There are positive reports about Armatile Ltd from customers who say they found helpful, patient staff and a wide choice of tiles in a pleasant showroom. One reviewer says staff talked through tile choices for a bathroom and kitchen, and another says a staff member was patient when they went back to look at tiles again. A separate reviewer describes delivery problems, a box of broken tiles and being asked to pay for levelling clips after a large order. Another says a surplus bag of adhesive was refunded with a 20% handling charge, which they had not expected.
From initial meeting with Lynn in helping to choose tiles for bathroom & kitchen, to Gareth delivering the goods, I’ve been impressed with their professionalism, communication and efficiency.
Really disappointed with service. First there were delivery issues and the time of the delivery was not communicated correctly. Then there was a box of tiles broken. After spending £9k asked for some levelling clips only to be told I would have to pay for these. Very disappointing.
Armatile, very likely the most Innovative tile company you could imagine and even better than you could imagine.
Fantastic ideas and service from Laura. Lovely showroom. Plenty of options.
Steven was extremely informative and helpful and he was very patient when I wanted to go back and look at the first set of tiles again! Would definitely recommend this place.
Having been to various tile shops over the last few weeks, we went to Armatile in Armagh on Saturday. We saw the most comprehensive selection of tiles, but more importantly had the best service from Conor O’Neill. We will definitely buy our tiles there and recommend them to others.
Not impressed that i bought an £18.95 bag of adhesive surplus to what i needed ( bought 3 but only needed 1.5) and after being told i could return the unused bag i only got £15 on return. When this was questioned i was told there was a 20% handling charge!! Seriosuly!
