Andy was so helpful today! He came out the day after I phoned him and managed to come up with a solution to an ongoing problem with our washing machine. He was polite, professional and very friendly. Andy offered a much better service over using another well known, nationwide repair firm. I will most certainly be contacting Andy again should I need his services.
This is the second time we have called AJ Appliances and on both occasions Andy has been helpful, insightful and ultimately resolved the problems with our dishwasher and most recently our washing machine. Just brilliant service and would absolutely recommend. For me to have someone I know I can contact for an honest, reliable and speedy service just takes the pain out of appliances going wrong- which as we all know is sooooo annoying.
Excellent service from Andy. He was able to visit me on the same day of my enquiry, look at my dishwasher, identify the part and book in the repair. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic service and price, would highly recommend.
We had a problem with our Zanussi Washing machine where the comfort wasn't being added to the wash. I spoke to Andy who was very helpful on the phone. We cleaned the area that he suggested and all sorted now. Very helpful would recommend using Andy Philip from Bordon
I would like to thank you for your quick replacement of my broken electric oven element. Very quick efficient and knowledgeable. Also very reasonable price. Thanks again.
