A delightful warm, professional team, at Tim's Tiles, they knowledgable, listens- extremely helpful- the tiles are of good quality,, we have used their tiles about 5years with their recommended grout & it still looks new, easy to clean etc.. a delight to do business with them. We had been looking at other tile shops but when we went to Tims tiles there was a difference in quality. Their displays make it easy to compare the different types and colours and the staff are really friendly and helpful. You are also free to browse around undisturbed if you prefer. Our new cloakroom looks lovely!

Tims Tiles have done our conservatory floor and then our kitchen walls. They were outstanding in their service and everyone who entered our home, to under take the work were the best workmen we have encountered.
I used Tim's tile cutting service for some porcelain floor tiles. It was a straightforward process to arrange the cutting. They required an e-mail detailing the cuts needed and then gave me a quote. Tim was conscientious and helpful. He phoned to check when I had an unusual cut marked, due to a sloping wall. I was very happy with the result.

I made a very good decision using Tim’s Tiles I had major problems with the tiling and they really help me out of a black hole. Great showroom with plenty of choice ,backed up by knowledgeable friendly staff that care about what they are doing. Having had experience with the local " corporate " companies I can't recommend this place highly enough. If you are in the market for tiles give these guys a go, you will not be disappointed.
In a world full of people who are in it for themselves these guys are old fashioned when it comes to sales and customer service. Really great team who want to make beautiful tiles come to life. Harry is a top salesman and deserves a pay rise in 2023.

I have been trying to get a quote for special order of small amount of tiles they haven’t got in UK stock for last 6 months. I did expect that import charges will be shocking, but for the only tiles you can imagine on your floor… hmm… Maybe I could just close my eyes, pay and forget about it. Then just enjoy my cool floor. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. I made quite a few calls, visited probably 6-7 times in total. They always say that the person who deals with it is not available and will get back to me tomorrow or Monday. That never happens. I don’t get how you can run business like that and still have so many good reviews. UPDATE: And they still don't get it that it is not about me not wanting to buy 153 man sized tiles to meet minimum order requirements so I can get the whole estate I live in tiled up. It is about not taking customer serious and wasting months of my time. I could perfectly understand if you quote me a grand import fee for these five tiles so you can be bothered and I would probably still go for it, but that is what normal place would normally do. NOT YOU.

I used Tim's tile cutting services to cut some 600mm sq porcelain tiles. Tim was very honest and warned me that procelain is brittle and the edges may chip during cutting. Also that a very small triangular piece was too small for the power of his cutter and I should find somewhere that employed water jet cutting. When I picked the tiles up the next day every one of them was absolutely perfect, cut to the sizes I wanted and no chips. On top of that, Tim had manually cut the triangular piece, again no chips and to exact size. I can't speak highly enough of Tim's service and would recommend it to anyone who needs tiles cutting. Fantastic serice, thank you.

Although they didn't have the exact style of tile I was looking for, out of all the 8 tile places I visited , this was the only place where staff bothered to approach me and take the time to understand my needs. Very helpful and friendly- recommended.

I've been using Tim's Tiles in Poole since they opened. Always a great range of Tiles, Adhesives, and the service is excellent.
Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff who are always keen to offer advice and find the right items for a project. I've bought tiles here 3 times and always happy with the service. Don't go to the Nationwide chains, go to Tim's tiles!
Very odd experience: seems like high delivery charges (which is why we didn't buy from them) and mixed advice.
On the expensive side but has a great range, helpful staff, they do samples and they have some really unusual items in stock as well - certainly worth stopping by for ideas and it looks like they have access to tradespeople as well
