Kieran attended promptly and gave verbal quotes. Sadly he didn't respond to messages to arrange to do the work last October/November. So I have had to find a different tree surgeon. I have seen Kieran's response to my review. I would not wish what he is going through on anyone. However, a quick reply to say he couldn't do the work or agree a delay would have gained a 5 star review.

Kieran and his team did a fantastic job pruning our pear tree. It was done quickly and looks great. They did a really good job at cleaning up too! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Kieran and his team were doing some work at our neighbours house and very kindly agreed to take down a large holly tree for us. The work was completed efficiently and quickly despite the awful weather and the site was left clean and tidy. I was also given advice on pruning other trees in the garden which was very helpful. Keiran and his staff were excellent. We wanted 8 large conifers removing and Keiran and his team removed them in a very fast efficient and professional manner. Can’t praise or recommend Kieran and his team enough, I’ve known Kieran for ten year and whenever I’ve needed any work done he was/is round at mine swiftly and completed a professional, neat and tidy job and no mess after he left. Top guy and has become a good friend.

We had to call Mike and his team out 3 times due to issues out of our hands, all 3 times I have received nothing but the most professional, friendly and understanding service. They completed the job today and my husband and I are extremely satisfied with results. We needed quite a few tree stumps removing, which was done efficiently and cleaned up any mess. Our garden has been transformed by North West Tree Surgeons. For years we've lost all sun mid afternoon. They carried out a really professional job today. Prior to the job they let us know that they would be checking all trees for any birds nests, and if occupied they wouldn't be able to carry out the work. The result is that we now have full daylight on our garden at a time that we'd have had to go in. Really friendly team. Can't recommend enough.

Kieran and his men where excellent. Price was very competitive, they arrived on time got on with the job of removing a 60ft tree. Which they did in a day. Was given Kieron’s number from a friend who had used him in the past and was very happy with the work he and his team had done. We needed a very large(40foot) fir tree cut right back over our border fence and topped as it had grown out of control for twenty years. The neighbours trees were also causing an issue so they decided to have theirs trimmed and topped. He arrived on time, as we were told, and promptly went to work and within a few hours the tree was half of what it used to be, fast, safe and professional. Hardly stopping for a breath, they worked through. After trimming the neighbours tree and ours, all gardens that had any drop from any of the trees was cleaned immaculately.. I can’t say enough good things about Northwest Tree Surgeons :) Highly recommended and would definitely go straight to them if I ever needed more work. Thanks Kieron.

We had northwest tree surgeons to remove a large oak tree and i would highly recommend them to anybody that needed them. From the first phone call to the completion of the job the service was very professional. All members of staff were polite and helpful and the job was completed to a very high standard if I’m honest the garden was cleaner after the work was Completed.

I have just had Kieran and his assistant in to trim the trees around the perimeter of my house, about a week's work. Excellent, tidy job.

Thanks to Kieran and his workmate for doing a great job crown reducing a Silver birch , shaping a big ash and reducing a Sycamore, plus removing a couple of smaller trees . A BIG thank you to Kieran who has really helped us me out today - it was 3.30 on a friday afternoon and my cat was stuck high up a tree & the RSPCA were unwilling to help for at least 24 hours. I rang NorthWest Tree Surgeons and he came within half an hour and got my cat down. Kieran and his team took down a 90ft tree in our back garden in Timperley. We were initially concerned with the proximity of the tree to our house and neighbouring property but Kieran put our minds at rest and explained the process of removing the tree safely. Frankly, we were amazed with how quickly and cleanly the tree was taken down and our garden was left clean and tidy with all the wood quickly removed (well...nearly all - we kept some for the log burner). We now have daylight in our kitchen! Overall, really impressed with the professional service provided by Northwest Tree Surgeons, especially considering their competitive price, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a very large tree in my neighbours back garden that was overhanging and shading 50% of our garden. The neighbours were happy for me to have the tree felled so I had Northwest Tree Surgeons come out to take a look. Kieran was brilliant! He ensured there were no preservation orders in place, came back on time and commenced felling. On my return home, I was completely amazed as there was no evidence the tree was ever there! Kieren and his team cleaned up all the debris once completed and re-instigated all the adjoining fence panels. I was a little dubious what the end result would be as his cost was very competitive, but I have to say, Kieran and his team were professional, extremely tidy and come highly recommended by me with no reservations whatsoever.
