P.D.H TILING

Paul did a fantastic job regrouting our bathroom tiles and replacing the sealant. He worked quickly and diligently and has made our bathroom look brand new. Highly recommend.

Paul has recently tiled my bathrooms and I couldn't be happier with the result. He was friendly, punctual, and did a fantastic job -- I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Paul of PDH Tiling for a tiling project, and I couldn't be more impressed with his work. He was professional, punctual, and took great care to keep the workspace clean throughout the job. His attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding—every tile was laid perfectly, and the final result exceeded my expectations. On top of that, he was friendly, polite, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable tiler.

Paul from PDH was third in a string of attempts to get my tiles done. The first tiler I found measured up incorrectly, never responded to messages and gave me a quote of over £2000. The second tiler took 12 days to reply to one text message and then a further 4 days to tell me he'd be in touch, so I drew a line under that before it even got started. By the time I contacted Paul, I was really hoping he'd be responsive and he was. In contrast to the previous two tilers, Paul was quick to respond to calls and emails, polite and professional. He arranged a time to come over to look at the kitchen, which he did that same week. He also explained what the job would entail and (most importantly for me), he also explained what can go wrong during the tiling process. I like to plan for a worst case scenario, so I asked him to quote me based on that. The same evening, I received a detailed and very reasonable quote. I also appreciated that payment was on completion of the job and all he required to get started was a small materials deposit: I like this way of working, because I can see what I'm paying for before I pay for it. Paul turned up bang on time every single day, he prepared the house so as to keep it free of dust, and every day he left me with a clean kitchen (nothing left on surfaces or in the middle of the floor). He kept me informed of when he'd be working and was happy to just crack on, so I didn't feel the need to hover. In addition, Paul clearly has a lot of pride in his work and made suggestions on things like grout colour (providing samples) and how to finish the edges of the tiles. It seemed like he genuinely cared about how it would look at the end and I really appreciated his input, because I'm completely clueless when it comes to those sorts of things. When Paul had finished the job, he cleaned everywhere he'd worked and when I finally saw the finished product, I was thrilled. It was exactly what I wanted and absolutely beautiful. Overall, I think Paul's real strengths are his skill and his communication. The fact he's also polite, friendly, diligent, clean and respectful of others' houses adds even more to what is already top notch, professional service. Needless to say, I highly recommend :)

We called PDH this morning and left a message with the office. The lady was super professional and said they were very busy and will get back to us as soon as possible. Paul from PDH in fact called us this evening. He was super nice but confirmed they were busy so unfortunately we are going with another tiler. But from my first impression, definitely would use this company.
