We had a new fence fitted by Paul and his team and it looks fantastic! The team arrived when they said they would and worked non stop for the whole day to get the fence fitted. Workmanship is beautiful - we’re so impressed! I’ll definitely be having Paul and the team round again to complete further garden works!

Bennetts Tree Care came to prune our Eucalyptus tree which had grown rather large. They also pruned a rose hedge to the height of the fence behind it. They were very professional and did an excellent job, removing all of the branches and other pruning debris. The price was very reasonable. They had sent an e-mail suggested they were available and came very quickly after we agreed for them to do the work.

We did not have a good experience. We were given an appointment but the gentleman did not arrive on time, neither picked up the phone when we followed up. It’s coming close to a week and they haven’t bothered to let us know what went wrong or call back.

Came when expected and did a sterling job. All the team courteous and professional. Cleared all the debris except some logs as requested for neighbours with wood burning stoves.

We used Bennetts tree care to cut back overgrown trees and bushes in our garden. Paul provided an excellent service; from enquiries, quoting and booking through to the garden work and clean up afterwards. Communication was excellent and the job was well done. Paul and his team also left the garden tidier than it was when they arrived! We feel like he was reasonably priced and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Paul and his team arrived on time got straight to work. They completed the lopping and facing off of my conifers efficiently and in good time. They cleared away all the mess they were excellent I would highly recommend them.

Used Bennetts Tree Care for the removal of 9 conifer trees and their stumps. Paul responded quickly and turned up when agreed on the day. I have booked and conform the appointment with guy call Paul and he did not turn up. I ring and send him a text messages but he did not response and ignore my text messages. How unprofessional, if they are that busy then at first place should not give promises to any customer, I wast my 2 hours time. I will never ever contact to the business who thinks customer are useless. Never recommend them

Phoned on Saturday for some urgent work. Sounded great and they promised to come out the next day but they didnt turn up. Then said they would come out later, but that didnt happen either and there was no response to our messages/phonecalls. Complete waste of our time

They did a stump removal for us over a year ago. Was pleased with the work they did then. Exactly the same this time .. efficient, professional, excellent value.

They arrived within 40mins of me calling for a quote, carried out the tree removal within 20mins, cleared up and job done. Lovely guys, V happy.

We have been using Paul and his team since 2018. Paul is a very trusted tradesmen and very professional. The last works he did for us was to take out 3 conifers and the stumps and numerous hedges. He also put in a palisade fence in the front garden. Paul is coming back in the next few weeks and putting up a new fence with concrete posts and a new back garden gate. Would definitely recommend Paul to anyone 👍

Paul and the team were very professional on our tree felling job which was really quite tricky - an extremely large tree which was rotten at the base and hemmed in by surrounding buildings. Excellent job, tidy and courteous staff - I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We have used Bennetts Tree Care twice and they always do a great job. The first time we had to take a huge tree down and the second time we had to trim a massive conker tree that was starting to lean. Both times they turned up on time, were very efficient and professional. Cleared away everything when they finished and we would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

Asked for work on large cherry tree and leylandii hedge. They came and gave quote and said would do work approx. 10 days later. Day before work due got email saying double booked and could they re-fix. Agreed another date 10 days later and they confirmed by email. Day came and no sign of them. Rang various telephone numbers and left messages but all went to answerphone and no-one ever replied. Tried email and text and again have never had response. If job was too small for them to bother would have been better to say this up front rather than just ignore us. Will never use again and have spread word to friends and colleagues.

Paul and his colleague did a great job and worked hard all day. The removed 11 fence panels and a gate that were covered in ivy and replaced with concrete boards and posts and a new gate. The quote was very reasonable and I'm really happy with the result. They took all of the waste away with them and our garden looks great now!

Bennetts Tree Care also do fencing, and I had them replace approximately 30 ft of fencing that had reached the end of it s life and had suffered wind damage. The arrived on time, did a good quality job and left the garden looking neater than when they found it.

I’ve worked all over the world as a PHD in forestry and arboriculture. I’m a teacher these days (wrong side of 40) in the industry for degree students. I had Bennett’s remove a dead and failed Salix babylonica from one of my properties on recommendation from a friend. The guys did the perfect job.

We have used other people for garden services like pruning but I will be using Services from Bennetts Tree Care From now as They arrived on time and did the job very well. Left no mess. I highly recommend them.

Paul and his team did a great job pruning a few trees and also efficiently removed a very tall pine tree. Will definitely use them again.

Extremely disappointed with actions from Paul. We had agreed the price and the date (although he changed the date but i kindly agreed to it) to cut the tree down on my property. It was Paul’s decision not to inspect the tree on site. He came this morning, set all his equipment up but some time later came to me and said that the price will be £200 more than agreed! Excuse was that he will have to use rope to lower the branches and logs down and that will take longer???!! I imagine you have to use ropes to do your job safely DUTY OF CARE trying not to damage anything around you, isn’t that the case, unless you cutting somewhere in the field where is no living souls around you. I’m not try to tell a person how to do his work but you definitely can’t change the price on the day and put customer in this position in hope he will pay out. Complete waist of everybody’s time and effort. I would be very careful if you decide to use his service and obviously won’t recommend it to.

Bennetts Tree Care came to reduce the height of two conifer hedges; in some sections this meant halving the height. As always, the team did a great job, rechecking the height with me as they went along. Once the work was done they cleared away all cuttings. I contact Bennetts whenever we need work doing on our trees.

Removed a very large conifer for us. Excellent and friendly staff who completely cleared up at the end of the work. Very happy with a competitive price. Thank you for a job well done.

Bennets' took my online order and money and never delivered the firewood (now at 11+ days later despite their 3 day delivery claim). I emailed multiple times and left several voice messages. Avoid.

Great company easy to deal with and knowledgeable removed tree looked very safe and new what they was doing had a few quotes from tree surgeons and did not go on just the price that was competitive, but my judgement that they would do a good job and recommendation that they was this good and glad I used them my gut never lets me down Thank you James

Hi great company from start to finish they worked hard and the tools they have are amazing to watch they completed the works fast and safley the garden was spotless after They reduced three trees in height and shaped them they have never looked so good :) And removed 1 large tree that was climbed and taken down in sections as I had two green house near it and 3 small trees they roped and felled them they made it looked easy the garden is bigger and Brighter this tree surgeon company are the best and will use them again for my tree surgery works thank you again paul Cheers steve

Very good professional job cutting back the Leyland trees in my back garden did not leave any mess would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service and nothing was too much trouble. My mum is rrgistered disabled and they were extremely accommodating and ensured it was a safe working enviornment and ensured there were no trip hazards for my mum. Highly recommend. Polite and fantastic customer servuce.

Can't give 0 stars but would really like to. Absolutely appalled by the damage that this company caused to my property while completing work for the house next door. Concrete boulders from the posts they were replacing were thrown about, snapping two large bushes in half. Borders tramped and edging torn up and thrown aside. They didn't even take the boulders with them afterwards, just left them in my garden. Lots of other items left behind including gloves, metal poles and large wooden pallets. Addressed this with the owner so that he could put it right, assumed that he must have had some kids in to do the work. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and I did not even receive an apology for the damage. So so disappointed. I cannot recommend this company, I would encourage others to look for other companies in case the same happens to them. They obviously have no respect for other people's property.

First Class Service throughout. Paul, Micheal and Ashley are a very professional team , and provided advice as to the best course of action for pruning and shaping our trees. They also did an excellent job of clearing up any remaining tree debris. Highly recommended.

Came to fit new fence panels for me and my neighbour- we received a leaflet through our door!! and when repairs were needed within a matter of days, they completely ignored our calls. Contacted this company again when I needed a fence panel replaced because it was damaged during refurbishments of my house. They agreed to come and do the job and the afternoon before I received a text saying that actually they'd been offered a more valuable job (not in so many words but you get the picture…) and that it was the wrong time of year for such an insignificant job and in any case the company was now based elsewhere so it wasn't of interest anyway. I replied stating that actually one of the panels that they had installed was faulty and surely they would come back and repair that (following various contact from my neighbour for some weeks which was ignored) No response!!! It was a while back now but I feel obliged to review that this company is disappointlingly unprofessional following a viable job which cost myself and my neighbour hundreds of pounds. When there were issues with the installation, I would expect any reputable and professional company to respond. Not Bennetts!! I shall certainly be taking my future business else where and would urge anyone else to steer clear of this company.

I had Paul and the team cut back some big trees in my garden and was extremely pleased with the work they did. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting professional tree work carried out.

Tree Was Removed, paid extra for stump and roots, Company did return and remove rest of stump and roots when we removed shavings to do driveway.

Have used Bennetts Tree Care a few times now. Tree removals, hedge and conifer trimming, tree pruning and even fencing. Every job was expertly done, all cuttings removed and to top it all a favourable price, compared to other local companies. Can thoroughly recommend and I will continue to call on their services. :-)

Removed a stand of 5 x 25 year old Leylandii, replaced garden fencing to rear and side of back garden and along front drive and created railway sleeper raised flower beds in front garden. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard; we are both very pleased with the work. Communications were excellent and informative and helpful as to future care of the work and garden. ...and the price for the work was good. Thoroughly recommended

Very impressed with the work carried out by Paul at Bennetts Tree Care. Very prompt to come and provide a quote (which compared to other quotes was good value for money) for the removal of four tree stumps and the pruning and reshaping of our apple trees. Arrived on time on the day and worked very efficiently, fully tidying and disposing of all clearance debris and tree cuttings from the garden. Would highly recommend for future work.

I was impressed with Bennetts Fencing. They came to assess the issue we had with our garden fencing they gave us several prices according to style they would use. Once agreed on a price the job was swiftly done on time and in budget.

Did a good job cutting back large overhanging tree, removing dead tree and removing unwanted climber. Tidied up before leaving and was friendly, informative throughout and very competitive on quotation.
