADAM, STEVE AND CALLUM. ALL EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL. VERY PLEASED WITH THE FINISHED JOB. THANKS WILL.

Excellent service, definitely recommend.

Great workman ship carried out from the floor restoration side and the carpet cleaning side. Would certainly recommend and will be using again in the future for sure

excellent service

Great service and excellent results ! Thank you.

Very pleased with Cameron cleaning my carpets and arm chairs. I would certainly recommend this company.

Polite, efficient and effective

Second time using the company, Calum did an excellent job cleaning my carpets on both occasions. Would recommend and use again.

Very efficient and friendly service, on time and very reasonably priced, the carpet came up looking really good, would recommend this service to any one, Callum who carried out the clean was polite, friendly and respectful Thank You

Calum was super friendly and did a very professional job.

Professional friendly service as usual. Highly recommend

Banmar recently cleaned my stairs and sofas onsite - they were courteous, on time and did a great job. They also did a deep clean on a precious wool rug off site - after repeating the processing until happy it has been delivered back to us almost as new.

Very friendly and efficient service carried out quickly and exactly to times specified. Delighted with the finished floor. From being very worn and faded in places it now looks like new. Thank you for a great job.

Banmar made a wonderful job of refurbishing our flooring in the Great Hall and drawing room over a year ago. Since then they have returned to recondition it twice, making it look like new again! Great job each time and always friendly, professional staff.

There is no doubt that this is a friendly company and they are good at sanding and finishing wood floors …HOWEVER …living in a Grade 2 listed property and wishing to maintain the originality of the wooden floor, we feel so let down. Having sanded and oiled our beautiful Brooks Oak floor they then took 3 months to try and find a stain to bring back part of it to the original oak hue in order to match to the adjacent floor. Their test stain sample looked correct but when they then stained and lacquered the actual floor it resembled ‘cheap false oak’ flooring , far too dark, and thus completely destroying the finish we were after . In other words not putting right what they had incorrectly provided us with in the first place Truly disappointing . Do not use this company if you wish to preserve the originality of an old or listed property . In spite of being recommended to us by a relative , they have badly let us down ! 😞 "……………………… Following this disappointed review a company representative came out to view the floor ,which we did appreciate. He agreed that the sample board they had shown us (and we had agreed to) differed from the result achieved on our actual floor by his work men ,particularly in natural light. ….however he could not in any way promise they would ever be able to bring the floor up to its original beautiful colour to match the adjacent wood citing a financial detriment to themselves as a company and accepting a dissatisfied customer So very disappointed 😞

Super impressed with Banmar’s work! Our floor is transformed!

Thanks Mathew and the team done a great job on the oak flooring way above my expectation highly recommended thank you so much John from Chigwell, Essex.

Very professional job done

Really pleased with the service and quality of work the team at Banmar provided. The job was clearly explained and the work was carried out quickly and with zero dust, amazing. The team were polite, punctual and respectful of our property. I’d never hesitate to use Banmar again and would highly recommend them to anybody considering getting their floors sanded. Thanks.

Very happy with my experience with Banmar. Great communication, very accommodating, professional, experienced and honest. And I am left with beautiful floors. This was a gamble as I found Banmar on Google vs through recommendation but I couldn't be happier.

Excellent job . Our floor looks as new ;nasty stains removed. The two men who did the job were very good . Thank you. Robert Marsh .

Professional, friendly and efficient service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent results would definitely recommend and reuse this company in the future

Very pleasant workmen who did an exceptional job and the end result is very good. The only negative was the time they took, while we were trying to live with all the furniture piled in a corner. Would use them again.

Callum from Banmar group came to clean my carpets today on Waldegraves holiday park. Amazing job ! Very professional and reasonable price too. You can’t go wrong with this company! Highly recommend !

Great Company to work with. There office staff and restoration team are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend having your wooden floor restored by Banmar. 5 stars from me

Delighted with the work completed on our oak parquet flooring. Immaculate finish, totally dust free and exactly what we asked for. Our flooring looks better than when it was first laid years ago! Would highly recommend (in fact already have). Thank you!

Excellent service and very nice company to deal with. Would highly recommend Banmar

Guys were on time. Made a very nice job of bring up an old floor that had carpet glue on it.

Excellent professional service. The lads were very courteous and respectful of our home and the floor looks fantastic. Thank you.

Banmar sanded 3 rooms for us this week, did a fantastic job with an unbelievably low amount of dust left behind. The guys doing the work were very professional and friendly. The work took longer than expected, but the original quote provided (which was great value) was honoured. I would wholeheartedly recommend Banmar to anyone looking for floorboard sanding.

All the staff were very helpful and professional. They helped us to clear the floor space and gave us good advice on how to keep the floor in the best condition. The floor is fantastic! We are very happy with the work.

Brilliant and so helpful

Super floor restoration, gleaming golden wood. Professional team working to time and offering friendly advice about floorcare. Good value for money. I strongly recommend this company.

Excellent service all round and a beautifully restored floor - well done Banmar!

Banmar just completed restoring our Victorian wooden floor boards by sanding and treating with Pallmann Pure. We couldn't be happier with the service, the quality of the workmanship and finish. Looks as good as new. Would highly recommend Matt and his team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delighted with the result and would happily recommend them. They were professional, friendly, punctual and did everything they said they would. Great job.

Banmar restored my floor & excelled my expectations, the staff were friendly & very professional would highly recommend.

First class. Did what they said and were great to deal with. We could not be more pleased with the finish obtained. Have no hesitation in recommending them. So nice dealing with a local firm and wish them all the best for the future.
