We receive a text the day before he arrives, he parks next door and cleans the windows for our next door neighbour and for the house next to them, too, as well as us. Timber at GQC Window Cleaning has now been cleaning my windows for over ten years. I had previously struggled with getting anyone to clean my windows reliably- they would simply fail to turn up. Timber is utterly reliable. He texts the day before he is due to visit and also provides online invoices. All windows and doors including VELUX windows on the first and second floors are cleaned and left sparkling. Timber runs an efficient and thorough window cleaning business with all modern amenities (van equipped with water and everything he needs). Results are good, he is always friendly and helpful, he can do inside too and wears over shoe covers so no mess or fuss :-)

Timber at GQC has been my window cleaner for over ten years (and two different properties!) now, and the service he provides is second to none. I was initially concerned about taking him on as he doesn’t use the “traditional” ladder and cloth to clean the windows, and instead uses a very long pole with brush, but my concerns were completely unfounded. My windows are always spotless when he’s finished and I’ve never had any cause to take advantage of his promise to “come back and do it again if not satisfied”. The most pleasing aspect of the service he provides, however, is that he is always cheerful and outgoing, and indeed there have been occasions where we’ve stood chatting on the doorstep for easily 20-30 minutes before he got started on the windows. He is wonderfully friendly, as well as hardworking and diligent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
