Worst company to deal with in poole we paid for our carpet and fitting to be told they cant fit it onto our floor . Its only a standard concrete floor . go to carpet barn instead at least they can do what they say
What this company doesn't know about flooring and carpets isn't worth knowing. Excellent service and quality carpet - again (used them before). Couldn't recommend more highly. We didn't use their fitters due to timescales, but they even cut the carpet we bought from them, to rough sizes to help our fitter for which he was very grateful
Very friendly upbeat and helpful staff, went out of the way to source a particular vinyl I required, all at a very reasonable price. Definitely doing more business with them in the future.
Asked about fitting some flooring 'we only fit our own flooring sorry'. So I went to find our samples we picked up so I could ask her if they stocked and fitted similar stuff and she put the phone down on me while I was looking! I was very polite and the lady was unhelpful and dismissive. Perhaps time to get a better phone handler? Could be the best flooring in the world but I guess I couldn't even get a quote so I'll never know.
I was recommened by friends to use this company, we found them more than helpful,we then found a fault in the beading,after one phone call the floorlayer was in touch he came round to us to say it was a manufacturing fault, I then had a phone call they were going to replace ALL of the beading,within days the beading was replaced, we have never known such good customer service.We would certainly let everyone know what an excellant Company they are!!
Premium prices with disgracefully poor quality products and no interest in after sales customer support. The most unprofessional company I have had the displeasure to deal with. Recommended and supplied a product that was not fit for purpose. Walnut effect laminate to entrance hall, lower hall area and dining room. We were told was a premium product and it was fitted in a new high specification property in BH14. After a couple of weeks the top layer of the laminate started to swell and seperate from the lower levels and peel away. Also in areas close to windows the product has curled, blistered and lifted, and the top layers of the edging strips/beading have torn away and lifted. The floor started to show signs immediately and now 7 months later we are having to remove the entire floor and refit. We raised our concerns with the company and a representative came out to our home. He proceeded to argue and be aggressive towards us in our own home and told us that it must be the way we are using the floor. Flooring Direct subsequently ignored all contact there after. Disgraceful rude customer service and unprofessional conduct - would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a higher quality product and a company that has a modicum of after sales service.
