Pete, Tash and Kenneth have all been incredible from the beginning. We have had a heat pump installed and we’re so impressed we went down the solar road soon after. I am a bit of a nervous ninny and was anxious about investing in a system for our home, I needn’t of worried. From initial consultation into installation the team have been fantastic. Pete in particular has gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide customer service I have not experienced before. He is always on the phone when needed ,because I am still learning and have questions about settings or maximising the potential of the new system, his support has been exceptional. I would not hesitate in recommending the company or the product/service. 10/10
