After viewing Apex doma on YouTube and seeing how informative Ian was,we decided to get a quote for Tesla power wall 3 with expansion pack plus gateway, to replace our current battery system,the quote was very competitive so decided to go ahead with the work, The team did a brilliant job of removing the old batteries and integrating the power wall with gateway with our exciting solar array, The hole job looks so much neater and professional than what we had before, And we couldn't be happier with how it's operating, So would have no problems in recommending Apex doma, to anyone looking to invest in solar panels and batteries, because of their professional approach to customer relations, and workmenship.

We installed our home with 24 panels. I am over the moon with going solar and Aprex doma. We have no gas where we life so we where running on oil and electric, which was costing us a small fortune, to the point we considered moving. In comes the FANTASTIC and knowledgable Adam from Aprex Doma, he literally talked me through my solar options in A B C language, he spent endless amounts of time going through the app with me, very personable and patient. going solar has transformed our property and cut our energy costs by over half, seriously 50% saving, it's incredible. We have an electric Aga, and that is on 24/7 in the winter months. Our electric cost are not even a concern now. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

Apex Doma, a local company who are very easy to deal with. From first contact, through to completion, their service was faultless. From my initial contact, agreement to proceed, updates during the process and the actual installation - everyone is integral to a very, very efficient and professional team. My 50 year old roof was showing it's age, with quite a few locally having been replaced, this was clearly apparent when it was removed. With that in mind I thought I would investigate adding solar and batteries and taking the neater route by integrating the solar panels with the new roof tiles. AD came up with the goods. They were able to recommend a local roofer with whom they have an existing good working relationship (Jon Russell Roofing, also from Wilmslow). The installation went without a hitch, whole house re-roofed, all electrics installed, up and working within the projected five days - very professional! My roof ridgeline is sort of North / South (ish). Ian designed the installation around sixteen panels on the West facing roof. With that I added a Sigenergy 9kWh Battery, 8 kW Invertor and a Gateway. Due to restrictions with the local electrical supply I can only currently export up to 3.68kWh. The maximum my panels could generate is 7.78kW but you never get to that as it is all managed by the magic 'gubbins', so once your battery is charged and the house is ticking over, it mostly exports power to the grid. So far my panels have generated a total of 2.15MWh of free electricity, of which 1.6MWh has been exported. There are various tariffs out there in which to run your systems, unfortunately the Middle East issue has curtailed some of these but I am now selling at a meagre 12 pence / kWh. The plus side is I have not bought any electricity since it went live in the third week of April. For me it wasn't merely about money-making by exporting electricity to the power grid, my roof was failing, but having an aesthetically complete installation had equal importance and I now have a better performing roof, constructed with modern materials. Plus I doubt if energy will ever be getting cheaper...... (Ignore the dusty bits in the photos, it all washed off the next day in the rain.)

Absolutely fantastic support from start to finish. Everyone at head office were really easy to work with. From the clear videos and plans of the installation and the flexibility when we changed plans, I couldn’t be more impressed. The installation by Matt, Joe L and Owen was so expertly done. The chaps put in a shift to get everything done and the attention to detail was amazing. I wouldn’t recommend using any other company to be honest

What can I say other than an awesome company, friendly and knowledgeable from planning to execution. The installation went exactly as planned, great communication and everything ahead of schedule. The installers Matt, Joe L, Owen, Jimmy were brilliant, they looked after my house did a great job installing taking the time to route everything very neatly. Matt took the time to take me through the technical bits. Even when we had a small issue post install Apex Doma were straight on it, and got us back up and running with no fuss. The scaffolding was down incredibly quickly meaning that the turn around from start to finish was no time at all.

This company is amazing. Communication is paramount and we were kept informed all along the process. The workmanship, knowledge and professionalism of Matt, Joe L, Joe J and Owen was second to none. Ian and Liam were great, arranging the work and advising on any solutions to our enquiries. The office staff deserve a mention too, always keeping us informed and returning any calls promptly, always politely and knowledgeable. It was a delight to deal with Apex Doma from start to finish.

The team at Apex Doma were fantastic. From Ian on the initial survey and quotation, through to Joe and Jimmy on the electrics and Charlie and Joe (L!) on the panel installation - everyone we dealt with was respectful and friendly, and delivered a great product. Purchased supply and fit , Tesla Powerwall3 (no backup) and 14 panels with solid bird protection skirting. Sales process - excellent, a 45 min zoom call takes place where you are took through the whole process and how it all works specifically for your property ( sun predictions etc) - chance to ask questions etc. They also have loads of you tube videos you can watch. No sales pressure like a lot of other firms. About a week later, an in house surveyor visits the property and discusses options. I particularly like the way the design the system with you in mind rather than just giving you a generic set up ( like most firms). I did loads of research on solar installers and I got a good feeling from these guys. I get the impression that this industry uses lots of sub contractors who will be hard to get back if things go wrong afterwards but am confident that the only work Apex Doma sub out is the scaffolding. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Installation straight forward, scaffolding up on Tuesday, roof work Thursday, PW installation and commissioning Friday. The team Matt, Liam, Charlie and Owen were spot on. Very professional and tidy and obviously love the work and tech. I particularly like the fact that Apex Doma are employing a couple of young lads and teaching them a decent trade. Paperwork G99 application, building control all done in background. Aftersales Again all done via YouTube videos, explaining how app works, available tariffs, how to get best out of the kit. Overall. Would recommend, lots of dodgy firms out there, not the cheapest but as I said earlier you pay for what you get.

I. am a customer of Apex Doma. I did the installation in two bites,but I now recognised it is better to have solar panels and Battery at the same time. Now the system is intergrated it is a hugh success. In winter I have had to reduce my Direct Debit. The best company to supply energy to you, which is needed at night is Octopus. Great service all round from start with Ian to finish. The team that came to fit the solar panels and batteries were excellent. Very tidy and courteous whilst on the job. I’ve had a brilliant experience with Apex Doma from start to finish. They have been knowledgable, professional and have guided me through the process. The quality of workmanship has been exceptional and the team of installers have worked diligently to give us the best end product. Special mentions to Charlie, Joe L and Jimmy who installed my panels and EV charger. It wasn’t easy to navigate the differing companies and products available. I found Ian (MD) on YouTube and his knowledgeable and passionate videos gave me everything I needed to know that Apex Doma were the perfect and only company for us.

Initial site viewing booked a month in advance and was cancelled at the last minute because of filming. Changed the fuse box and left a mess next to it (fortunately didn't throw what I thought was rubbish away) On two occasions got demands for overdue stage payments. Difficult to pay when you don't have the invoices. Came to fit the panels and asked what the rubbish was. Apparently it was the gateway that should have already been fitted. Scaffolding was booked to be removed today. Nobody turned up. Electrician booked in for Friday to fit gateway - rings on Tuesday to say he's on his way when I'm down south. Communication either non existent or completely wrong. Edit: Changed from 1 star to 3 star. Apex tried hard after initial review to improve the experience.

What can I say, What a brilliant company... Like most people, i was slightly nervous about using a company without a recommendation, but don't be, from start to finish, they have ALL been brilliant, and I mean the whole team A special thanks to the installation team Matt, Tom, Jimmy, Owen, Olivia and Steff. Matt & Tom did a superb job of fitted our Powerwall 3. They turned up early on the day and the install went very smoothly. They were very professional throughout, explaining everything along the way. They even kept my 3 1/2 year old entertained and answered every question she asked them (and there were a lot!). Now just need to persuade my partner to "allow" me to put solar panels on the roof...!

Had 2 very polite guys around today to wire in the battery and other connections. A 2 day job, no mess left, no dust, everything was left as found. They explained the battery and shutdown switches and went through the app. Tom and Matt did a great job.

Charlie & Joe W fitted our solar panels and rang to let us know what time to expect them and explained the process, which was really helpful. Matt & Tom came to fit all the electrics and Matt was clear in showing us what he planned to do, asking us about placement of everything and explaining everything once they'd done. All the lads were polite, friendly, introduced themselves, explained what they were doing and we're great. If only all workman were as good!

First rate, professional battery installation job carried out by Matt & Tom. Initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and effectively by Ian, Steff, Abby and the rest of the support staff with a detailed quote and scheduling information all communicated clearly and promptly. A complex job that required a high level of technical understanding - Apex Doma achieved everything we hoped for and would definitely use them again and again recommend to friends and family.

I’m a nightmare customer. If there’s a problem I’ll find it and dutifully moan. At the point we researched and decided upon solar, the other half curled in a fetal position and rocked at the thought of me stereotypically ‘Karen-ing’ demanding a manager. Needs must, however, because we use enough power to fuel a nuclear reactor (possibly due to my penchant for Christmas lights that go up on September 1st). I couldn’t live with me. That said, we’re mid install and I haven’t whinged once. The teams working are gentlemen with a fantastic work ethic. Yesterday’s team left the garden looking spiffier than it has in months (they weeded) and petted our herd of cats joyfully. Working in temperatures that are ridiculous for the north west, one even respectfully asked if it was okay to remove his shirt - we don’t get much excitement here, so neighbors were very complimentary. What I was expecting to be a neurodiverse person’s absolute worst experience, invasive and setting me on edge, has turned out to be an absolute pleasure. No mess, no fuss, no complications. Simply excellent service, wonderful communication and a joy to have around. We can’t recommend this company enough. Thanks very much to all involved. The cats say any time you’re passing by, pop in for scritches.

A very happy customer. I started the solar journey a few months ago by getting quotes from a few companies. Apex Doma were the only company who came out to my property to carry out a survey, discuss my requirements in person and provide advice. All other companies I contacted just wanted to give a price via email and using only a desktop survey to provde the quote. This personal touch, was the impetus for me to select Apex. Although not the cheapest (not a lot in it though), the fact that they bothered to travel a couple of hours knowing that I was also talking to other companies, gave me confidence that these people actually wanted my business. Come install day, my choice of installer was confirmed to be right. Day 1 was the roofer, who installed the rail hooks. To ensure a durable and permanent fitting he carefully lifted each roof tile and modified it and cut into the underside to allow the hook to pass through without putting pressure on the tile. the slow, but proper way to do it! On day 2 & 3, the Apex team turned up on mass. (roofers and electricians) to ensure that the job of 17 solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall 3 were completed within the 3 day timescale given. They did not dissapoint and throughout the whole process, the team checked in with me, to confirm I was happy with how things were going. At all times the team Joe, Jimmy, Charlie, Owen and Joseph were courteous, professional and extremely hard-working. Despite the inclement weather, they still soldiered on. On completion everything was cleared from site and swept. A full handover of the system was then made to ensure I was happy with the job and to answer any questions I had on the operation of the system. Liam (the Installations Manager) also made a separate visit at the end of the installation to review the work himself ensuring that it had been completed to Apex's high standards and my satisfaction. It had, but his visit was still appreciated. I must also mention the back of house team who had planned and coordinated the works. They ensured that scaffolding was erected, orders placed and DNO export approval applied for, all within the timescales quoted. This ensured a seamless install. All-in-all I would have no hesitation in recommending Apex Doma to my friends and family.

We had solar panels installed by ADS in March 2025 and we are extremely impressed. Why? - the panels generate loads of electricity even on typically dull, soggy Mancunian days. Reckon they'll pay us back in record time. - it's really easy to manage the import and export of power (via the Givenergy app - it's a Givenergy inverter) - the pre and post installation service is excellent - they arrive on schedule, are friendly, efficient, keen and tidy. However, the jewel in the crown is their after sales service. For example, late Friday afternoon I noticed a gap in the bird protection mesh and that pigeons had got under the panels. By midday the following Monday a bright and cheerful Liam turned up and fixed the problem. Very impressive and totally recommended.

We have used Apex Doma for last 12 months on installing solar and EV chargers and their service is first rate. If there is an issue they have always responded in a timely manner and most recently when there was an issue they sent Matt their engineer out within a day who sorted the issue out, so we can't fault them for service and if anyone is looking to install Solar or EV Chargers then look no further than Apex Doma.

Been a year since our install so decided to finally write a review. The guys worked hard and accommodated all our requests, took the time to explain what they were doing at every step along the way and kept the property very tidy. About a month after the installation they came back and fitted a second powerwall 2, a few weeks later one of the powerwalls died, they were out extremely quickly to diagnose it and lodged a warranty claim, and then fitted the replacement as soon as it arrived. Can’t fault any step of the process, can recommend, and if we were to modify our system in the future I would definitely call them first.

How refreshing to find a company willing to help. They didn't install my system, and I called them in desperation after my Inverter had been down for four weeks. I was getting absolutely nowhere with my original installers. I sent a couple of pictures of the installation and they immediately spotted all the issues and I'm now waiting for a written qote for them to fix everything and do a maintenance check. What a great company to deal with, especially Olivia who is a complete star. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing customer service from this company and they cant supply me as I’m outside there service area, total honesty but they still wanted to help me out with some great advice, from the friendly receptionist staff who arranged a time for a knowledgeable engineer to call me to discuss my plans and give advice to what they thought was a appropriate system for my house and needs. Adam was excellent in listening to my concerns about the size of system and gave suggestions to what he thought would suit my situation best. Thank you.

We had a fantastically neat, fast and professional installation of a new GivEnergy Inverter and battery, by Matt McGranaghan and his colleague Tom Roscoe. They were only here for two days to perform the installation and commissioning, and they left the site extremely clean and tidy both days. They were smart, polite and friendly. Matt and Tom are excellent ambassadors for their company, Apex Doma, and I can heartily recommend both engineers, and their company, Apex Doma Limited.

Apex Doma were so helpful from start to finish and fantastic to work with. Having just had an EV charger and solar panels fitted we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from everyone. Always difficult and invidious to single out anyone as it was very much a team effort with no weak links, but a special mention must go to Charlie and, in particular, Matt who went the extra mile to look after us.

I went with Apex despite a tempting offer from Octopus. Delighted with whole process, service and after sales care. Today my small system hit its max output of 2.7KW for 3rd time this year. Apex Doma are an excellent Renewables company. Top down driven by top man Ian Pownall. I had not heard of them as I went on the Givenergy website to make an enquiry about adding a second battery to our PV hybrid inverter system. On speaking with Ian about quoting and he told me that he had just interviewed Givenergy Technical Director Paul Landregan, I looked him up on YouTube and I realised who he was!!! Suddenly he went from unknown to known quantity and I had ultimate faith in him and ApexDoma. All went according to plan from quote to deposit to planning for install to completion of work by two of his staff who were quick and neat to final payment. I mentioned Apex Doma to a colleague who unbeknownst to me had also just had a system installed by ApexDoma with same positive experience. I will absolutely recommend Ian and his team. Excellent service from Apex Doma. We have a 15 panel install across two sides of the roof, with a PowerWall and third party inverter. After a bit of a hiccup with getting the scaffolding up, sorted out by Abby who was the project manager, Liam and Jóse were quick and efficient at putting the panels on, getting the roof prepped in one day, and the panels all on the second day. Matt joined on the second day and got all the battery storage and technical stuff installed in one day - by the end of the day we were pulling power off the roof already! A quick follow up the next morning to get logged in and commissioned, and it’s been working seamlessly ever since. AD aren’t the cheapest (from the quotes we got) but we definitely got what we paid for in terms of timings and quality of the work done, and then some. Highly, highly recommended.

There are two words that spring into my mind regarding the installation of a GivEnergy All-in-One battery and that is ‘seamless’ and ‘exemplary’. From the initial survey by Ian Pownall and the subsequent installation by Matt and Tom I cannot fault the service. In particular Matt and Tom displayed a measure of care and courtesy in every aspect of their work, from arriving promptly to leaving the finished job neat and tidy – they deserve 5*****.

I've had the Apex Doma guys (Harry, Charlie and Jose) up on my roof today fixing guards to my sola panels to prevent pigeons from nesting underneath. All went very well - they were efficient, knowledgeable and speedy. I couldn't have asked for better service. I recommend this company.

Had a battery fitted, add-on to our previously installed solar panels by another company. Apex Doma were very professional, explained the process clearly, provided the necessary information for me to make a decision, and when I decided to go ahead, they fitted the battery within 2 weeks of the consultation visit. So far, very happy with the battery performance. I would definitely recommend Apex Dorma for those interested in solar and storage - thanks to Ian and Adam and the team at Apex Doma for their services

Arrived on time.So polite.No delays they had everything planned and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. Cannot fault how the installation was carried out. They even put up with the muddy conditions and colder weather.The electrics installer was really good,he explained the app and showed me around the installation. From start to completion and in between[office girls] everyone was so easy to deal with especially our initial contact with no pressure at all to buy. AD have just completed installing solar panels on my bungalow. The whole installation process took 4 days and was completed efficiently with very competent AD staff. From the first visit from Ian to the completion of the job by Charlie, Matt and Tom, the whole process was painless and hassle free. They were keen to impart information and were more than competent in all aspects of the job. The support team in the office were very helpful, competent and friendly and kept me informed throughout. Having spoken to 3 different companies when looking into solar panels and battery storage installations, it was very easy to select the team at Apex Doma to carry out the work. I had very limited knowledge on how the systems work and what my different setup options are, and the initial consultations with Ian were an excellent education for me. He was extremely thorough, very clear and kept it simple enough for me to fully understand… Additionally, there was no “Sales Pressure” whatsoever – the whole thing was very consultative and engineering led. After choosing to go ahead, the level of communication throughout the process was also very impressive… I was kept updated almost daily via email or WhatsApp, and any given times/dates for updates or work starting were met 100%. The professionalism didn’t stop there either, the install team carrying out the work (Liam & Charlie on the panels / roof, Sam & Jimmy on the inverter / battery / internals) were all great… Super helpful, polite and incredibly neat and tidy (the roof team even cleared the gutters whilst they were up there, given you don’t get many chances to have scaffolding up to do that kind of job!). We have a 12 panel system, with a 5kw GivEnergy inverter and 9.5kw GivEnergy battery… Ian provided links to YouTube videos he has recorded to help with tariff selection, and pointers on using the app to control the system. The team at Apex Doma just did the hand over of my 16 panel array, smart battery, energy diverter & voltage regulator. It's a great looking job & I'm looking forward to the energy savings that it should bring. This is my opportunity to give credit where it's due. The installation was very neat & hassle free. Each day, the team cleaned up after themselves, which is great for anyone living in a property whilst a project is happening. Invested significantly with this company to get a 9.5kw GE battery along with inverter and 8 panels. A very professional and helpful outfit. Lots of info up front. Adam and Ian are very personable and open with information sharing and assistance. Always turned up on time. Install completed on time despite scaffolding issues initially. The installation lads went out of their way to help me out. Some minor issues but not much more you can ask in my opinion.

Sam, Joe, Liam and Charlie did an excellent job installing our solar panels and associated electrical work. The work is of a really high standard, and they were really thoughtful about placement of the generator, battery and cables to make it look as neat as possible, even if that meant more work for them. They really took time to explain the installation and were also friendly, polite and hard working. They definitely went above and beyond, even to the extent of keeping noise to a minimum during our little one’s nap time. Really happy with the work they have done.

Following the review of the plethora of offers for PV on the market - I was sure impressed with ApexDoma. From the moment of the first visit - all the way through to the completion of the work - the team has been fantastic! A friendly, approachable and sound working team which I can only highly recommend. The installation was technically tricky - but there was always a solution and the dreaded"we cannot do that" was never heard! They were never short of taking time to explain things again when needed. More so - since installation - the troubleshooting with ApexDoma has been superb! To no fault of their work or installation (very important to mention!) - some issues with the battery system and others following the energy company making a mistake when installing my smart meter - it was ApexDoma and their team who were at hand to firstly calm down nerves, help, advise and send a member of the team round to rectify all of the above. What can I say, simply outstanding company to deal with. Both Adam and Ian were amazing from start to finish, the installation team are professional, lovely and all aspects of the installation I’m delighted with. As with anything like this, it didn’t always go to plan, but the team kept me updated, resolved any issues and answered all my questions. I wish more companies valued customers like this. The system (22 panels and two Tesla Powerwall) is superb, I have to admit being slightly obsessed watching the generation and storage virtually eliminate my electric bill :-) Overall, can’t recommend Apex Doma Solar enough, outstaying and keep up the good work.

We used Apex Doma to install a big battery and small array of solar panels at our home last summer. The installation was well done and Apex Doma were approachable during it and made some changes when we requested them. 8 months later, we are absolutely blown away by the system and its possibilities. Whilst the benefits of the hardware are immediately clear, less obvious are the massive opportunities presented with the software. The GivEnergy battery allows its customers to dynamically control charging and exporting of electricity. If you're of coding persuasion, this means you can have enormous fun getting your battery to buy cheap electricity and and sell it high, or to take advantage of plunge pricing (when you get paid to use electricity). Since the installation, Apex Doma have continued to be very supportive in answering follow up questions on these topics, and clearly share a very geeky love of using the software in this manner to maximise energy savings. Overall, we managed to reduce our bills by around 80%.

I can highly recommend Apex Doma, having just had solar panels and battery storage installed by them at my home. I first got in touch with the company as I wanted to explore the idea of solar energy to try and make my house more environmentally friendly, as well as cutting the costs of my electricity bills. I had an initial phone consultation with Ian to discuss what might be possible and he then followed this up with a home visit to go into more detail and look at the site. I was very impressed with the way that Ian approached things from an engineering point of view. He considered the location and aspect of the house, and how much electricity I use in a year, to calculate the most appropriate number of panels and size of battery that would meet my needs, within a budget that was manageable. Having a bespoke solution was very reassuring, along with the long guarantee periods. The calculations of energy that could typically be generated gave an idea of how independent of the national grid I would be, thus meeting my objectives of becoming more environmentally friendly and reducing electricity bills. The actual installation only took a couple of days and the team – Liam, Charlie, Sam and Matt - were all very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me as they went along, and leaving the site tidy at the end of each visit. Adam kept a careful oversight of the whole project and Jenny in the office dealt with my queries efficiently. Following installation, the team quickly carried out all the necessary follow-up to obtain the relevant documents and certificates needed for me to be able to export electricity to the grid. They also sent me emails with a very helpful set of videos, where Ian explained all the handover information and outlined several options for tariffs for solar panels/battery storage so that I could move to the most appropriate deal. I found the videos very helpful in having someone talk through everything, especially being able to pause or go back at a different time to go over something again. I really liked the enthusiasm of Apex Doma for wanting to work towards a greener future with sustainable energy, and how they practise what they preach with using as much solar power as possible. It really contributed to how much care they took over the work at my house and supporting me in the move to getting the best out of my solar panels and battery. A great Job - acvery happy customer. Contacted Apex Doma on the basis of a personal recommendation. I had already received two quotes, but was unhappy with the level of information which had been provided. Ian visited and we had a good discussion during which hecexplained the various options and benefits and disadvantages associated with each. He answered all my questions in a straightforward way. Ian recommended a slightly more expensive bird protection system, which looks very well fitted and was worth the additional expenditure. He followed up the visit with a comprehensive quotation in the form of a video and PowerPoint presentation, which I was able to view on my iPad. We very quickly decided to go ahead and within three weeks, the system has been fully fitted. The team who came to fit were made up of Matt, Sam, Liam and Charlie. All the team were very polite and left the front of my house and Garage in a very tidy state. They took time to explain what they were doing and were extremely polite and helpful. After fitting Ian insured that all the relevant paperwork was provided very quickly. He also sent me a number of Links to YouTube videos which explained in more detail how the System works. The system has been in situ for the last week and already despite the very poor weather, I am charging the battery up at night on a low tariff and also getting some generation from the panels. Today, the scaffolding was taken down less than a week after the job was completed. Overall I’m a very happy customer and would have no hesitation in recommending ApexDoma if you are considering getting a battery and solar system installed.

I have had my solar pannles installed since the end of October. It's very hard these days to find tradespeople who don't try to rip you off. From the start, Adam explained everything out clearly, gave good clear advice on what to get to suit the property, rather than simply offering the most expensive option and he also offered a very reasonable quote. The installation is immaculate, everything is square, sturdy and there are no messy holes or baggy wires anywhere. The equipment itself is fantastic, so easy to use and really good quality. Adam and the team really take the time to explain how to set up and use the equipment. I am switched over to Octopus and along with the Give Energy app, we may only be in November, but the amount of solar I am getting and the difference already is huge! They are friendly, personable and clearly love what they do and the products they sell.

I've been really pleased and impressed with Apex Doma, the solar install was really smooth and all the staff were all super professional. The turn around time from order to install was quick and I was kept up to date along the process as the various steps such as G99 application was submitted and approved. The team at Apex Doma installed a solar PV system with inverter and battery last week. Every member of the team was professional, diligent and customer focussed, from Liam and Charlie who fitted the solar panels to the roof, spotting that we would need additional optimisers due to shading so maximising the system for us, rather than just doing what was written on paper; to Joe and Sam who sorted the inverter and battery, cleaning up and keeping us appraised of progress; and to Matt and Adam who commissioned the system, walking us through how the system worked. The after sales service has been outstanding also- with scaffolding down, MCS and G98 certificates all through received within a week, and some handy videos to watch to explain simply how to apply for the SEG tariff and optimise the system. A local company, who goes the added mile to customise each job to the uniqueness of their customers. Don’t bother looking any further than Apex Doma for installing a solar system. The whole process of getting solar panels from Apex Doma was faultless. Everyone at the company has been really friendly. It is also obvious that they all really know their stuff. We got three quotes and only Apex Doma were able to provide a full and complete quote and answer every question in detail. The other companies also wanted to put the inverter outside where it was more convenient for them but would have led to long term issues for us. Apex Doma installed a Givenergy Solar / Storage system at my home, consisting of 16 solar panels, a 5kw invertor and a 9.5kw battery. The Apex Doma team arrived on time and completed the installation in two days to a very high standard and I would definitely recommend them. I had a solarPV+battery instalation from another supplier, but I wanted an additional battery. Apex installed it rapidly and professionally, and ensured that the warranty was correctly split between them and the original supplier. It has now been operating ok for 3 weeks and I am very satisfied with what they provided. Their status as a trusted trader and a certified installer of the battery manufacturer's equipment was very important to me.

We have recently had our loft rooms stripped down to roof rafters/felt, insulated and plastered out/painted including electrics, Velux window and air-conditioning installed and room made/installation of new bathroom on that floor. We have a Victorian period home built in 1890 and needed some further joinery and rendering repairs to our detailed front fascia as part of the work. Ian and Adam with their team worked hard to accommodate all our needs. They were responsive and communicated really well during the entire project. They also worked with building control at our request (as it wasn’t required for the type of renovations) to meet standards and recommendations. They had innovative ideas such as wrapping the A/C unit to match our brick wall outside. It’s daunting choosing the right company to do a large project on your home and we are pleased we used Apex Doma. We shall use again in the future.

Adam & Jayden fitted an arc light over our garage door and two lights either side of our front door as well as moving the switch for them into our porch. I found A D Electrical on Google, visited their website and asked for a quote. The team got in touch quickly and came round to price up the work.
