Egensys recently installed a Tesla Powerwall battery & the whole process from initial contact to installation & commissioning has been first class! Matt Baxter installed my heat pump & solar panels more than 10 years ago & both have worked perfectly since. I can personally recommend Egensys, Matt & all the team. UPDATE: The Tesla battery above was installed Nov 24 and has worked perfectly. I have just had Egensys back to install a further 8kW Solar Panels & connected in my Tesla. Another great job! We have had all our renewables from Egensys for 11 years now & it has all worked faultlessly. Amazingly, at 8am this Spring morning there was a ground frost, the sun was shining & the new solar was already generating 2kW of lovely free energy 🙂 Many thanks once again Matt, Alex & all the team.

I recently had Egensys replace my outdated, underperforming battery system with a new Tesla Powerwall 3 and Gateway, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. The entire process, completed on March 3rd, was seamless from start to finish. Expert Design & Advice: Right from the initial consultation, the team at Egensys demonstrated deep technical knowledge. They didn't just sell me a product; they designed a system tailored to my home's specific energy needs, explaining exactly why the Powerwall 3 was the right leap forward. Professional Installation: The installation team was top-tier. They efficiently removed my old "rubbish" system and installed the new Tesla kit with impressive attention to detail. Egensys are a local company to me and I have dealt with the company twice in the last 5 years related to the sale and installation of a solar battery storage system. I found their pricing competitive when comparing their quotations to other suppliers and installers so I booked Egensys 5 years ago to supply and fit my first battery storage system. From day one the team have been great, the installation was carried out very quickly and professionally. Support has been grade 1 with fast response to any questions or queries over the phone or in response to emails. In January 2026 Following the installation of an Air source heat pump by Octopus 12 months earlier I Contacted Egensys again to discuss an issue with my system and potentially upgrading or replacing my original system as it no longer met my storage requirements. After discussions with the team and due to the support and Service received from the team at Egensys over the last 5 years I was very happy to place an order with them to install a more modern and upto date SigEnergy system. Again the communications were great and the installation of the new and decommissioning of the old systems went ahead smoothly. It’s been a pleasure doing business with the company I have no issue recommending Egensys Ltd.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The Powerwall 3 installation was smooth, tidy and stress-free. Josh was fantastic — super professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice to deal with (and yes, the coffee didn’t go to waste ☕😄). Egensys will help you navigate the information overload. They have years of hands on experience which I believe is vital when trying to navigate the energy transistion. It is reassuring to deal directly with knowlegable installers rather than an office based sales team. We replaced our oil fired heating system with a heat pump and the whole process was managed expertly by Egensys. Give them a call and I believe you will also be impressed.

Egensys have just serviced my Mitsubushi Ecodan ASHP and what a great job Darren the Service Engineer undertook. Everything was done to a very high standard and the engineer was extremely thorough and worked methodically leaving the ASHP very clean and tidy after all checks and balances had been done. Earlier this month Egensys installed solar panels, battery and an air source heat pump on my house in Whitwell. I cannot recommend this company more highly . When I first met their MD Matthew I immediately felt that he was a man of integrity. He gave me unbiased advice in a manner which was far from ' pushy '. He set out my options and the costings very fully. The careful survey carried out allayed my fears about an air source heat pump that is possible noise nuisance to my neighbour and the possibility that my existing pipework and radiators might need significant upgrading. The pump has proved to be very quiet indeed and I only needed one new radiator to replace that in my hallway which was itself re-used in place of a smaller one in my sitting room. The prices quoted were below those offered by Octopus and given the excellent goods and services provided were very good value indeed. Throughout, I was very impressed with Matthew's colleagues. All were respectfull, hard working, cheerful and clearly very anxious to do their best for me. It was good to see that apprentices were being trained. I would like to record one incident . The very hard working gentleman who worked on my roof to install the panels volunteered to me that he had inadvertently fixed the 2 lowest panels one centimetre (!) too far to the right and that he had, upon realising that, immediately re-postioned them in the correct position because he knew that Matthew would have noticed the error and required the error , albeit only cosmetic (if at all) to be corrected. The entire system is working very well indeed and I feel confident that I will make significant savings in my energy use as well as helping our planet by reducing dependence on fossil fuels. I am likely to be able to sell excess electricity produced to the grid at 15 pence per kilowatt. I am very grateful to Matthew and all his colleagues.

Install of a Powerwall 3 and 7.2kw 16 panel solar system in Lincoln. From start to finish we have had an excellent service by Egensys. From Alex who has been brilliant in quoting us and keeping up communications throughout to the team who came down to fit our solar panels and powerwall 3. Comparison for cost, and I still check, was the best I have found across numerous suppliers. I confirmed acceptance of the job and paid deposit on the 13th Jan and the panels and battery were up and running by 27th Feb which was outstanding for timelines. Scaffolding was scheduled in advance. Josh, Luke and the team who came to fit the system worked tirelessly through the day to get us up and running. Really decent bunch of guys who I can't commend enough for their work ethic and attitude. All their work was neat and tidy, and they made excellent work of the routing of the cables behind drainpipes and guttering in colour matching conduit, I wouldn't know it was there. Even in the garage for routing the cables to the powerwall the conduit was changed colour to match the paintwork. Powerwall and Gateway both look great. In terms of function, we have been "off grid" since the 28th Feb and so far have peaked at 7.6kwh, so everything works better than I expected (we are lucky with being south(ish) facing). Cannot iterate enough how much of a first class service we have had and we would certainly recommend this team to anyone else.

We recently had a tesla power wall 3 fitted by the team the process from first contact to final installation was a pleasure. We were contacted to not only reconfirm the date but also the time to expect the team. The team were great and cleaned up and took away all the debris and packaging. The installation not only looks grat but is functioning just as expected.

For nearly 2 years since moving into a new property, the air sourced heat pump and heating installed by a local builder has never worked. Matthew and the team from Egensys, who clearly are experts in this type of heating system, came and resolved all our issues, so we now finally have heating that works correctly. In the week before Christmas our hear pump failed leaving us in the cold. Despite the system not being installed by Egensys and being so close to their Christmas shutdown they raced to our assistance. Chris of Egensys ordered and fitted the new part within three days ensuring we had a warm Christmas. It was wonderful to receive such expert and knowledgeable service from them. A very professional company! During quotation, all of the different options were explained fully with advice given freely. The installers arrived at the agreed time, and got on with the work with minimal fuss and on completion all of their waste was cleared away. The install was inspected by Matthew, who then helped me to setup the generation monitoring app on my mobile phone. I couldn't be happier with the service we received. A highly recommended company!

This should be the FIRST place when you are buying a Telsa powerbank and solar solution in the UK! I can only give such comments after researching over a dozens solutions. From initial contact and design from Alex, then to Neil and Matthew for techs and admins, just a few emails would help you understand the whole process, easily and efficiently. Joshua and Luke are for the installation, they even come back for small fixes after long drive, knowing we are living in East Anglia. Given Tesla 3 is on UK market, what are you waiting for?

Had a heat pump service done to my heat pump service engineer was on time. Sorted all issues I had walked me through everything and was friendly. Definitely found a company I will continue to use.

Solar and Tesla Battery Installation. From our first experience with Alex and the team I found them friendly, responsive and professional. They understood our requirements and proposed a solution for a good price and gave me confidence that they would do a good job. On installation day, the friendly team worked from 9am until 6.30pm to get it completed, keeping me informed of their progress and discussing any issues that needed to be resolved. Since installation, the system has worked perfectly, and has already saved my nearly £100 in less than a month. Highly recommended!

It is early days but I am very happy with my powerwall purchase. the installation by Josh and his colleague was cleanly and efficiently done with the minimal of disruption. I would recommend the product and Egensys to install it.

Egensys installed a Tesla Powerwall for us just before Christmas, they went out of their way to ensure it was installed in time to qualify for the Tesla cash back. Nothing was too much trouble for them, everyone we dealt with was helpful and easy to deal with. The Powerwall has been so good that we have now asked them to install Solar and a heat pump system that’s being done in the next few week later. Egensys have installed our Heat-pump, solar panels and battery. They are always professional, reliable, and the after-sales is just as good as the pre sales. They have serviced our heat-pump for the last two years, and looked after our installation since it was installed, I would 100% recommend them.

Very friendly and tidy

we got 3 quotes from various suppliers. Mathew and Egensy quote was the most comprehensive from survey to installation we cannot fault Mathew and the team at Egensys. Any questions were answered & there was a few! The installation was booked in and they turned up on the day and completed the installation of 13 panels, battery & replacement EV charger was all in 1 day. No mess, the installation is neat and tidy and there have been no issues what so ever. Any queries we had after the installation were answered with out any fuss. We highly recommend Mathew and Egensys.

It has been a month since our Powerwall 2 and Gateway were installed by Egensys and we couldn't be more pleased with the the performance, workmanship and customer service afforded by them. Communication was both excellent and responsive, no questions left unanswered. We found the price fair and competitive with the other companies we investigated and installation happened quickly once the quote was agreed upon. The installers were friendly, professional and considerate to us and our neighbours. We would highly recommend Egensys to anyone thinking about installing renewables.

The Egensys team a great Job, they listened to requirements, didn't try and push their own agenda (as some bigger companies I found did), gave their honest opinions even when different to my own which I appreciated, priced themselves competitively and installed everything efficiently in a day. There were a couple of minor issues that they resolved in a timely manor. Would recommend.

We had the team in to install an 8.4kW Solar PV and Tesla PW2. Overall, great experience. Matthew was always on point to respond to queries. The guys were very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process. Also, generating much more than anticipated even in these cloudy days

I would thoroughly recommend Matthew and his team. I obtained three quotes for an air source heat pump. I chose Matthew because he was the most knowledgeable by far and also his quote and the terms and conditions were the most favourable. Some radiators had to be replaced, but not all (beware companies that tell you that all radiators need to be changed without a proper survey). It took two days to complete the work and we are really pleased with the final result. We needed a new EPC which Matthew also organised so that we could apply for the grant, which was successful.
