I recently bought a little electric radiator from this store, unfortunately it wasn't big enough for the room I had intended it for so I needed to return it. I was given a refund with no problem at all. To me this is the mark of a good service. I will definitely be back for all my hard ware requirements. So don't hesitate to check yhis store out.

This is a little DIY jewel in a B&Q/Wickes desert. It satisfies the majority of any handyman's needs, apart from timber, at a reasonable price. Please support it and keep it going.

Just what I need. Good prices and very helpful staff. I am always surprised as to the range of goods they stock, and it always seems to be good quality. Wasons is a real asset for Penarth center. Recommended for a visit before you travel far.
Looks old fashioned, but that's because it is- with old fashioned customer service and old fashioned "Made in the UK'. A GREAT FIND. I'm treated like family and am offered a cheaper item, if it does the job. It's so refreshing to buy a tin of paint without being asked "Would you like a paint brush to go with that?" Highly recommend this shop.

I have been using this shop for 7 years now and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This is one of those "magical" hardware stores that always has what you need. I have never been disappointed shopping there, from DIY tools, garden stuff, kitchen things, cleaning consumables and (of course) hardware this shop has the lot. The staff are universally friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive when I've compared to B&Q and Wickes. This is a much valued part of Penarth hight street.

Where else can you buy a single nut washer or screw? Always amazes me how much you can find in such a small shop, and if they don't have it, they'll get it for you PDQ. Always helpful, great service!

Good quality & decent prices local DIY store on edge of Penarth High Street that now also includes kitchen & home furnishings. As a local store choice is more limited, but they do carry a surprising amount of stuff for their size. So often best to ask if you can't immediately find something.
