The Heights Tree Care team arrived for the annual 2-day Hedge/Tree cutting in my garden - front and back. Working during a heat wave, the team were hardworking, conscientious and professional and the results were first class. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I can't praise the professionalism of Heights Tree Care highly enough. A large tree came down over three gardens, on a very restricted site, in a conservation area. They responded immediately, gave a fair quote, scheduled the work for the following day and did an exceptional job. They even liaised with the council over the conservation area restrictions. It was although the tree had never been there. Such quality of workmanship, pride in what they do and overall professionalism must be recognised and commended. Thank you very much. The Heights Tree Care dealt with an ailing tree in our garden that needed to come down urgently and at very short notice. They returned calls, turned up when they said they would and were polite and extremely tidy throughout. The tree needed to come down in windy conditions, it was close to our house and with a difficult access, but it was all dealt with efficiently and carefully. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. Thank you Heights Tree Care, we will only use you from now on.

After being recommended I messaged these guys on Facebook and got a good response initially. Then when I tried to fix a date for them to come round I heard nothing back. I then e-mailed and later left a voice message and got no response. Disappointed. If you don't want my business that's fair enough, at least let me know you aren't available.
