Forest Farm Tree Services LLP

During this past week, we’ve had the pleasure of having the team from Forest Farm Tree Services on site, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Their professionalism and quality of work have been exceptional throughout. What truly stood out, however, was their outstanding attitude and engagement with the people we support. Over the two days they were here, the team not only carried out their work to a high standard but also took the time to interact with and include our residents, answering questions, sharing their knowledge, and even allowing residents to safely take part in some light tasks. Their friendliness, patience, and genuine interest in creating a positive experience for everyone were remarkable. It’s rare to see such dedication to both craftsmanship and community spirit. We would highly recommend Forest Farm Tree Services to anyone looking for a professional, skilled, and compassionate team. (The Pleasance)

What stunning work Forest Farm Tree Services have done to a field maple we have , it looks like the Sycamore Gap tree following pruning.Every resident down our road, has commented on what a stunning job your guys have done. I have been using them for the past 35 years at both my offices and home.

Excellent service! Super friendly and helpful! Would 100% recommend!

Superb service, the whole team were exceptionally professional. Their skill level is something to see. Most importantly they communicated well what they were going to do each day and did a great job of clearing up at the end. Highly recommended.

I rarely give reviews, but these people are exceptional! I’ve used them twice now, (I didn’t leave a review the first time, in case I was just lucky!) but they were just as good the second time around. I would say … of all the trades people I’ve ever engaged, (for any work, over the past 30 years,) they have impressed me the most. From initial visit/quote, to end of work, everything was perfect. You can certainly tell they are a family firm that take pride in their work … and their workers. The first job was a half-acre land clear, (with more than 20, huge 70 year old trees,) and the second job, was a smaller, tree felling and pruning. On both occasions, they arrived on time, had all the equipment they needed, were polite and professional, and left everything immaculate. On the first big job, I had 3 quotes that were dearer and 2 that were cheaper, but the owner of this firm was so knowledgeable and helpful, that I made my mind up without hesitation (and I’m fickle!) and I’m glad I did. I was so impressed with the workmanship and professionalism on the first big job, that for the smaller, second job, I didn’t even get other quotes - I just booked them. I have since recommended them to my neighbour and he has had 4 x 60-foot firs felled and cut up for logs, and he was equally impressed. Honestly - they are brilliant!
