Recently, Jack tiled 3 walls and the floor in my bathroom. Not only was he punctual to all our arrangements, he worked cohesively with the plumber who was moving and fitting the units around so that he could get the best possible finish on the tiles. Jack was consultative during the design, despite me having what I though was a very basic request, he would ask me questions or make suggestions I wouldn't have thought of and this made the biggest impact. It's such an added bonus that you can now notice the small aesthetic details because of Jack!
