The job was done and tidied up quickly, but some branches were taller than our liking. William and the team returned quickly and trimmed those nicely for us and provided advice on the health of the trees. Midgard ensured customers satisfaction and meet our requirements. The team at Midgard were superb - a really top class service. William was a great contact to tee up the job and discuss the work with. He gave us full confidence in what we thought was a tricky job. But climbers, Jordan and Dann, led by the foreman, Daniel were compete pro’s. They walked us through the job and were masters of their craft. Plus, did a cracking tidy up job after which isn’t always the case. Really pleased with the job and would highly recommend.

William and his team were very professional , from the start of the tree work until the finish ,on a tricky job. Left the garden extremely tidy and were very courteous and polite throughout the 3 days they were on site. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I can't find any fault at all in the booking process - which had to be flexible to allow for completion of gas main works in the road outside - and the quality of the work carried out by Dan and his team. I am very satisfied with Midgard's services.

Will and his team did a great job of sorting out a very overgrown cherry plum tree in my garden. Lots of branches had to be removed, And the remaining tree pruned. It’s clear that Will takes great pride in his work, and I was very pleased with the result! The cost was very reasonable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Midgard.

Midguard arrived promptly and spent some hours making safe a couple of Oak trees, with much dead wood, which front on to a busy main road. Jordan, the climber, worked tirelessly and tidily and all the wood was carefully disposed of and the drive left clean and tidy. I would be very happy to use Midguard again.

From initial assessment of what was required through to the final tidying up, this firm were very professional and considerate to the needs of me as their customer. On the day, Jordan and Dan worked well as a team, providing me with advice and options when necessary, and were so easy to get along with. And on top of that, they did a neat, tidy job to the trees and left a tidy garden on completion. I would certainly recommend this company.

My insurer highly recommended this company as a home emergency due to storm damage. A tree came down on our outbuilding. We were kept updated and within a few hours the team were on site and clearing the debris. Will carried out a comprehensive assessment and explained everything in a calming manner. Had these guys come to do some trimming and cutting back of my trees. They worked well and cleared up all the garden waste before they left. I was asked if i was happy with the work completed which I was. I would recommend them .

I needed urgent help when our oak tree dropped a large branch just missing the sheds and fence. I phoned William who arranged to clear it all up within a couple of days, brilliant stuff, Midgard are the best.

Midgard Tree Services were excellent when they reduced my large eucalyptus tree in my garden. The 4 person team were prompt, polite, friendly and worked very hard. They had restricted access and had to physically take the waste wood through gardens to remove which took a lot of effort and time - they appeared to work well as a team and did a great job. My garden was left in great order when the team finished. Furniture was put back (moved by the team to avoid potential damage), the area was tidied and cleaned. I would highly recommended the Midgard team to neighbours and friends and would definitely invite them back when my tree needs another reduction.

Can’t fault William and his team! We saw so many tree surgeons before finding Midgard Tree Services. Not only was he competitively priced, but we instantly felt he knew his stuff and he had the likeability factor. William and two others spent 7-8 hours cutting down a humongous c100 year oak tree at the front of our house. They did it quickly, safely and professionally. They were respectful of the neighbours and gave our daughter a day’s entertainment, watching them work. There was no damage (in spite of being really close to ours and our neighbour’s house) and the clean-up was so thorough you’d barely know they’d been! Our neighbours were so impressed they want to use William for their projects and should we require any work doing again we wouldn’t hesitate to use Midgard.
