Really impressed with Jack’s work. Communication was quick and easy from the start, and he clearly knew exactly what needed doing. He even gave me a 20 minute heads-up before arriving, turned up when he said he would and got straight on with the job. He made a huge difference, clearing the overgrown branches and blowing all the leaves and debris away, leaving everything much tidier and more open. The price was very reasonable too. Can’t fault it - great service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend Jack!

Jack and his team came and made light work of trimming a large hedge at the rear of my property. They also trimmed back a large ivy wall at the back of a garage, which was tricky to get to. As well as trimming up several archways of overgrown foliage. They did a great job and tidied up after themselves, and disposed of clippings. Thank you, another great job. 👍

I can highly recommend TreeCut! Jack was brilliant. Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He trimmed some hedges far better than we could ever have done. He took down a tree that was causing a problem, pruned a few others and even moved a small fruit tree for us that was in the wrong place. All within the blink of an eye. He gave us a very competitive quote (we were more than happy). He also delivered us a load of wood for us to chop up for the log burner next year (he ended up chopping a lot up for us too), at a fraction of the cost of anyone else we've tried. I really don't think you will find anyone better. Over the moon with this! What a lovely guy! He did an amazing job removing our Cordyline australis that was getting too large for the garden and trimming up the trees in the back. It looks lovely and since he couldnt remove the stump with it growing under the neighbours he put plugs into the stump to make sure it doesnt come back while protecting the rest of our garden plants. Very thoughtful guy with great communication, kindness and compassion. Cleared up everything, kept me in the loop when needed and provided quick quotes from photos which he gave a discount to due to unforseen circumstances and he had to reschedule the visit. Would highly recommend using tree cut and will be passing on there info to family and friends in need of gardening help! Honestly incredible

Jack and his team worked tirelessly this morning and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. 5 conifers gone, magnolia tree reduced in height, dead honeysuckle shrub removed and hedge trimmed. Garden tidied and left 'spotless'.

Received excellent, professional service from Jack and his team, who trimmed several trees in our garden to let more sunlight in. They also removed an overgrown clump of bamboo and advised us on how to prevent it from returning. Jack has very good knowledge of trees and their growth patterns and trimmed a number of overgrown shrubs and trees to the right level. Despite the massive amount of branches and leaves from the trimming, they cleaned everything thoroughly and left all areas perfectly tidy. Very happy with the friendly nature and quality of service by Jack. Our garden feels brighter and much more open after their work. We've just had our Oak Tree pruned. Very pleased as this has created lots of light over the rest of the garden. Hopefully with a bit of sunshine our garden plants should grow better. Our next door neighbour is also pleased, especially as compared to the last few years there will be a big reduction in the amount of acorns dropping onto her garden. The squirrels though, will no doubt feel hard done by!

We've been delighted with this service from the moment Jack responded to my initial enquiry, through maintaining good communications over meeting and work appointments to excellent service delivery on the day. We have a very large Ash tree in an enclosed garden with no side access so had to make use of our neighbour's side passage. The end result left is with a nicely shaped tree still even though it was a lot smaller; and Jack and the team were great about clearing up after themselves. I'd definitely recommend Tree Cut MCR.

We have used Tree Cut on two occasions now and have been really pleased with Jack and the team's work both times. I would recommend Tree Cut to anyone, a professional and friendly company to deal with . Organising a quote and booking a date was all simple and quick .I paid the extra for the separate stump grinding . On both dates the guys turned up cracked on with the work and cleared away all the mess afterwards leaving my garden tidy plus if you are lucky you get to met Pip the dog too .

A big branch from our tree snapped off into the neighbour’s garden during the storm, so we called Tree Cut. Jack came out really quickly and sorted everything. Super friendly guy & very knowledgeable - and his little dog was a bonus, just hanging out while he worked. The job wasn’t removing the whole tree, we wanted to avoid that. He carefully cut back only what needed doing to make the tree safe, balanced, and secure for future storms. A very efficient quoting service via photos on WhatsApp -had a reasonable estimate in a few hours. We have very limited garden access but this wasn’t a problem for the tree surgeon who took the tree down in small stages, ensuring all surrounding plants remained undamaged. They then cleared up after themselves meticulously. We’ll be using them again.

Come across Jacks instagram account. Messaged him and sent photos of our large tree and conifers. He asked what I was wanting done to them, then gave me a quote. Booked in, confirmation text of booking. Weather was awful, but he still came. Didn’t stop until everything was done, approx 6 hours ! There was another guy with him, polite and friendly, cleaned everything away, no mess left at all. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely by contacting him for having them cut again.

I called Tree cut for a price, and after submitting a picture of the extra large shrub I needed removing I was given a fair price. The guys came on time and did the job. Our garden was riddled with bamboo! These guys came and dug it out but unfortunately it's a beast and we discovered lots more root balls and started to see it coming up again. They came back, redug and advised a weed killer for any odd shoots. 6 months later I'm pleased to say it seems under control with nothing showing as spring starts

Two lads arrived took the tree down in no time ,we were a little bothered as the tree was large and very close to neighbours outdoor offices and our greenhouse, absolutely no damage to anything all cleared up and taken away , fantastic service ,highly recommend,price was very good too,alot less than what we thought

Contacted Tree Cut following a recommendation from a neighbour. Jack visited for a survey, he was full of ideas about how to prune our overgrown trees. We were happy with the price we were quoted and everything went ahead on the projected date smoothly. Really happy with the results which a neighbour commented on today along with a mention of the friendliness of Jack and his colleague who I have to say worked tirelessly all day to remove our overgrown ivy.

Jack did a great job at trimming and cutting back our garden hedges and trees. Really nice finish, had all the tools required. We’ve used other companies in the past but they weren’t as professional and didn’t leave the garden as tidy as they did when they’d finished.

Well they provided an EXCELLENT SERVICE from start to finish, they delivered on all they said they would and more. We now have Cherry Tree wood with which to make items of furniture in memory of, they have left us with a new patch of garden enabling us to plant afresh. All round it has been an excellent experience and I would highly recommend their services to all concerned. It's been a pleasure. They are also very pet friendly people, and that's always a good sign in my books!

A humongous tree near my garden came down in the early hours of a morning into 3 other Gardens, due to storm Lilian. I called numerous Tree Surgeons. Some Came out, and then after seeing the Job, they became instantly booked up for months and weeks. However Jack came out. Climbed up the house like Spiderman, to get an overview of the fallen tree. Came down and qoute me a very reasonable price and said I will have it done in one day. I was in disbelief as other Surgeons, would arrive and start to ponder, hum and ha and wonder where to start. Jack and his team worked for 12 hours. 8am-8pm. Replacing blade upon blade, and lifting log upon log, mulching branch upon branch. Tidying as they went along. A superbly capable, organised Tree Team in prime fitness.

Tree Cut were brilliant from start to finish. Came to price up the work and was a pleasure to speak with. Turned up on the day on time and worked through the rain. He did a great job removing a large dead tree from our garden and reducing the size of some other overgrown trees, shrubs, foliage. My garden was left all nice and tidy and it looked brilliant. Tree Cut Surgery popped up on my Instagram feed! My phone must have heard me talking about "that dead tree needs sorting... the laurel bush is out of control". I've never rang a company from an IG post before and on this occasion I'm glad I did! Jack has a friendly professional approach with a genuine no pressure approach to providing business. He visited within a week of contact! There were some wrens nesting in the dead tree and he was respectful of this and knew that late October would be best to cut it down to allow them to move on. He was also understanding of budget... we needed to rime this around pay day! I didn't feel uncomfortable talking budget's. They were the only company we phoned for a quote. We didn't need to ring anyone else as we were happy from the off! The large dead tree was removed and laurel bush were crowned and completed within a few hours! The whole place left tidy afterwards with all wood removed. A really neat job completed. I'm looking forward next year to no worry about high winds and dead trees, and also more light into my garden for the summer 🌲🏡

I emailed mid morning, Jack at Tree Cut Mcr had called me back early afternoon to arrange coming around to give a quote, they were there the following evening, reassured me that one tree I was concerned about was actually OK and didn't need cutting down yet, while the other tree was cut the next day!
