Ceramic Solutions have just installed Underfloor Heating in our new extension with Porcelain Tiles over the whole area, the quality of the installation is superb with a quality finish and thanks to Pete’s advice, we opted for Epoxy Grout to finish of the job as we were having a light grey colour match with the tile, this product doesn’t discolour over time and is stain resistant to everything! This was the best experience I have ever had working with a contractor, and I have the experience of having houses built in the U.S. and Japan. On this occasion I had purchased a flat in the U.K. while living abroad, and asked Pete to install UFH while I was away. The job soon expanded to include joinery, carpeting, plumbing, and electric work, and Pete took on all aspects of the job, acting as a project manager, finding the best people for the tasks and organising them with impressive skill. Throughout this complex process Pete stayed in constant touch via WhatsApp, sending me progress reports, photos, and videos at regular intervals. He solved problems with creativity and taste, and offered good advice and recommendations throughout. The result was all I could have hoped for, and I want to express sincere thanks to Pete and his team. He is friendly, committed, and professional, and I cannot recommend him and his company too much.

Really odd experience. Took many many calls to get a look and a quote for front of house outdoor tiling from June 2024 onwards. Got quote August 2024. Then up until present time I had to call them 10 times (no joke, don't respond to messages) and still didn't get job booked in. We gave up and did it ourselves. Maybe because we are in Liverpool but what I don't understand is why they didn't just say they couldn't do the job. Really poor customer service. I can't comment on quality of work as didn't have any done but have seen positive reviews for work done. Team: just learn to say no to jobs you can't do.

Pete and his team have recently installed porcelain slate effect tiles into our kitchen and dining room. Theyve also levelled the floor using a fibre reinforced levelling screed perfectly. There aporoach to the job and attention to detail have been brilliant. At all stages of the job,communication has been great plus theyve removed all existing floor covering prior to there work starting and all waste was removed upon completing the project. They cut down all internal doors and refitted them after the job was completed. Highly recommenced, we will be using Ceramic Solutions for the next phase of our renovation.

Additionally, I’d ordered tiles based on an out of date measurement 🤦‍♀️ so we had a very, very small amount of spare tiles for cuts / wastage. Even though the room is an awkward shape with loads of funny angles Pete finished the job with five tiles to spare! Amazing work, I was so relieved as I thought I might have to order extra tiles which would’ve been expensive and a faff. As well as being efficient and speedy, the quality of Pete’s workmanship is exceptional. The price (which included all materials) was v reasonable. Pete has been really helpful, going above and beyond to advise us about our grout options, how to protect the completed floor etc. I wholeheartedly recommended Ceramic Solutions. Pete and his colleagues did a superb job putting down screed and tiling over the underfloor heating being installed in the new extension to our house. He worked and coordinated extremely well with the other tradesmen involved on the project, and worked extra hours when necessary to ensure the work was finished on time and to a high standard. A very pleasant and professional chap, whom we found to be very reliable, doing what and when he said he would, and he tidied up afterwards! Thoroughly recommended.

Pete measured up on Friday, he and his team started the job on Monday, completed it on Tuesday! Now I would usually be wary of a tradesman available so quickly but I needn't have worried! The floorboards were quite uneven but he managed to do the necessary works and it looks incredible! They worked conscientiously and no brew breaks!! (tho i wouldnt have minded!!) After having a helish experience with a different cowboy company (who completely ruined our floor), Pete came and saved the day, after hearing he’s worked on various projects (such as the Manchester Louis Vuitton store, Morrisons outlets etc) I knew he’d be the man for the job. Pete sent me a quote for tiling a fireplace, he sent me a quote and explained over the phone he could get the job done the following week. I selected the tiles and he was going to confirm which day last Friday. He didn't get in touch and hasn't replied to any of my messages. Luckily I didn't pay the premium for the tiles to be delivered quickly. Find it rude that he's not taken the time to reply to any of my messages. Don't want to get into an argument but these are the messages I sent to Pete to give him availability and as much flexibility as possible. He replied to these messages with the amount of tiles I'd need to order and confirming he'd let me know the date on the Friday but never replied. I'm not one generally for leaving reviews, but on this occasion I simply had to put ‘pen to paper’, because Pete and his team have been absolutely exceptional. Being in need of a professional high calibre company to replace a large area of flooring in a high traffic area, I started doing research for suitable companies many months ago, and during that initial research I found Ceramic Solutions. I kept an eye on their social media posts, observed photos of their work, the type of projects they undertook and saw lots of positive reviews. When I invited Pete out to have an initial look at the job, my confidence in him, his experience and his team was wholly reinforced. Right from the off Pete was of great assistance, and this is where his wealth of experience, knowledge and client service really came to the fore. He provided great recommendations and advice on all aspects of the job, and he had a great eye for detail was incredibly important to us. For us as clients, this was a really important, sizable job that had to be done to the best possible standards. Many thanks to Pete and team for the remarkable work they have put in levelling our floor and today returning to lay 45m2 of Luxury Vinyl Tiles. Like many people I searched on Google and found these people. After reading many good reviews I thought I should call them. I told them where I live and asked them if they cover the area and they said they cover it. They told me to send the pictures to tell me the price. After sending pictures forget about doing good job,they don't even bother to answer my message. I can understand might be the job is not big enough you to come and do the job but you should have respect for people who rely on you and answer them if you are unable to do it.

Excellent service with a smile - well worth the money. True masters of their trade, these tilers laid approximately 70sq.m of large (heavy!) limestone floor tiles in an old cottage with no sqaure/straight walls from which to work and they did it with perfection, minimal tile wastage and outstanding attention to detail. Despite several challenges, Pete and his team were friendly and positive throughout, they exceeded our expectations in every regard and I would recommend them to anyone who values a high standard of workmanship.

CS were brilliant from beginning to end. With our house being a Victorian terrace, nothing was originally built straight or flat but this wasn't a problem for Pete or his colleagues. We were due heavy rain towards the end of the week so they got the essential groundwork done ASAP and then continued with the work in the heavy rain under a covering they put up. Found Pete online because of all the positive reviews. Established communications two months before commencement. I must admit he is in high demand but luckily, he managed to squeeze in my job. We met with the owner [ ? ] to discuss several thousand £'s worth of commercial work some 6 weeks ago and despite 3 promises that the quote'' was in work '', we never heard back . A complete waste of everyones's time .

Peter and his team were reliable and efficient. A difficult job carrying large tiles up to the first floor we were worried some damage to the stairs might have occurred but there were no problems at all. We are pleased with the job and will have him back to do the ground floor. My only criticism was we had wood effect planks which had a huge variation in colour and it would have been nice to discuss the positioning of some of the tiles.

Pete and his team have done an absolutely fantastic job of our house. We chose Porcelanosa floor tiles for our whole ground floor area throughout our home. They were fitted perfectly and the finish is perfect. Both bathroom floors were tiled and to finish off,we had Porcelanosa laminates fitted throughout the living spaces on the 1st and 2 and floors expertly fitted by Gary who Pete recommended to us. A great team of people ,who were courteous from start to finish,protected all surfaces during the work and made sure we were kept informed of progress throughout the job. They only thing we had to do was move our furniture into the property when these guys had finished. No mess or dust anywhere and all rubbish was removed after the job. Pete and his team put down our underfloor heating and 600x600 tiles in our new kitchen-diner. He popped round several times in the run up to the work to check the space and show us some sample tiles. He provided the workmen we needed for the whole job (fixing a gap in the floorboards, electricians and plasterers). We are really pleased with the end result! I had come to inspect our newly built home to realise that flooring had not been done. After many attempts at finding someone to do the flooring for us- many resulted in no shows, or people who wouldn’t get back to us- I saw Pete’s number on his van and decided to call him. We had a very short amount of time to get the flooring for three floors and stairs done. Not only was Pete able to squeeze us in with short notice, but he was extremely professional, trustworthy, and reliable with his work. He sent us updates every few days to show us the progress being made. And, considering we didn’t know much about flooring, he completed the job exactly as we hoped and he understood what we were asking for even with our lack of terminology. In addition to this, we had some window blinds and mirrors we wanted putting up and after asking Pete if he wouldn’t mind doing it for us, he gladly agreed (for a small additional price as expected and appreciated). I am very appreciative of the work Pete has done for our home. He was trustworthy, kind and professional, had a great team working with him and always got back to any queries we had within 1-2 days. Asked to do a small tiling job, had to chase him for a quote and when I said the quote was fine he said he could do Tuesday or Wednesday, I said Wednesday and that was it, no communication after that. He read my whatsapp message and ignored my emails. Not the cheapest either.

Pete returned my calls amd emails immediately.I got a professional quote on letterhead with no hidden costs.I am in Warrington and on this particular job (which is very small) I have gone for a company nearer to me. If all tradespeople had the same work ethic as Pete Ainscough then things would be a little less stressful for those requiring the same: all communication was responded to immediately; he came out on a Sunday to do the quote; he volunteered to collect the tiles and the work was carried out very quickly. May be good at tiling but communication is shocking. Sounded very professional and helpful on the phone but communication went downhill from here. Said he would send me a quote, I had to chase it up to no avail. The rest of our communication was was done through WhatsApp where you can see when someone has read your message. He was supposed to come round to the house to eye up the job. He never turned up nor replied to my calls or 4-5 messages even though I could see he had read them. Avoid this company they have little regard for customer satisfaction and care.

A pleasure to deal with: polite, quick, efficient and honest. It can be hard to find the above in tradesmen but Ceramic Solutions were great. I will definitely be using them again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had the ground floor toilet tiled by Peter and his assistant. The whole job was done in two days as the grout had to done after the adhesive had been set. The tiles were cut in our garage to minimise the mess, which I thought was a great idea. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up and he got rid of all the boxes for us. The finish was exceptional and meant we had to upgrade the rest of the house to match this excellent job. The price wasn`t the highest of the estimates we had but I feel we definitely had chosen the right builder as he turned up on time, used quality materials, cleaned up and it was all done without any hassle for us. Good Job Peter.
