Like one of the other people posting,, we trawled round all the obvious tile shops and came away empty handed. Found Tiles of Ringwood by accident and what a happy accident!! Superb choice of beautiful tiles and we had fantastic service from this shop from the first moment of going in. Nothing was too.much trouble and they very willingly let us take samples away. After 3 visits and lots of mind, and sample changing (there is a great selection) we finally made our choice. Every single tile was broken. We took too long to tell them so they wouldn’t refund or even make any sort of goodwill gesture. I accept we took too long and that’s our mistake - we got caught up in a project and the many things to check, but even so, it’s really poor to send tiles with hardly any protection all, just a sticker saying fragile. It’s not really surprising they’re all broken.

After trawling around all the mainstream tile shops and not finding what we wanted, we visited Tiles Of Ringwood. When we went in, we didn’t feel pressurised but were given time to have a mooch. We took some photos of what we liked and went back the next day to ask for samples. Beckie was very helpful and we ordered our tiles later that day. 5 days later they arrived and were fitted the next day. We’re delighted with them, they’re a little different to your standard tiles that everyone seems to stock. Beckie’s communication was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend Tiles of Ringwood!
Beckie was very helpful when I first visited the showroom. I was looking for something different but within a theme for our en-suite shower room. I found the perfect tiles to create a mural and Beckie worked out how many boxes I would need to order. When the tiler was cutting the tiles, he accidentally broke the last tile that he needed to install to create the mural! I was amazed that Beckie found the exact replacement tile from photos that I sent her (at the showroom) , which saved me ordering a whole new box of tiles; and we were able to return a couple of boxes of unused tiles. Beckie was SO helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the showroom to others. Plus she knew our tiler who is a regular visitor to the showroom. All in all, a very refreshing change in the quality of service and approach that Beckie has. Thank you Beckie for exceptional customer service.
We are return customers to Tile Emporium. They did a fab job when we first did some renovation work, we used them again for our extension and patio. They offer an excellent range of beautiful tiles, are competitively priced, and provide excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!
This was the third time we have purchased from The Tile Emporium as we have always wanted to support local businesses. This time we purchased outdoor tiles. We were disappointed with the service we received and it is clear that they do not have any relationship or leverage with the company supplying these tiles. Being a small company when things go wrong their suppliers aren’t interested. We ended up with different batch colours that we had no choice but to lay, even though the team at The Tile Emporium had said they had confirmed the same batch before I placed the order. Very disappointed.
We spent hours and hours looking at different tile shops, some over 40 miles away, and couldn't find anything we liked until we went to the Ringwood Tile Emporium. A lot of their tiles are different from the mundane and unintentionally we've ended up buying tiles for our kitchen and two bathrooms with matching grout and silicone. I'm sure we will buy our patio tiles there next year too. Beckie and Kris can't do enough. Kris found us a two tiles from a catalogue they stock and ordered us some samples at no cost. They also hold the stock in their warehouse until we need it. Superb!
What can I say about this company except totally & utterly fantastic! A big thanks to Beckie & Kris for their lovely service and it was well worth the very long drive too visit the showroom in person. I'm actually quite disappointed that I have no more tiling projects!
Amazing, can't speak highly enough of the place or the people I met who worked there. Beckie in the showroom went above & beyond even lending me 3 different boards, & the guys in the warehouse carried everything to my car - everyone was super friendly & helpful. In comparison I went to topps tiles & whilst the staff were helpful you have to buy a single tile as a sample!!

We have recently been working on a technical swimming pool tiling project and ran into a few issues with a previous tiling supplier, I came across these guys online and Kris has gone above and beyond to help us out with his fantastic technical knowledge and absolutely outstanding customer service. Everything has been discussed and organised on the spot even some of the more tricky items to track down Kris has got off the phone to us to ring around and with in 10 minutes he has called us back every time with the answer and product we needed and everything has been delivered asap all at a brilliant price. We are a swimming pool company so are well versed with dealing with other company’s but working with these guys has been a real breath of fresh air and without them and their help and commitment to helping us the project wouldn’t have run so smoothly. Fantastic, helpful, professional and friendly company to work with. Very highly recommended.

We have just finished refurbishing 3 bathrooms in our house using tiles supplied by Tile Emporium. The end product has been great. The tiles were excellent and competitively priced. Even though we experienced the lockdown during March and April, Tile Emporium continued to operate and enabled us to collect tiles from their warehouse. Nothing has been too much trouble and customer service was excellent throughout with regular updates and offers of assistance. We would have no problem in recommending them.
We are return customer to Tile Emporium Ringwood and were just as impressed with the level of service, knowledge, products, and competitive prices Kris and his team offer second time round, as we were the first. Hands down, TER beat any service we have received from reputable larger national brands, whilst also offering better value for money on top quality products. Kris and his team were excellent!! We shopped around 6 different well known places and found Tile Superstores Ringwood stood head and shoulders above the rest. They are a family run business who value their customers, provide an excellent level of service, are price competitive, and were able to source exactly what we wanted! Initially, we were going to get tiles from one place, insulation boards from another, underfloor heating from a third etc, but Kris was able to provide a competitive streamlined service all under one roof which provided us with better value for money and saved us time. We highly recommend them and will be return customers for the next project! Thanks again guys. : )

Defiantly the best place to buy tiles in Ringwood. Kris is so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A much better experience than Flopps Tiles who wanted to charge us for a sample tile!
Recently searched for tiles in the Poole Bournemouth area and found this supplier to be the best by far. Great selection. Even so, I wanted another tile they didn't have in stock. That was no problem and sourced it immediately for me. very helpfull, good price and delivery spot on time. Couldn't ask for more
