I have employed numerous tree surgeons over the years but none have come even close to the service given by Timbers Tree Care Ltd. Firstly as a retired project manager in the building industry I was impressed by Timbers Tree Care website. It told me everything I wanted to know - experience, qualifications, insurance cover, scope of works undertaken and Health and safety matters. No mention of cleaning out gutters, laying block paving and laying lawns as others do! Will arrived to the minute to give me a quotation for the work (involving cutting out large amounts of deadwood from three large pine trees) and impressed me with his knowledge, advice and willingness to agree matters with the Local Authority on my behalf. His price was very competitive and he could undertake the work within a few weeks allowing for giving due notice to the LA. His team arrived to the minute on the day agreed and commenced a large amount of rope works between the trees to gain access for the work and a large tracked shredder arrived to dispose of the wood. His team were not only highly trained and obviously very experienced but a delight to deal with and have on our property. By the end of the morning all works were complete and my lawn, garden and driveways left in immaculate condition. My neighbours have remarked on the way the works were undertaken so hopefully more works will be forthcoming from them. It is rare in these days that I can recommend a firm unreservedly but with Timber Tree Care Ltd I can do so without hesitation.
Will and his team did an amazing job of removing a number of very tall trees and Yuccas from our back garden and reducing 2 more trees. We’re careful and cheerful and left everything clean and tidy. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.
We got 4 conifer trees removed from our garden which were blocking the light. The workmen arrived on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up all the deadwood once finished. The price was reasonable and I would recommend these guys anytime.

Will and the team were able to clear a 20ft squared area of some seriously tall / bulky trees and shrubs at our front, fell an additional 10ft tree in the back, grind out the stumps, chip everything (ready for transport to their eco waste facility) and tidy up, all in about 3 hours. I had several quotes done and Timbers' came out on top too. I happened to organise it all over WhatsApp too (which I liked) with videos to show the work to be done, but I understand Timbers would've been more than happy to survey in person too. Amazing service, great comms. Highly recommended.

I called Will at 7am after getting up to find my tree across a neighbours driveway blocking them in. He got in touch straightaway and his team arrived by 8am and the tree was removed before 8.30am. Very friendly, efficient and tidy team, thank you all! Would highly recommend.

Will came out to inspect my mother's ash tree, and I was thoroughly impressed. He took the time to examine the tree carefully and told me it was in good health and didn’t need to be removed or cut back. I really appreciated the honesty—he could have easily told me otherwise just to make a sale. On top of that, he didn’t charge me for the inspection. Will came round a few months ago to have a look at the tree that needed stumping. Made it really simple, gave me timelines and price which was far superior to anyone else I checked with. The team came round yesterday and did an absolutely fantastic job, cleared everything up and were nothing but nice throughout the whole day! We would like to highly recommend Will Timberlake and his team from Timbers Tree care should you require any tree work. We have a mature garden with many specimen plants and shrubs so we were looking for a team that would take extra care. They recently removed a couple of large, dead trees and some significant dead branches for us and we were very impressed with their professional service. All permissions were organised in advance and they were punctual, efficient, friendly, extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. The work was carefully planned to avoid any damage to our mature shrubs beneath and our garden and driveway were left very tidy when they left. They worked so hard all day. Hats off to them!
