Love Tim’s Tiles. Great products, great service and a bit of help with interior design thrown in. A mention also to Sarah who has been involved in a lot of projects I’ve worked on and she is fantastic!

We got recommended Tim’s Tiles by our Tiler and was really pleased . Great choice and very helpful staff with some great tips .

We had been looking at other tile shops but when we went to Tims tiles there was a difference in quality. Their displays make it easy to compare the different types and colours and the staff are really friendly and helpful. You are also free to browse around undisturbed if you prefer. Our new cloakroom looks lovely!

Brilliant service

Great shop for trades. Knowledgeable staff and good selection of products.

Services is always the best around, and they can’t be beaten on product knowledge. Always happy to do business.

Tims Tiles is a lovely family run bussiness. They have lovely selection of wall and floor tiles. The staff are all very helpful I've used Tims for 3 bathrooms so far and I’ll definitely be using for the next project. Highly recommend

My go to tile Merchant & I always send my clients to choose tiles as well. Great showroom & top class staff with great knowledge & service. The best independent tile showroom around

I've used Tims tiles for many years as an Installer. The service they provide is 2nd to none and I highly recommend them to the public and the trade.

Great company and easy to deal with. They are very helpful In recommending the right products for a job. Would happily recommend and will use them in the future.

Our experience was positive from the first moment to the last. Attentive service, expert advice (when requested) and excellent post sale care. Tim’s Tiles consistently proves that buying offline is better.

Great customer service. Tiles you do not find in mainstream shops and a great price they look fab.

Excellent service before, during and after purchase. Great products, lots of unique tiles you won't find in the regular shops! When I messed up the quantities, they were so quick to help me, superb staff. Highly recommend Tim's Tiles

Tims Tiles have done our conservatory floor and then our kitchen walls. They were outstanding in their service and everyone who entered our home, to under take the work were the best workmen we have encountered.

I used Tim's tile cutting service for some porcelain floor tiles. It was a straightforward process to arrange the cutting. They required an e-mail detailing the cuts needed and then gave me a quote. Tim was conscientious and helpful. He phoned to check when I had an unusual cut marked, due to a sloping wall. I was very happy with the result.

The only place you should be getting your tiles supplies from. Always very friendly and helpful

Came across Tim's tiles after looking online for someone to cut my 600mm porcelain slabs. Very efficient quick service at a good price. Staff polite, friendly, helpful and would recommend company very highly

Always super helpful in tims! Customer service is great they took the time to go through detailed explanations of products etc. highly recommended and competitive on prices!

I made a very good decision using Tim’s Tiles I had major problems with the tiling and they really help me out of a black hole. Ryan the manager bent over backwards to help me and I’m really grateful for this. Most sellers wouldn’t care after you have left the store with their products - Tim’s Tiles did.

Amazing service, friendly and welcoming couldn't recommend enough. 👌

Great service, definitely recommend.

Fantastic support, advice and knowledge. It’s very much appreciated.

Brilliant service. Staff friendly and efficient

Brilliant selection of tiles and customer service. We'd been looking for something quite specific for a long time that was proving hard to source and Tim's Tiles came up trumps! Harry was so friendly, helpful and patient throughout the process despite us taking a long time to make up our minds! Thank you Harry, we really appreciated your input 🙂

Very helpful staff, and great selection

Fantastic customer focussed service, provide excellent advice and quality products. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great selection of tiles and very polite and professional service.

Brilliant independent retailer, always have just what I need, they use to be the last place I tried now it’s my one stop shop, they always have what others do not, good discounts too. I will always use them when working in Poole 👍

Great showroom with plenty of choice ,backed up by knowledgeable friendly staff that care about what they are doing. Having had experience with the local " corporate " companies I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you are in the market for tiles give these guys a go, you will not be disappointed.

In a world full of people who are in it for themselves these guys are old fashioned when it comes to sales and customer service. Really great team who want to make beautiful tiles come to life. Harry is a top salesman and deserves a pay rise in 2023.

Next door neighbours in business they have great staff very friendly and good price's 👍

I have been trying to get a quote for special order of small amount of tiles they haven’t got in UK stock for last 6 months. I did expect that import charges will be shocking, but for the only tiles you can imagine on your floor… hmm… Maybe I could just close my eyes, pay and forget about it. Then just enjoy my cool floor. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I made quite a few calls, visited probably 6-7 times in total. They always say that the person who deals with it is not available and will get back to me tomorrow or Monday. That never happens. I don’t get how you can run business like that and still have so many good reviews. UPDATE: And they still don't get it that it is not about me not wanting to buy 153 man sized tiles to meet minimum order requirements so I can get the whole estate I live in tiled up. It is about not taking customer serious and wasting months of my time. I could perfectly understand if you quote me a grand import fee for these five tiles so you can be bothered and I would probably still go for it, but that is what normal place would normally do. NOT YOU.

Friendly service

Top lads here. Awesome set of tiles too. Great choices. Love the 20mm there also

I used Tim's tile cutting services to cut some 600mm sq porcelain tiles. Tim was very honest and warned me that procelain is brittle and the edges may chip during cutting. Also that a very small triangular piece was too small for the power of his cutter and I should find somewhere that employed water jet cutting. When I picked the tiles up the next day every one of them was absolutely perfect, cut to the sizes I wanted and no chips. On top of that, Tim had manually cut the triangular piece, again no chips and to exact size. I can't speak highly enough of Tim's service and would recommend it to anyone who needs tiles cutting. Fantastic serice, thank you.

Great range of tiles lots to choose from and staff are always really helpful and knowledgeable

Brilliant service for trade and retail customers. Always helpful and knowledgeable.

Although they didn't have the exact style of tile I was looking for, out of all the 8 tile places I visited , this was the only place where staff bothered to approach me and take the time to understand my needs. Very helpful and friendly- recommended.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful I was given a lot of help choosing the tiles.

Friendly, individual and knowledgeable service. Good selection.

I've been using Tim's Tiles in Poole since they opened. Always a great range of Tiles, Adhesives, and the service is excellent.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff who are always keen to offer advice and find the right items for a project. I've bought tiles here 3 times and always happy with the service. Don't go to the Nationwide chains, go to Tim's tiles!

Very odd experience: seems like high delivery charges (which is why we didn't buy from them) and mixed advice.

On the expensive side but has a great range, helpful staff, they do samples and they have some really unusual items in stock as well - certainly worth stopping by for ideas and it looks like they have access to tradespeople as well
