This was my first experience of this company (my mum has been a customer for many years). I was visited by Les who was brilliant! He was friendly and honest from the start, explaining what would happen and chatted throughout, making me feel very at ease. Les was very clean and tidy and focused on the job from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Thank you so much.

Excellent work by Sophie. Gas combi hot water problem was correctly diagnosed in advance of her visit and she did a cracking job fitting a new heat exchanger, taking great care and paying attention to all details. It took a while but never felt rushed to a finish just to get out the door. Highly recommend.

We live in an old Grade 11 listed house with very quirky plumbing and heating. Premier Heating (PH) have been our preferred servicing team for 11 years and understand the system!. All the engineers are excellent. Most recently David Williams attended as our boiler would not function properly. Although more needs to be done, David managed to repair the system and restore heating, despite access being very difficult. Much appreciated.

Premier Heating Surrey are just the best! They turn up on time, they let you know that they are on their way and all the engineers are excellent. Sophie is incredible - previously she fixed a ball valve in our feed tank which was located in the smallest, cramped roof space I've ever seen, and today she serviced our boiler. We won't use anyone else now, they are brilliant.

OCT 2026: seems to have got central heating working better than it has for a year or two (after having stopped altogether). Came to replace thermostatic radiator valve. Found evidence of a small leak which was dealt with without having to drain the whole system and everything was checked afterwards. The engineer explained everything he was doing and was very careful to avoid any mess or disruption. We were very happy with everything he did.

The team we had on site to fit our new oil boiler were amazing and did a brilliant job of installation in very difficult circumstances, due to the very hot weather. Premier Heating upgraded our entire heating system, with removal of a water cylinder, replacing with a new combi boiler. Maj and his team were excellent. They showed up on time, were kind, friendly and respectful and did a brilliant job. From the planning of work, to it being carried out, Premier were brilliant. They all went above and beyond and we are very grateful.

I have used Premier Heating for over twenty years to look after all the plumbing requirements for my portfolio of fourteen properties in Guildford. They are responsive, reliable, professional and constructive and have solved a myriad of plumbing issues. They service my boilers, issue gas safety certificates, deal with all kinds of leaks and drips and have replaced boilers and radiators. Their plumbers deal well with tenants and give me professional feedback. Their reception staff are quick to respond to queries and their accounting staff get it right. They have good administrative and accounting systems and keep complete records of all the work done at a house over many years. I have safely relied on their technical staff. This is an amazing team. Premier heating came to our house to undertake a quite technical task installing a pressurised plumbing system that no one else was able to give us advice before them. We would certainly recommend Premier for anyone’s boiler needs. We already planned for Premier to instal a new boiler once the warmer weather arrived but a sudden leak in the heat exchanger needed urgent attention. The engineer was very knowledgeable and soon had the problem identified and with a gap in their schedules we were able to get a new boiler installed a few day later. Everyone at Premier is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and all the work was carried neatly.

Had an underfloor heating service this morning, turned up on time, was patient and diligent in explaining how the system should work and what he "tweaked" to make it more performant. Value for money as well, great to have a company to trust for such activities.

This is the second job that Premier have done for us, and as before, we found them efficient, friendly and helpful. Majid took care in his work today and we now have 2 new working towel rails, which is great. Even better, the pressure in our boiler should now be settled and back to what it should be due to the fact there is no longer a leak. We will definitely ask Premier to do more work when the need arises.

Premier replaced my 50 Gallon cold-water storage tank in the loft space after discovering a leak. Every stage from initial inspection to quote and fitting was exceptional! Premier staff were efficient, extremely polite and helpful throughout and showed a level of friendly engagement with the customer rarely found in these times. Very efficient and tidy work removing an old gas pipe and capping it off. Premier Heating are always such a delight to work with. We have used them for all our plumbing and heating requirements.

Premier Heating recently replaced our old oil boiler and oil tank with a Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, their work was meticulous and professional. The project involved removing the old oil tank and boiler, installing larger pipework, replacing the water tank, adding a buffer tank in the loft, and connecting everything to the new ASHP system. Alan planned the installation to the finest detail and handled all the paperwork for us to receive the heat pump grant, which made the whole process effortless. Chris, Fin, Martin & Felix did an outstanding job on site. They were polite, respectful of our home, and their workmanship was second to none. Even the Vaillant engineer who came to carry out the final checks commented that it was one of the best installations he’d seen. We were initially nervous about making the switch from oil to a heat pump, but Premier Heating’s attention to detail and professionalism gave us complete confidence. We’re absolutely thrilled with the outcome. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Majid came to replace two radiator valves and the bathroom radiator. A very personable young man who got on with the job efficiently and quickly. It was nice that he made sure that everywhere was cleaned up after the work was completed. I am more than pleased with the results!

We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Majid was polite and helpful right from the word 'go' and on the final day we were joined by Fin, who was also polite and helpful. Majid explained everything to us in simple language. He tidied up each evening before going home. He had a massive job on his hands, as the exterior wall was thicker than expensive and he had a really hard job getting the drill through it to create a 100 cm dia hole. The old boiler was on the floor under a work surface, whereas the new boiler had to be put up on the wall. The whole process was done efficiently, from the original quote to the signing off.

Massive shout out to Paul and the team! Just finished a big project replacing our entire heating and hot water system, including all of our radiators. Not an easy job, but Paul never once complained. Utmost respect for our house, positive, very neat and tidy, and clearly someone who really takes pride in his work and doing a job well. We were kept updated every step of the way and Paul was always very honest about what was happening. Never at any point did we feel the work was being rushed, no corners were cut (even though the job took longer than originally anticipated), attention to detail maintained throughout, including discovering a gas leak in the pipework leading to our hob which we would have never even known about otherwise! Paul and the team were very flexible and any preferences or requests we expressed along the way were accommodated. Any questions we had were readily answered. It's hard to put into words just how well we felt we were looked after. Massive thank you to Paul and the team (Felix, Chris, Finn, and Madjit) for all their hard work, was an absolute pleasure having them all here and I will never hesitate to recommend Premier Heating.

Highly recommended - had new oil boiler installed to replace 25 yr old end-of-life model with some non-standard fitting. The team were extremely helpful from start to finish, and we felt taken care of from old boiler service to new boiler quoting and admin, through to fitting and completion. Majid (our installer) was very courteous, and worked solidly for the 4-day period - he was completely transparent about everything, and left us feeling confident about the install.

I have had a new Boiler installed this week. The engineers were both friendly professional and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up thoroughly every evening and everything was kept tidy throughout the day. Premier Heating upgraded our central heating system over 20 years ago. It now needed a new boiler, several new radiators and all new thermostatic valves. This work was completed and commissioned within a week to a high standard. The installer arrived promptly, was very thorough, professional and considerate of our furnishings. We initially booked Premier Heating for a boiler repair. Ross repaired it for us, and then we booked him to come back to service it. We have also had a couple of other things done since then. I would recommend Premier Heating to anyone who needs any heating or plumbing work, as it's easy to book an appointment, and Ross is friendly, informative and efficient.

Super professional service , Andy took me through the problem and resolution with a good sense of humour on the side.

Excellent service by knowledgeable engineer

My experience with this boiler company was a complete disaster. They came to replace a perfectly working thermostat, (the reason I need to get it replace is because the previous owner has programmed the radiator to be turned on everyday from 9am to 6pm and there is no way to reset it, also we decided to replace it with a Nest one), but only to end up ruining my “boiler” due to the altered wiring. There is a faulty message appears in the boiler after the installer replaced the thermostat. After spoken to the boiler manufacture company they were telling us that there is high chance that the boiler doesn’t like the altered wiring so it leads to the faulty code- alternator overload. We have two elderly and two young children at home and it was October it was getting cold and we have no choice but to replace the boiler itself! They were initially quoted a two hours hourly rate for labour costs but ended up more than a double. At last we requested to only pay the two hours labour cost! (for a ruined boiler) We found another accredited boiler company to replace the boiler assuming everything will be fine. But No, after they have replace the boiler, we were told that the newly installed Nest thermostat is not connecting the cylinder so it cannot boil hot water. They said the altered wiring is the reason! I have of course once again talked to this company manager but his initial response is our installer is competence and he believes there is no mistakes he has done. I then showed him picture before and after the thermostat being installed and it shows the wiring in the cylinder being altered. He then asked me what do I want and he can offer a senior installer to come and have a look but not until January. We have no choice but again, pay extra to the boiler company who install our boiler and they are so kind to prioritise to come and fix the missing wiring in the very cold month. To make matters worse, my attempts to reach out through email have been completely ignored at the end. A negligent and irresponsible company that I would strongly advise against. From the first email when the thermostat is just being installed but causing the boiler to be faulty, no assistance from this company, only to get a reply saying he believes there is nothing wrong with the wiring by his installer. I cannot believe the customer service by this company!

From start to finish I was very impressed by this company. All the staff I had contact with were very polite, helpful and efficient. (If only all companies were like this!) The installation manager came out to survey my property and system. He explained exactly what was needed, the quotes were straightforward and arrived by email the next day. The installation of the new central heating and hot water boiler plus various controls and a power wash all ran to time. The central heating engineer spent some time when the works was finished explaining how everything worked. The entire process was seamless and very impressive.

Great service We had a live pigeon trapped behind a gas fire. They were the only company in the area that was happy to attend to this problem. They were very prompt; the pleasant young lady that attended released the pigeon and serviced the appliance. All I can say is excellent service and we will certainly use Premier heating again.

I'd recommend Premier Heating for an annual boiler service. The booking team is responsive and keeps you updated on appointments by email with a simple online payment or bank transfer if preferred. The boiler engineer was very pleasant and knowledgeable and competent and went through a comprehensive set of checks and measurements on the system, like when the boiler was first installed - this is not my experience with some annual checks, and other engineers who write off any boiler over 10 years old or fear replacing a leaking manifold. She applied the WB service kit for 5-year service interval with a new gasket. The Worcester Bosch boiler is still efficient for its age and hopefully it will keep going until the new hydrogen-compatible boilers are developed to 100% H2 in next few years. She replaced the filling loop and isolation valves with the latest anti-backflow standard as one of the taps was weeping and noticed a minor leak in the magnetic filter to be fixed on next visit to maintain system pressure. Very satisfied!

Extremely pleased with the quality of the work - The cistern was very old and the pipework had to be altered to fit. Sophie did an excellent job very neat and and left me with a fully working toilet again.

When I rang to ask for a heating engineer to come out and have a look at the boiler, the receptionist was nice at first as soon as I said we live in Normandy in a residential park home the receptionist tone changed not for the better. So I haven't called back and we will take our business to another company where there staff will hopefully be a lot nicer.

Boiler service, very efficient team, perfect!

We contracted Premier Heating to perform the 1st service on our brand new (1 year old Worcester Bosch Boiler), Andy stayed for about 15 mins, commented that there were "numerous" issues with the boiler and left in an unfriendly hurry without telling us anything about the issues. A few days later we receive a quote from Premier Heating for MORE than the full cost of the boiler and the fitting, mentioning a large number of issues as remediation actions. This literally looked like a scam, and to put our minds at rest we decided to check with Worcester Bosch themselves what they thought about our boiler and whether we needed to get our boiler largely changed. The independent review from Worcester Bosch confirmed that there was nothing wrong with our boiler and that somehow Premier Heating wanted to "upgrade" the boiler to the very top spec, replacing parts that were literally a year old! Turns out Premier Heating were just trying to quote for more work and clearly trying to criticise their competition. The sad part is that more naive people probably fall in that trap and spend thousands of pounds on unnecessary work for their boiler. Extremely unprofessional service, we will never Premier Heating again and we strongly discourage people from using their services.

Premier Heating have long been my Boiler Service company for many, many years. Introductiuon of their new services came at a good time for me and the recently completed Electrical and Plumbing work was carried out to great satisfaction. Cannot praise Martin and Daryl highly enough for their promptness, courtesy and excellent, tidy workmanship. Both a credit to the new services on offer. Hi I'm Jackie and I live in the Guildford area. I recently needed to replace my boiler and wanted to move it to a new location in the house so I contacted Premier Heating. Whenever I spoke to the office staff at Premier Heating, they were very helpful and efficient in dealing with any queries that I had. The Premier Heating engineers arrived on time each day in a smart company uniform and van and they were polite & friendly. They worked in a tidy fashion and cleared up at the end of each day. Called this company to come and repair my boiler I was asked my address once the lady took my address I was told that they would not come out to my address ?! When I questioned the lady (angela) she said " we do not work on traveller sites!) I am in shock that people can be so openly racist when I have never had any dealings with the company before!! How can you judge some one before you have ever met them!! This is disgraceful!! What if it were an Asian community??!!! You wouldn't get away with saying that!!! Disgusting!!

Hot water and heating failed on Saturday afternoon, rang their emergency number and was called back (whilst they were out shopping) and promised a called back when they got home. Engineer then rang 30 minutes later to see if he could help over the phone, but was not able to. They rang back again at 6pm and organised a call on Monday, turned up and fixed everything by 11.00am - and all one week before Christmas.
