Maurice did our kitchen floor for us, and what a job he did. Even after we unexpectedly found a large dip in the floor that needed to be levelled Maurice handled the job with patience and professionalism and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. I would recommend MG Tiling highly. MG Tiling retiled our bathroom in January 2026 and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. An exceptional job especially given the unusual shape of the room. Maurice was considerate to our needs, timely and extremely skilled in his work. Plus, he was a lovely bloke!

Maurice was recommended to us and we're so pleased for the recommendation. He made a fantastic job with some tricky requirements of ours! We wanted reveals in bath and shower areas with no edging strips, so this required a very keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy. He needed to cut porcelain tiles with the correct rear chamfers to give a small grout line including some tricky chevron shaped tiles! Whenever we asked for anything out of the ordinary, he would respond with "Yes, I can do it!". He is friendly and approachable and no ask seemed to be too much. We are extremely pleased with the results in our bathroom and 2 en-suites. We would highly recommend him!

Maurice is hands down the best tradesman I’ve ever dealt with. He is responsive, turns up when he says he will, is a pleasure to have in the home, is clean and tidy and most importantly does a fantastic job with a great eye for detail. Maurice has completed two recent jobs for us - tiling our hallway which was tricky with the design I had selected in an old house where nothing is straight - and then he returned to tile our fireplaces in the lounge and dining room. Our only regret is that we hadn’t yet found him when we had our bathroom done! We would not hesitate to recommend Maurice for any tiling projects.

We've used Maurice a few times now while renovating a Victorian house - bathroom, kitchen, living room; walls & floors as well as making a lovely hearth from slate quarry tiles. He is really good. What a gem of a find! I found Maurice on the SK8 group, took a chance based on reviews and definitely worth it! We had a 70 sq metre uneven floor and he did an amazing job, looks fabulous and would highly recommend. He’s a great chap and leaves the place clean and tidy each day, cannot fault him, a gem of a find and definitely going to use him again - thank you Maurice!

Maurice is a great Lad,with a personable attitude. He has just completed our Kitchen Wall and floor, also laundry room. He was competitively priced, and his work impeccable. Maurice is absolutely incredible - tiled the kitchen and dining room in only 2 and a half days to the most immaculate standard. Maurice is the best. No questions. We've used him for our kitchen floors and splashbacks on two properties now and he's always a pleasure to work with. Our builders have even said he's the best tiler they've seen. You'll notice he's booked up for months. There's a reason for that.

Could not recommend Maurice enough. He has retiled the whole of our downstairs beautifully (living room, kitchen, hallway, and the kitchen backsplash). Maurice recently tiled our kitchen and has done an absolutely brilliant job. He's punctual, tidy and his work speaks for itself- we were blown away by how good our kitchen looks now! He clearly takes a great deal of pride in the quality and standard of his work and was very accommodating with a last minute change in grout colour. On top of all that, he's such a lovely gentleman as well and what he quoted us was what we paid after the work was completed- a very reasonable quote at that! We won't be using anyone else but him for any tiling we need doing in the future.
