Jamie and his work colleague are brilliant at there job, they arrive on time, are very pleasant workers and the garden it tidy when they leave. Jamie will advise on weather an idea of yours is good for the tree and will not cut trees in nesting season. He gets booked up months in advance so if you require his services keep that in mind. I would highly recommend him.

Instructed First Class Tree Surgeons to attend the trees in my garden. I found Jamie and his team polite and knowledgeable in their field. They carried out all works to a professional standard (also very kindly some extra works over and above the agreed quotation) leaving everything in a clean and tidy condition. Excellent work. Removed a tree from the front garden with minimal disruption to the rest of the garden and everything tidied up beautifully. I was even left with a neat pile of cut logs for my wood burner.

We used first class tree surgeons to remove a diseased tree in our garden. They rapidly visited to take a look, give their advice and to provide an accurate quote at a very reasonable price. Once booked they turned up on time, were very polite and friendly and got the job done quickly. Furthermore they took great care not to damage the plants growing under the tree. Fully recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

Jamie was great! He came over promptly to give us a competitive quote and booked us in to do the job 2 weeks later which was perfect as we were in a hurry. He was completely reliable, friendly, efficient and very careful not to damage anything in the garden (one of the stumps was right up against our brand new garden fence). We particularly appreciated that he used top of the range equipment compared with other tree surgeons. After grinding the stumps, all that was left was a fine mix of sawdust and soil, perfect for planting something else in its place. We would definitely use him again.

Excellent service. Arrived to prune trees and mend our fences. Unfortunately the fences, once the ivy was removed, were all rotten. Jamie discussed the best way to proceed, and a plan has been agreed. All three trees pruned beautifully with all the debris cleared away. Jamie and his colleague were friendly, courteous and answered all my concerns honestly. I highly recommend this service.

I have just had a great day having various trees and hedges pruned and trimmed very professionally and carefully in my garden by First Class Tree Surgeons. Jamie really knows trees, has a good eye for shapes, is very experienced and knows how to prune properly. He is very respectful of the garden and the special memories that certain trees have and aims to please his customers’ wishes as best he can. His assistant is very efficient at removing the cut wood etc and he made an excellent job of tidying up. I would highly recommend Jamie and team and will certainly be booking them again next year.

First Class Tree Surgeons says it all. Jamie and his team took on the task of reducing the canopies of a large Holm Oak and large Beech tree. This included working over opposite boundaries of our property and the result has been praise from both neighbours on a job well done. They also fell adeclining cedar, reduced the stump and stacked the logs very effectively.. Equally impressive was how well they tidied up and left the site and the neigbouring gardens in such good condition. This is the third time we have used this company and thoroughly recommend their professionalism and expertise in meeting our requirements.

Jamie and his team came out and carried out a crown reduction on a Copper Beech Tree & removed a conifer which was impeding the growth of an Oak. Turned up as promised and did a really nice job. Jamie also cut and stacked logs produced from the conifer to dry out for our log burner. The boys cleared up thoroughly and left the garden very tidy. Highly recommend.

Jamie and his dad Graham transformed my garden by reducing the hedge height along the southern boundary. All the material was shredded and removed from site. The sunlight which now floods the garden is quite simply marvellous.They are both professional and personable and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Top notch!

Jamie's team arrived at the time expected, they removed sycamore tree in the rear garden to ground level and poison the stump, did a crown reduction on the tulip tree in the front garden by 2.5 metres maintaining a natural shape, reduced a small tree and took the top of mixed tree/hedge by 10 feet. I went out for the morning when I came back everything had been completed to a very high standard & not a leaf was left on the floor. Very tidy work. Would recommend.

The team carried out the work quickly, efficiently with good humour and great courtesy. They tidied as they went and other than the massive improvements to the long hedge at the bottom of the garden, we'd not have known they'd been. So pleased, we've booked Jamie to do work on a venerable and much loved tree in the garden in January. Estimates were exactly as suggested, with no hidden 'extras'. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Jamie and his team carry out regular work at our lake. We have been using him for the last 4 years, professional and well priced.

Fantastic job. Very impressed. We wanted our laurel hedge thinned down as we have a small garden and although we like it the thickness of it was not in proportion to our garden. Jamie came and quoted and offered advice on what best to do - one side this year otherwise it could look too bare. Both he and Rachael are super professional and helpful. The crew came and did the job and they were so skillful, professional, and knowledgeable. This is not a come in and hack your trees company....they really know what they are doing to get the results you want. We wanted a hard prune and they took branches out in key places too. Efficient and tidy. Excellent service and will be using them to do the inside of the hedge at some point next year.
