Have used Jack and his team before. This time for light trimming & shaping of several trees & conifers. Careful & professional work, clearing of waste and friendly service at a good price. Experienced and qualified team - use with confidence, highly recommended. Jack and his team returned for some light oak tree trimming, nicely done and a great improvement, all at a very fair price. It was also entertaining seeing them swinging about in the trees. Squirrels may have been amused too...

I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out on my garden. The team did an outstanding job cutting back the hedges and trees, transforming everything into a neat, tidy, and beautifully balanced space. They were professional, friendly, and clearly took great pride in their work, paying attention to detail and leaving the garden spotless when they finished. The difference is remarkable, and the garden looks better than it has in years. Reliable, hardworking, and highly skilled—this company truly exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality garden maintenance.

It was my first time availing of a hedge cutting service. Jack dropped by to do an assessment and was very polite and informative. He told me what will be done and that everything will be cleaned up. Though there was a hiccup on the initial schedule, he was able to communicate and reschedule. He always accomodated my availability. His team arrived on time on the day, gave me a walktrhough and confirmed everything before proceeding. All very polite and careful. Job was quick and tidy and ensured it was done to my liking before leaving. A pleasant 1st experience from Jack and team and will not hesitate to call on them again if need arises.

Thorough planning beforehand and great communication with us. They did a fantastic job, would highly recommend their services.

Jack and the team are the only people that I would trust to carry out tree work at our property. They are so professional and friendly, and came to the rescue to safely bring down a very precarious sixty foot conifer which was leaning very badly after the high winds. Site is always left very clean and tidy, you can always bank on peace of mind when using Elms Tree Services.

I was so impressed with Jack and his team today. He took down a dying birch tree and reshaped a large horse chestnut tree. He also did work for our neighbours and they left the garden tidy. They were polite and hard working and coped well with the access obstacle.

Friendly, polite & efficient service. I have used Elms Tree Services a number of times now for both annual hedge trimming and work on specific trees and would thoroughly recommend them.

Very efficient and professional service.

Elms Tree Services are highly recommended. This is a team with extensive resources, knowledge, and experience, handling tasks with great competence. I had a bad experience with a previous contractor who didn’t know how to properly prune the tree. Elms Tree Services are professionals in pruning, landscaping, and related activities. They are very honest with pricing; I always get multiple quotes, and another contractor offered the same service for £100 more. They pruned a 5-meter Japanese cherry tree that hadn't been pruned in over ten years, removing dead branches, reshaping, and balancing it. They were confident and skilled throughout the process.

We have used Jack and Elms tree for several years now and Jack and his excellent team have delivered every time, professional, cheerful and more than reliable, would give 10 stars if I could, simply remarkable.

Fantastic trim on our big conifer hedge, Jack was helpful and easy to work with

Efficient, professional service. Elm Tree Services removed three mature conifers that had become too large, including their stumps, and now you would never know that they were ever there! Would definitely recommend!

We asked Jack to reduce the height of a rowan tree in the back garden, remove a few sycamore branches that were overhanging a neighbours garden and reduce the height of a privet hedge at the end of the garden. As usual the work was carried out very efficiently and quickly and all the cuttings removed and chipped. All the lads were very careful not to damage any plants and despite the rain were cheerful and polite as ever. We would highly recommend Elms Tree Services for any tree work.

Very impressed with the team of friendly and professional workers. Took great care to discuss exactly what height and shape we wanted. Worked very hard and left everywhere clean and tidy. A fair price for a high standard of work.

This was really good and efficient. They took the time to check what I wanted, gave advice and then did a good job and cleaned up really well afterwards. Really friendly too.

I have used Elms Tree Services on several occasions and have always been very happy with their work. They are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and always leave the garden clean and tidy. Thanks Jack!

Brilliant service from Jack and the guys. I received multiple quotes to have my trees cut in my garden and Jack's price was more than fair and competitive. Communication was great and the guys left the place clean and tidy after. Highly recommend and will use Elms Tree service again for sure.

Very reasonably priced (this cannot be said for a lot of tree surgeons), professional and organised. Thanks

Highly recommend Elms Tree Services. We called them a few weeks ago for a quote, they were quick to come out and sent us a very competitive quote to cut back trees behind our house overhanging our boundary. I dealt with Jack who once we agreed to have the work done set a date and time. Two surgeons arrived and started the work promptly at the specified time and date. They were very professional and pleasant individuals who completed the work to our upmost satisfaction leaving everything behind tidy and neat. I have no hesitation to recommend their services to family and friends and will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks for your service.

Prompt good work and left the garden tidy

Elms Tree Services did a great job tidying up all the overgrown bushes and plants in our garden and cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I am very pleased with the work they did and the price seemed reasonable considering the work involved. I would recommend them highly.

After looking online at several companies I called ETS, within 3hrs Jack came over to assess the garden and advised me on the job in hand and also said he would remove an obstructive over grown medium sized tree that was hindering my future plans. He emailed me a quote later the same day that was very reasonable and I returned an email agreeing to the quote and made arrangements for the start date which was all in good time. On meeting Jack I was confident from the start, he was professional, polite and has since done a great job cutting back and halving the size of the very large conifer trees that run the length of my garden along with the removal of the obstructive tree, the space created is fabulous, I'm delighted. I was out at work that day and on my return I seen the great job that had been done and with no mess left whatsoever. I would highly recommend ETS and will use them again in the future. Thank you Jack👍😀

Excellent service. Good communication throughout and they cleared up nicely after a fairly big job. Thanks to Jack and all the team.

I found ETS to be very responsive to my request for a quotation and the quotation and invoicing process was slick and efficient. The work was carried out very professionally and the site was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending ETS to anyone requiring their services.

The trimming work was carried out by the team very efficiently and we appreciated their helpful advice on how to achieve the best result. This has let more light into the garden and we’re very happy with the outcome. Elms Tree Services have carried out work for us before and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

excellent work carrried out today by jack and his team..all unwanted hedge trimmings taken away and the site left very tidy..would certainly use them again

Fantastic service from the team at Elms today .

Great work done to the garden, had a 2 trees removed and another 2 lopped. Highly recommend, the team showed up early which worked great for me and left the place tidy afterwards.

Elm Tree services came to take down a very large eucalyptus tree and a smaller lilac tree in my back garden. The team worked efficiently, and diligently throughout the day. They were also considerate, answered any queries or questions that I had. It was a big task, which took time and I was impressed with how well they undertook it. The garden was left clean and tidy, so to conclude I was more than happy with their services and shall be asking them to return for future work.

Elms staff turned up on time, were very efficient and courteous. They removed the tree in very good time and left the site very tidily. The price of the job and the work carried out were excellent and I would have no hesitation of recommending them to anyone.

Professional, helpful, friendly tree services. Listened to our needs and helped with permissions from local authourity. Nice team of lads. Quick and effecient. Absolutely delighted with the work. Great value for money. Has saved me a house move and at last i have sun in the garden.

I have used this company previously so that speaks for itself. Another great job yesterday removing a group of trees and cutting a huge laurel hedge. As it was a working day for me, I had to leave them to it. I was delighted to return home to find the job completed and everything left tidy. From the initial conversation with Jack’s father who organised the first appointment, until job done, the company has been reliable and efficient. Thank you for another great job 👏

A good job done at a fair price. Reliable tradesman, we will use again.

Was provided with a written estimate and had work carried out to lower conifers and hedging 2 days later. Very happy with results, guys were punctual and polite and tidied everything up. Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone else wanting work done.

Very happy with the service carried out by the team to remove a Hawthorn tree that was dying, grind out the stump, and to cut back an overgrown conifer. Quotation received on same day that Jack came to assess the work and carried out within 2 days. By far the most reasonable quotation that we received out of the 4 companies we approached. They even took some old garden cuttings that we had not been able to take to the tip and which were too big to put in our garden waste bin, which i was really grateful for. Will definitely use Elms again for future gardening services required.

Happy with work done. Fair price. Good people.

We had a tree, removed and the stump ground out. Great guys, polite, excellent communication, arrived when they said they would. They worked really well and cleaned up after they were done. No badgering me to pay, they sent me an invoice for the work completed, which a lot of businesses don’t do any more. Absolutely great job, really pleased, highly recommend and I would use again definitely. Thanks guys. Mick & Alison

I had several trees out and stumps grinded from Jack and his team, they were on time and quoted a fantastic and reasonable price. I had been quoted by 4 other companies and Elms Tree Services were the most reasonable, they also executed a highly professional job and left my garden and garage clean and tidy after the work. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I am super grateful to such a fantastic team who were friendly and polite. My garden was overcrowded by a number of overgrown conifers and now they’ve been removed, I can see the full sky. Both myself and my neighbours are very pleased with the extra sunlight that we now get. I would recommend Jack and his team to anyone that are looking for tree surgery Just wanted to update my review 09.23 Once we had finally got a chance to work on the garden in order to landscape the space we were working with, we discovered a couple of stumps that were hidden amongst the soil & dirt. Months later I contacted Jack asking if he could come and grind out those stumps as we needed this before putting slabs down. Jack & his team were prompt and returned to finish grinding out what was left of the stumps, they also helped with removing our washing machine and putting it back as it was in the way of the stump grinder when passing through the property. A friendly and good team. Recommend highly

The cuttings and rubbish was cleared away. I can fully recommend Elm Tree Services and will be using them in the future.

This is the second time I’ve used ETS for major garden work. The first time they were best on price of the 3 I contacted. All brash taken away and tidied and the team cheerful and polite. Thank you!

We had two large conifer trees removed from back garden. Great work from Jack and his team and tidied up well afterwards.

Didn’t know this Co. and hadn’t had any recommendations from others, I mostly used them because they were local. However we were so pleased we did. They were prompt, efficient, highly professional and safety conscious! I had a number of very tall conifers that needed removing, in a very confined location, fully two days work for a gang of four. The lads were polite, on time throughout…..couldn’t fault them. Would happily recommend this Co. to anybody …and will use them again as the need arises!

Jack and the Elms team are friendly guys who got on quickly with their various tasks - pruning shrubs, removing a hawthorn tree and reducing the size of our old apple tree. They worked well, with good results and left the garden very tidy. I am happy to recommend Elms Tree Services.

I have used Elms Tree Services several times. They are very professional and do a great job, leaving the site clean and tidy. Thank you very much.

I will definitely be using these services again in the future. A credit to their trade.

28 September 2022 Brilliant Job Elm Tree Services following quoting for a job today completed work on site - a residential back garden with over grown silver birch, conifers, ivy climbing tree trunks - the guys on site did a fantastic job, worked all day on site and just cracked on - no hassle Left site as found it just did a great job, can’t fault their work - price as per quote and quote was most competitive of all quotes I had received - really professional job - thank you If you are looking for a tree surgeon definitely try Elm Tree Services

Great work! Removed a massive conifer tree on the boundary with our neighbours in the front garden. Did a tidy, professional job and the price was very reasonable, especially considering the size of the tree and in comparison to what some of the other companies I'd reached out to were quoting me.

Jack and his team provided a good service. Professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

Another excellent job by Jack and his team. Prompt, efficient service. All the bushes and the conifers expertly trimmed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first class service.

Cannot rate them highly enough. Jack came out to do me a quote the same week I enquired and I was booked in for the work really quickly. The two men who came to carry out the work were friendly, polite, worked really hard and somehow left absolutely zero mess from all ridiculous amount of hedge they cut back for me. Would definitely recommend and use Elms Tree Services again.

Just had a Conifer trimmed and reduced by 50% and a large overhanging branch removed from a neighbours tree........the Conifer looks great and there is a lot more light in the garden now! First visit, quote and start of work very quick. Jack and his team are really good at their job and all branches etc were completely cleared and shredded leaving No mess. Fantastic job by Elms Tree Services in trimming our very large conifers - really tightly clipped - a very professional finish - everywhere was left tidy Couldn’t be more helpful and they arrived on the day they committed to. Have used other companies before but Elms have been the best by far in terms of the excellent job done and pricing. Will definitely have them back again. Highly recommended!

Jack came out really quickly and gave us a very reasonable quote. Work had to be postponed once but communication was great and rearranged for a week later. Guys arrived on time and were lovely and friendly and have done a great job. Will definitely use Jack and his team in the future and heartily recommend their services. (Incidentally arranged for another local company to come and quote - they arranged to come but didn't turn up or communicate why).

Great service, the lads were keen to ensure that the work on my overgrown privet hedge was exactly what I required and took pains to remove all waste from the garden. Very fair price for an excellent job done. I would always go for Elms Tree Services for any work in my garden.

This is the second time I have used Jack's services and I have no hesitation in recommending him. He is reliable, efficient and professional and does a great job at a fair price. He reduced some dead and overgrown trees for me this time and removed a massive conifer last time.

ETS are excellent. No job is too small or too big and it is always carried out with care and efficiency. We have used ETS a few times and every time has been great. Excellent communication prior to the job. The work carried out is as expected and the garden is always left spotless. Importantly for us, ETS are aware of the rest of the garden, so when cutting big branches off trees, they take care of any plants below. I highly recommend ETS and will certainly be calling them again when needed.

Great job. Efficient, clean and tidy. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service by the team at Elms tree service. Good price for the work required. The guys arrived, very friendly and professional. Just got on with the job. Did a great job of taking down quite a large tree, very careful of where the cuttings were placed before being taken away, no plants etc damaged. Left everywhere tidy. I would definitely recommend this team and will be using again.

Very high tree in challenging position . Elm Tree did an excellent professional job to reduce it down. Most impressed with clearing up. Thank you Jack and team, who are highly recommended .

I am so pleased that I chose Elms Tree Services to complete work to our conifer trees, and stumps. I found them to be dependable, courteous, tidy in the execution of the work, and priced very reasonably. I would not hesitate one moment in asking them back.

In our dealings with Elms Tree Services, we have been completely satisfied with both their prices and the services we have received. They have always been punctual and have always left the site clean and tidy.

All I can say is I had people turn up at my door asking about my tree around the back. Even on the day that Jack was coming to give me a quote, a man called round to say he had just finished a job up the road and noticed my tree and if I wanted it cut down, then he could do the job there and then. I had contacted Jack after reading the excellent reviews, and after receivng the quote, I contacted him to arrange a date and time to do the job. On the day the team arrived 10 minutes early, the weather was not good. They carried the job out quickly and efficiently and cleared everything away. It was as if a tree had never been there at all. I would highly recommend this Company.

Tree's cut down as request, Jack and the guys were easy to deal with. They also carried out the work with the utmost care whilst removed the trees from my back garden. Many thanks for your help and for not letting me down.

Great Sevice and a brilliant job!

We had a huge Beech tree in the front garden close to a main road which needed cutting down. We were very apprehensive about the job but after careful review we appointed Elms Tree Services. Jack the owner arranged for a crane and 11 operatives who worked brilliantly as a team. Job was completed in the day without mishap and site left in good order. Well done to the team for completing a huge job and it was a pleasure to watch professionals at work.

Excellent service from Jack and his team. Their lopping and shaping of huge banks of shrubs & conifers and tending carefully to old plum trees always keeps our garden looking its best. Fair price for quality work and definitely recommended. Nice bunch of chaps to have around too.

Very reliable and efficient company 👏👌

Work was done on time and in a very organised manner-great entertainment for the kids. Tidied up really nicely. Thank you.

Jack and his team were punctual, friendly, helpful, tidy and did an expert job in pruning and shaping trees and shrubs.

I would highly recommend Elms Tree Services. They did a very professional job pruning 2 cherry trees and cutting back conifer branches overhanging our house. They also removed 5 tree stumps. Excellent communication, arrived on time and everything left neat and tidy.

Knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They were able to recommend the right course of action, and completed the job on time.

Excellent throughout. A good price and, more importantly for us, tree work was done precisely as agreed with spot on comms throughout the process. Straightforward payment online. This outfit is genuinely highly recommended.

Great efficient service, nice people too. Would recommend.

Elms Tree Services did some work in my rear garden which was to reduce 1 hedge down to fence height and remove the lower branches of a tall oak tree (with TPO permission) as well as removing ivy from the oak tree. They were very professional, they did an excellent job and cleared up the garden leaving it in a very tidy condition.

Brilliant job, Cherry tree completely reshaped and 4 ft taken off a row of conifers. All debris cleared away garden looks amazing. Easy electronic payment would recommend them every time

Jack arrived when he said he would, offered a quote significantly cheaper than a local competitor and could get the job done in good time. He communicated well throughout the job; he was efficient, tidy and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Work carried out efficiently -good team work, clean and tidy afterwards. Well priced, work considerately done, recommend Elm Tree Services.

What a fantastic team. They have completed the removal of a large laurel hedge and various bushes They have carried out work for us in the past and once again never cease to amaze us. They are true professionals, working effectively as a team to cut down, dispose of and leave the area lovely and tidy. Friendly guys, who you feel safe to have around especially during this Covid pandemic. Highly recommed them, thank you so much. Janice and Adrian

Excellent service, arrived on time, did all that was asked to do and left the garden very tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.

An excellent job was done by Elms Tree Services Today, Thursday 27th August, 2020. It poured with rain the entire time and still the job was completed to a high standard and my garden and drive were left immaculate. The price I found to be very fair.

They cut my friends trees down

I could not recommend this company more highly. Quick response to arrange a quote, arrived on time and provided quote by email immediately after leaving. Clear about how long we would wait to have the work done; arranged an appointment to carry out the work, arrived on time that day and did a brilliant job on the tree. The lads were efficient and cleared everything away after them. I was so impressed I've asked them to do some more work for me.

Jack and his team did a really professional job, with the minimum of fuss and in a friendly manner. Could not have been better.

Great service, garden looks amazing!

Jack and his team are absolutely amazing. They were so professional, neat and tidy I was in awe of them. They removed a large willow tree complete with stump so efficiently, taking away all of the trunk and branches and leaving the area perfect. What made it even better was the politeness and respect each one showed to my mum and me. I cannot praise these lads enough and would 100% recommend them all day long. Thank you so much Jane

Great job, very pleased. Will definitely use in the future to look after my trees.

I am entirely satisfied with Mr. Brewer's work. It is a pleasure both to see him, and to work with him.

Very satisfied with the work Jack and his team carried out at a reasonable price. Work carried out exactly as required plus a few additional requests I made on the day. I wouldn't hesitate to use ETS again .

Great service from Estimate to Completion of the works. A really professional job, all debris off cuts etc cleaned up before leaving. Highly Recommend will use again.

What a pleasant change. A company who do above and beyond what is expected of them. I would plant another tree just to have them come back in several years to cut it down. When they had left, the tree was gone and there was hardly a wood chipping visible to show they were here. Professional, punctual and polite team from top to bottom. Thank you all Mick Jackson

Arrived on time, did exactly what we agreed, tidied up and was courteous and friendly throughout. The guys were very aware of the Covid-19 situation and maintained their distance at all times. I would happily recommend Elm Tree Services to anyone in need of a professional tree surgeon service. Well done guys.

We have used Elm Trees services several times now and will continue to do so. Jack and his team are fantastic. Very professional and efficient service every time. Our garden is always so tidy when they leave! We would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard leaving no mess. I will definitely use them again.

Needed some small trees cut down in my garden and noticed ETS vehicle drive past me one morning doing the school run. I called and left a message. Think I got a call back in the hour and arranged to do a quote next day. Jack was on time, understood my requirements and emailed me a thorough quote within 30 mins of coming round. I didn't bother getting any more quotes as I felt confident Jack and his team would do a good job. Booked in for the following week. The weather was terrible, they worked non stop until finished and cleared all the branches from my neighbours garden as well. I'm annoyed at myself for leaving it so long to get sorted! Would thoroughly recommend and thank you for doing such a great job. Jen

We had an overgrown garden with six trees to be removed. One of the trees was a very tall conifer - about 40-45 feet I think - which was about 6 feet from the house and next to the garden fence. It took two full days (plus a couple of hours on the third day) to take them all down. Jack and his team arrived promptly on the day they were booked and worked flat out without any fuss for the two days. Everything cleaned up afterwards. No damage to anything - even the fence. We asked for stump grinding as well and I was really impressed how well this worked. Our neighbours have already contacted Jack to arrange for a tree to be removed in their garden. Overall, very impressed, price was very reasonable and would use ETS again - which is unlikely as we don't have any trees left! Will recommend to anyone who needs a similar service.

Excellent service - would thoroughly recommend

Jack and his team arrived at the agreed time all wearing the correct safety gear. This alone confirmed they would have a professional approach to their work. Everything was completed as per their competitive quotation. I can thoroughly recommend ETS.

Reliable and professional team. Jack and his team visited today. Did a brilliant job trimming my large, overgrown Holly Tree, and cut back overgrowth. Left everything today.Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I contacted Elms Tree to get two stumps ground down. They responded promptly, gave a very accurate idea of what they could do and a very reasonable quote. Agreed a date, they arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Exceeding expectations, ground both down and you would never know they were there, plus they tidied up after. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for doing a great job

The team turned up on time even though I was away and it was on the other side of Birmingham from them. Everything was completed in around 2 hours (21 stumps ground down + 2 piles of trunks and branches) then my garden was left very tidy after with no complaints from the neighbours either :) Professional including full quotes and invoice for the work. Fully recommend the team at Elms. Nick - B31

Had 2 trees removed. Done in less than a day, efficient service, great communication. Site left tidy and clear of all debris. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Can't recommend them highly enough. The team did a fantastic job at removing two trees and stumps. Left the garden tidy. Very professional, timely and responsive to emails/phonecalls. Also very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

Very good service all round, from speedy quote and then short time to carrying out the work. All three guys were professional and work done very quickly and site left tidy. Would recommend and all at a decent price as well.

Great job! Really happy with the service received! Really nice guys, turned up early, very professional and cleaned up afterwards! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Excellent service and helped out with a couple of bits that weren’t quoted for which was much appreciated. Cheers

Very professional. Very polite. Trees felled and cut expertly and all mess cleared-up. Will recommend them highly.

Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt arrival for both quotation and the job. Wore correct PPE throughout. Controlled drop of the branches and trunks of a large oak tree and an apple tree. Electronic estimate and invoice emailed swiftly. The team left the garden tidy and even used blowers after the stump grinding. Vehicles and machinery were clean and clearly well serviced and maintained. Competitive pricing and worth every penny.

Arrived on time, started work immediately. Trimmed all hedge, conifers trees etc and tidied up all cuttings and took away afterwards . Our garden looks immaculate . They are a great team, very polite, hardworking and honest. I would highly recommend Elms Tree Services they certainly go that extra mile. Will certainly use them again in the future . Many thanks you done a brilliant job😊

An excellent job carried out by the whole team from Elm Tree Services on a stormy day in heavy rain with a strong wind blowing. They arrived on time, were very efficient and trimmed and shaped a number of trees at the front and back of the house to my complete satisfaction. Finally they left everywhere clean and tidy. An excellent and professional service from start to finish.

Elm Tree Services removed a row of conifer trees, additional stumps and garden debris and we were really pleased with their service. The price was very fair, they were polite, punctual, worked hard and cleared up afterwards. We would highly recommend this company.

Jack Brewer and his team again carried out an exemplary job for us on a very cold and icy day. This is the second time we have used Elm Tree Services and have been totally satisfied each time. Nick Hammond

We have two small buxus trees in front of the house that needed trimming and reshaping. The communication from the start was very good and professional and the service was even better. We have a big garden and a fair amount of trees, so we will be definitely calling in again. Thanks again.

Jack and his team were incredibly efficient and tidy...just watch that they don't have your biscuit tin!

Removed a very large tree for me in a fairly enclosed space without any problem. Excellent service, no mess left and no payment up front. Would highly recommend.

I have used ETS for around 6 years. Alway an excellent service, friendly team, fully tidy up afterwards.

Great service, flexible to work around our availability and left the job looking tidy. Highly recommend.

I will just like to say thank you so much to all of you team. Jack Brewer

Excellent job done by the Elms Tree team. The guys arrived when they said they would, trees were down in no time and the place was left very tidy afterwards. Really impressed with a professional job and a competitive price

I can echo all the the other positive reviews, everything about their service was excellent. Incredibly professional from start to finish. Very responsive and quick to provide advice and a quote. This proved to be very important as Jack spotted that the tree had a huge amount of rot so potentially very dangerous. Due to this, Jack and the team were back the next day and expertly removed the tree and all rotten debris from the garden, whilst leaving the useful logs for the wood burner. The whole team were hugely helpful and considerate. All waste had to be carried through the house as we have no side passage and I noticed that they carefully checked and prepared the path through the house to ensure that no damage occurred. We are very grateful for their service and I'm sure we will be calling on their services again in the future.

Fantastic service whilst being great value. Will be using again in future.

Amazing service and very reasonably priced. Jack and his team did a great job removing 9 30ft Conifers all in just over a day. Would definitely recommend them.

Superlatives must be used to describe the workmanship and customer service carried out and offered by Elms Tree Services. The work carried out was expedient and thorough, where clearing up can only be described as tidiness personified. Every aspect fulfilled the goal of a job well done. Definitely five stars and highly recommended.

Could not recommend these guys highly enough! They've worked on our garden on a few separate occasions now and the results are always fantastic! Professional, efficient and always today up after themselves!

Quick and efficient. Made light work of two overgrown trees and cleared everything up afterwards. Good value for money too

Communicative; prompt; friendly and at a good price. I’ll have them back for sure

I would highly recommend this company who felled a large ash tree grinding the stump out to leave the site level and ready for final finishing work.

Jack and his team removed a stump and trimmed a conifer hedge for us today. They came on time, and did a very professional job with a well trimmed hedge, and the area cleaned up comprehensively. They also looked after the surroundings and gave good advice. We will use them again, and based on our experience, I'd happily recommend them. PB Sutton Coldfield

Excellent service, very happy with them. Would highly recommend
