Apex Tree Surgeons

Excellent work at our community garden in Woolston. Turned up on time and did just what we asked with all safety precautions. Very efficient and friendly and I will use them again.

big thanks to the team for clearing side of our garden. Arrived on time, did everything professionally and carefully (both with trees and some bird nests in the trees); tidied up in and out, so my parking lot looked washed :) Very happy with the service and will refer to them again when needed. Additional bonus: entertainment for couple of mesmerized toddlers who stopped to look at the chipper work for 20 minutes :)

Absolutely fantastic company, excellent communication both before, during and after the work was undertaken. Was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the works, and I can not recommend & praise these guys enough for the absolutely fantastic service. They were both fantastically professional and absolutely friendly and took utmost care whilst they worked removing two trees on my property.

We had an oak tree removed from our garden, which was very close to the fence. Mark, Dan, Cam and Matt were all polite and did a fantastic job. Very professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy. They took great care to ensure nothing got damaged. You would hardly know they've been. A quality job and would highly recommend.

Needed a fallen tree removing from garden.Very professional, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!

Superb very professional service. The second time I've used them and certainly would again. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, efficient and friendly team. Thank you.

Efficient, tidy work by a team with a good knowledge of trees

On the initial survey they gave knowledgeable advice about how to cut the trees and were flexible on day about cutting additional branches. However, would not use them again because I don't think they took sufficient care as they broke one of our pots on the day (which I was compensated for) but I later I also discovered a broken paving slab.

I can highly recommend this company. Competitive pricing combined with an efficient and knowledgable team.

The guys did a great job felling two trees for us , very friendly and polite and even cut disks and stump stools for our forest learning area 😀

A very professional company employing skilled personnel, who knew that they were doing. Furthermore they left the premises spotlessly tidy with all the foliage and branches cleared from the drive.

Arrived same day to remove a large tree which had fallen on my house during the recent storm. Really pleasant, tidy team. Absolute heros.

Job to reduce fir tree by up to 3m in height and trim/tidy all sides carried out efficiently and professionally. All debris removed. Have used this company for many years and recommend.

From start to finish HRG Tree Surgeons where very good and the whole process was professional, effective and efficient. Very happy with the work carried out and the team that turned up were great. Would definitely re-hire if I had another need to take down a tall Conifer.

I recently had HRG to take down and mange some trees. What really impressed me above the great job they did (extremely neat and tidy) was how efficient and customer friendly staff were. A great reflection on the culture of the business. Highly Recommend

Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend HRG !!!!

The team at hrg are fantastic!! I have used them on several occasions over the years and cannot not fault them. Always been very professional and always left my garden cleaner than before they started!!! Cannot recommend enough!!!

HRG removed some conifer trees in the garden to make room for a new patio area to be laid. They were really polite, did a great job and left the garden very tidy. Will be recommending

HRG were professional from start to finish. They kept me up-to-date with when the work would be completed. The job was carried out to an excellent standard. I’ll defo recommend HRG for anyone looking for tree work, grounds clearance etc

I can’t recommend this company enough! The team at HRG are outstanding. They were the 3rd tree surgery company I contacted to give me a quote to remove a large ash tree in my back garden that had started to uproot in the high winds and was leaning over my garage and house. The first 2 company’s I contacted that came to look at the tree were very disappointing the first simply said they couldn’t do the task and the second was so expensive I had to seek a 3rd quote as I just couldn’t believe the price to complete the work. If I could go back now I would have picked HRG from the very start. From the initial phone call to the site visit and then the team turning up and carrying out the work I received nothing less than complete outstanding professionalism. The team were fantastic, very friendly, polite and professional. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and in a very safe and controlled manner. With no damage to the property and at a price point that was very reasonable and affordable. I was even more impressed with how well the team cleaned up after themselves, even with all the cutting done in the garden and the saw dust that was everywhere!!!!! They still left it in a better tidier condition than they found it. HRG provided a professional quality service at an affordable price while still obeying strict social distancing and COVID 19 guidelines. If your looking for arboriculture advice or tree surgery work to be undertaken then look no further.

The team at HRG provide an efficient and excellent service which I highly recommend. They trimmed some very overgrown hedges in my garden and reshaped them beautifully, they even took care of the cuttings and cleared everything up so I didn't have to worry about trying to get rid of all of the garden waste. Very polite and friendly whilst ensuring that everyone remained safe by wearing face masks and distancing appropriately.

Great professional service. Highly recommend.

The boys at HRG were incredible, I can highly recommend without hesitation.

HRG completed a programme of complex tree work in Southampton. Their work was of a very high standard, their tree team were professional and personable throughout the work. Highly recommended.

HRG took all the hard work out of having my large oak tree reduced in size and handled the planning request (TPO) for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending HRG to anyone who needs tree work done.
