Pure Service Cambridge Ltd

Had the boiler service today and the usual professional and friendly staff from Pure Hearing did the job

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service! Really happy with the boiler service today. The engineer was professional, friendly and very thorough. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Very reliable service and I would definitely recommend Pure Service Ltd to anyone needing boiler or heating services. Thank you!

Nice people to deal with and were quick to come round to do the work.

I would like to record what a rewarding experience I have just had with Jade in your office team. I had a simple request to change the time of a scheduled sprinkler test in my apartment. Jade was so helpful, personable, efficient and polite and her actions were far in excess of my expectations. She said she would need to check with engineers and would phone me back; and she did within 30 minutes with a most satisfactory outcome. Well done Jade. You are a shining example of exemplary customer service and a credit to your Company.

Pure Service installed our new Combi boiler. The service was excellent, the work was great and the pricing competitive. They will start our bathroom refurb soon!

Pure Service have dealt with three pieces of work - plumbing and general maintenance over the last two months or so. They were prompt, effective and courteous. I had called them in before and will certainly do so again when the need arises. Please use only me first name.

As usual, fast and professional service. Mackenzie fixed my problem promptly and was polite and tidy during his visit.

We had our en-suite shower area replaced and the service was excellent. Even when the work became more than expected due to unforeseen problems with how the room was originally built, I was kept informed and was never under any pressure to do more. Tony was a complete gentleman and professional and we’re very happy with the result.

Carl was amazing! Our hot water stopped working on a Friday evening and he talked us through the fix over WhatsApp sending voice notes and videos. Truly amazing service and we’d recommend them to everyone.

Super job! Highly recommended!

As a landlord I can't fault Pure Service - we have used them for many years, as well as the technical/work aspect, I find their admin/mangement team very responsive- working and liasing with both tenant and owner.

Excellent customer service and workmanship absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom. Special thanks to Tony.

Very good and quick !

Very happy indeed with the service provided by Pure this afternoon. The engineer Tom was very thorough and professional sorting out my granddaughter's bathroom, will be very happy to use them again!

Tom from Pure came to do a system flush. He did a fantastic job, explained everything clearly and cleaned up thoroughly. Now all my radiators are working sublimely - at last! Thank you Tom!!

Tom did a great job! Optimized the heating too , Jan

Pure sent Tom to assist with a blocked kitchen sink that we were struggling to handle ourselves. He came the same day, resolved the issue really rapidly. Very happy with the service! Would recommend Tom and Pure to anyone. Thanks so much!

Tom has done a magnificent job in fixing many of the issues in my bathroom. Very happy with his work!

Used Pure Service to instal a mixer tap and to deal with a non flushing toilet. The latter was extremely difficult to repair with hidden and old damaged pipework. Tom persevered, and improvised until it was successfully fixed. He also replaced the tiling perfectly.. The receptionist Lucy was also very helpful and managed to find my preferred mixer tap.

We’ve worked with Pure Service for over six years, and they’ve proven to be an outstanding multi-service contractor. Their engineers and office team are proactive, friendly, and a genuine pleasure to have on-site. As a local company, they’re always quick to respond to emergency works and consistently punctual with planned maintenance tasks. All certification and documentation are delivered promptly, keeping our business fully compliant. Pure Service took over from another well-known facilities provider, and we’ve never looked back — their service really is unrivalled. Rebecca Price Office and Facilities Manager, CN Bio – Cambridge Science Park

Pure Service has done all my plumbing and heating, and also does maintenance for a lot of my clients. Couldn't recommend highly enough. I would never go anywhere else.

Excellent service—really helpful when calling in, efficient, friendly and clear. Tom came right on time and fixed our problem right away. Highly recommended all around.

5 stars for Tom from Pure Service! He fixed my blocked drainage quickly and efficiently. He was on time, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up perfectly. Very professional! Highly recommend Tom and Pure Service!

In October 2025, I had a kitchen unit to build, which required a delicate touch in cutting the cornice and assembling a marble-like wall surface. I am very grateful that Pure Service sent Luke; he was very attentive to detail and, thanks to his extensive experience, the results were excellent. Other carpenters came to see the work done, and they also confirmed that the job on the cornice was a high-quality, meticulous job.

Great service! Work done effectively and in good standards.

Pure Service have done several jobs for us over the last few years, eg new bathroom, boiler, annual boiler service. They are quick to respond and we have been very happy with the work.

Pure Service installed our Waterdrop X12 water filter under the sink and did an excellent job from start to finish. They drilled a neat hole in our quartz worktop for the faucet, connected everything perfectly, and even took all the packaging and rubbish away. Fantastic experience, professional, tidy, and efficient. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent and extremely thorough service on a job that proved not to be as straightforward as initially thought.

Great service from Pure Service Limited. Jack was very helpful over the phone, took the time needed to set up the Hive system properly, and made sure everything was working as it should. Thanks for the support

We had a problem with our heating for some time and had other specialists come have a look but no one was able to figure out what was happening. Tom and Cam acted professionally and checked everything thoroughly and were able to diagnose and repair the problem. Overall very happy with the service.

Brilliant service. I've recently had some new radiators installed at short notice as one had sprung a leak half way up. Also had a leaking shower pump fixed. Kept informed of cost/who would be attending and time of arrival. Pleasant capable employees arrived at the appointed time. Perfectly satisfied with the work and will be using them for a boiler replacement next year, Pure Service is now my go to choice for plumbing issues.

Fantastic job by Tom fixing my annoying self-flushing toilet, v quick call out too, thanks so much!

I use Pure for all my electrical/heating and plumbing jobs. Tom has now done an excellent job in fixing some bad workmanship of previous plumbers. Really pleased with all of Pure’s work.

We recently used Pure Service in Cambridge and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rob and Luke were brilliant from start to finish — friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating with all of our requests. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The rest of the team were just as impressive. The flooring fitters did a fantastic job, working efficiently and finishing everything to a really high standard. The plumber was also excellent, getting everything done smoothly and professionally. Every part of the job was completed with real care, and the team made sure to tidy up after themselves, leaving absolutely no mess behind. We’re genuinely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Pure Service, Rob, Luke, the flooring team, and the plumber for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work!

The engineer dealt very competently with a quite complicated job. Very happy

I used Pure Service for various jobs, plumbing, electrical and boiler. Always good communication, detailed quote and no hidden fees. Jobs are delivered as agreed.

Very professional and prompt installation - well resourced with courteous and friendly staff. Mild concern that: Loft insulation was not replaced after uncovering pipes above bathroom Quote did not include ‘decoration/ filling of holes created by the installation’ (I was offered an additional quotation…). No formal introduction to the system operation / warranty details etc (pile of documents left). Controller panel cannot be operated without use of a screwdriver. Overall 4/5 stars

I've used Pure for several jobs (mostly plumbing) - they are an excellent company; professional and efficient. The engineers are excellent and pleasant to deal with. These things make a difference. Prices seem to be industry standard for a professional job. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Contacted Carl at Pure services to ask about my neighbour who had problems with cold radiators downstairs.Another plumber was suggesting changing the radiators, which seemed a bit much to me.Carl suggested a test to see if it might be the pump.My neighbour tried this the next day, and it proved to be as he thought. My neighbour is delighted and all sorted over the phoned. Thanks again Carl.

Great service, able to get plumber quickly and fixed problem easily.

Great service by Tom, really pleased with the work he did for us. Very professional and friendly.

Highly recommend Pure Service. They offered an appointment the same day, and their plumbing engineer, Matt, was excellent. Matt was efficient, helpful and friendly and explained everything he was doing, as well as offering advice. Would definitely use Pure Service again.

Great service by Tom

Geoff came on time, diagnosed the issue straight away, and fixed it promptly.

Thanks for sorting our boiler Geoff! Arrived on time and was very efficient and friendly.

When I started my own business, there was only one company I wanted to use to ensure my properties were compliant – Pure Services. I’ve worked with Carl and James for many years, and they’ve always been reliable, professional, and easy to deal with. They regularly go above and beyond to help out, even working out of hours when needed to make sure everything gets done on time. It’s great to work with people who genuinely care about the service they provide – highly recommended.

I had a problem with my boiler and the response was very good and quick. Adrian arrived on time and fixed the problem. He was very polite and helpful, explaining the issue fully to me and what I can do to prevent it happening again. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to organise work with. Tom arrived in time window given. Very polite, thorough and helpful. Carefully explained and demonstrated work carried out. Offered advice for future efficient use of appliances. Excellent! Thank you! 😁👍 Follow up work has been excellent! ALWAYS helpful, patient and informative, working with us to resolve a long standing shower issue. Would definitely recommend! Thank you again! 😁👍

Very responsive, with great communication and completion.

I was very happy with the services received by Geoff. He was very thorough in his checks, explained in simple words what the issues werw and was open to any questions i had. Overall i am very happy with the company, as they were also very efficient last year when I had a major issue with the flue of the boiler. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service. Jeff was prompt, concise and professional.

Quick work, very polite and a job well done. Thank you!

Pure are such an easy company to deal with, so reliable and professional, our plumber Tom tackled a tricky job today with a really high level of competence and a great attitude. Thank you so much Tom!

Excellent and fast service!

Excellent service - completely fixed the problem.

We used Pure service to redirect some pipes and sort out some issues . From calling the office , to the trade people everyone is super professional and organised . All work done to a high standard .Highly recommend .

Extremely fast response times, immediately understood the issue and quickly fixed it

Tony arrived on time and dealt with the catridges of our kitchen tap. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and had respect for our home. Will definitely use Pure Service Ltd again

Called Pure service as had a leak from a pipe on our heating system. Lucy was very helpful and informed us of the process and costs associated, before engaging services. Pure service had a plumber available within the hour. Fortunately we had left a office bin in the airing cupboard a couple of years ago which caught the dripping water. Geoff arrived after 35 minutes. He was very helpful and we had a chat as he had not come across our make of cylinder before. Geoff drained the water down so the leak was stopped. We were very happy with the quick attendance that Pure Service were able to provide. We look to use again in the future.

This is a company whose customer service excels. I came home to a sounding burglar alarm one evening. It would not switch off - you can imagine how popular I was with the neighbours! Rang Pure Service Ltd. Although they weren't able to attend, James talked me through how to silence the alarm, with Whatsapp messages, exchange of photos and follow-up calls. Eventually all was silent. I cannot praise this company enough and now they have a customer for life. Take note all other Cambridge alarm companies with a so-called emergency service that I called before Pure Service Ltd., this is how to do it.

Exceptional quality workmanship from Pure . Used a plumber (Matt) and electrician (Eddy) services this week and both were punctual, polite and carried out the works with efficiency and skill. Great company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5*

Pure service have done several different plumbing jobs for us and always do a great job.

Brilliant service. Rang at 9am with no hot water. Geoff was friendly and came to check the boiler. He returned later the same day to fix it so now we have hot water for the weekend!

Matt and Geoff were great. Even stayed beyond 5 on a Friday to make sure my boiler was working safely which is very reassuring when I have 2 small children

I've had my boiler and shower replaced by Pure Service. Everyone has been kind and patient to work with, arranging things last minute to help fit my schedule. Super helpful with recommending products and clear with expectations

Geoff and Tom arrived on time and completed the plumbing work quickly and efficiently. Both were super helpful and friendly, leaving the place clean and tidy. Always get great service from Pure - highly recommend!

Super friendly service

Pure Service have been installing an Air Source Heat Pump for us, and part of that was the remodelling of an airing cupboard by the Maintenance Department. The carpentry and plastering were both superb, and the team were even able to re-use the original (55 year old) doors. Excellent work, and very highly recommended.

Lloyd and Noah were absolutely brilliant – incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. In a children’s nursery setting, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They took the time to make sure our cameras were set up just right, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We’re so grateful for their help and expertise.

Job proved to be more complicated than originally diagnosed, but with patience and ingenuity Sean was able to fix this problematic tap replacement, and with a smile throughout!

Swift and quick boiler service by Jeff. Arrived on time and completed inspection thoroughly.

An urgent need for a plumber to explain and deal with water ingress from my bathroom to the flat below was responded to PDQ (and not at unreasonable expense). The plumber (Matt) had a good knowledge of the plumbing issues in our small block of flats: he diagnosed the problem and dealt with it efficiently. I would recommend Pure in this sort of situation, and Matt in particular. Thank you for your prompt and effective attention!

Friendly efficient service

Very friendly and efficient service from Geoff. Thank you!

Great. The engineer arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous. Quickly solved the problem and remedied it.

Very professional and friendly. Would happily use again. Thanks to Eddy for restoring the power.

I had a very good experience with Pure Service. My old shower collapsed right in the middle of the heat wave this July. Pure Service installed a new shower with modern fixtures for me in no time. Tony, the plumber, worked very hard in hot environment and did an excellent efficient job. Thank you, Tony!

Very fast response and reasonably priced work fixing a damaged gas pipe. Highly recommended.

Excellent and reliable local heating and plumbing engineers, who really do know what they are doing. Attended promptly following leakage from old system, which was then dismantled and replaced with combi boiler and new radiators. Very efficient service and workmanship, with excellent follow-up. I highly recommend Pure to anyone with plumbing and heating issues.

Well done! A great Monday and another reason to celebrate our solar panels. 2 radiators fixed in situ neatly and professionally. Thank you

Geoff was fantastic. Super friendly job well done on time and promptly. Very happy customer

Thank you so much for coming out quickly amd them completing the job. A very professional attitude and friendly person indeed.

Engineer was professional and friendly, arrived on time and completed servicing to the desired standards. Will use again next year.

Great service and efficient as always

Tom was brilliant - efficient, friendly service and repairs sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend pure services on both plumbing and electrical services. They did such a great job and were efficient and did the job in a timely manner.

Excellent, prompt, efficient service delivered by charming employees.

Perfect as always, annual service done.

Fixed our shower head and an extra leak in the toilet within seconds!

Very good communication and quick responses! Carl organised my repair very quickly and was great every step of the way. Tom who came to repair was very friendly, engaged well with my little girl and got the job done! Highly recommended the team!

Speedy and reliable service. I contacted Pure Services after finding a leak, they sent an engineer out within half an hour. The engineer was friendly and soon fixed the leak. Will definitely be recommending Pure Services to family and friends. Thank you!

We had water pouring through our ceiling on the bank holiday weekend. Within 1hr of making contact we had a plumber on site, who was efficient, professional and competent. He located the leak, fixed it and had the water back on very quickly. The bill was as agreed. I would recommend Pure Services without hesitation.

The work was arranged by our letting agent, but this company has been a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication from a very dedicated office team, above and beyond just politeness. As they were working with the agent, the engineer was able to do the work without us being home. He did a great job, and we only know he was here because everything is fixed. Assuming nothing goes wrong in the next few days, we'd be pleased to recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding service! The team at Pure have installed multiple under sink hot water heaters for me. All the staff are always polite and punctual whether in person or on the phone! Keep up the good work folks.

Pure Service recently installed an amazing Air Conditioning Unit for our office in Saffron Walden. The Engineers were very polite, professional and experienced. Even more importantly it was all installed a couple weeks prior to the heat arriving! Thank you to Carl and his team!

Top service for the new Aircon installation in our office. Guys were great, and worked non stop. Would highly recommend

Had our boiler replaced by Pure Service and can highly recommend them. The staff in the office answered all my questions ahead of time and the engineers who came to survey and fit the boiler were fantastic; very friendly and they clearly take pride in their work as the workmanship was excellent. Very impressed, would use again

Luke and the team did a great job redecorating my kitchen and installing a new handrail for my stairs. They arrived promptly, were a pleasure to deal with and I was really impressed with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

Prompt and perfect service. Kind approach. Wonderful. Thank you so much.

Carl and his team have looked after my property for the past few years and they're always prompt, courteous, and professional. I'd have no issue recommending them - in fact, I do whenever it's appropriate!

Good experience with this company. I needed a radiator installed in a conservatory that gets very cold in the winter months. Pure services were pleasant and quick to respond to my email. They sent someone over and provided a quote quickly. I waited about 3-4 weeks for the job to be completed. The engineer came out on the date as agreed and installed the radiator. Installation was neat and tidy and to specification. He also replaced a zone valve like for like, perfect job on that. Unfortunately their engineer could not get the central heating going again. Most radiators were cold with only 1 or 2 warming up slightly. I suggested there could be an air lock but this was dismissed by the engineer who struggled for a few hours. Finally at around 5pm we agreed he would return in the next day or so to get the heating going. So he left the house with no working central heating, not ideal in the cold weather at the time (winter). The engineer further suggested the pump was weak and needed replacing, and even said that the pipework bore was too small. I was not convinced as the heating was working perfectly the day before. After the engineer left i vented some air out of the pump myself using the valve above the pump, then bled air out of the radiators and the heating was back to working well again. All the radiators were getting nicely toasty including the new one. To be fair they did follow up the next day or so but I told them not to worry about sending someone out, as i had got the air out of the system already. Overall a good experience, just a shame they left the heating not working, hence 3 stars, otherwise would have been 4 or 5. Dont let that put you off though, as otherwise they are a really good professional company to deal with. Maybe I just got a new engineer I further engaged with the company for a shower room install. Their bathroom person came out as agreed and supplied a quote. Very professional to deal with again but for this second job, their quote was higher than others i had so I did not proceed with them on this occasion.

Needed a new boiler at short notice as the old one failed! New one installed within a few days. Excellent service! Thanks

We recently called Pure Service on a emergency call out to water leaking into an electrical intake cupboard supplying 50+ flats. They attended quickly, assessed the situation and liaised with all relevant people including emergency services to resolve the issue correctly. I would strongly recommend Pure service in the future should anyone require a emergency Plumber in Cambridge

I’ve used Pure Services on a number of occasions, from a leaky tap, boiler advice to help with a partial flood. They always go the extra mile to help and make sure the service you want is carried out efficiently, and to top spec. Polite, tidy and always on time. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Pure Service Ltd are Fantastic! They are Professional, Conscientious & just overall the Best!!!!

I've used Pure Service on a number of occasions in the past including several complete bathroom refits. They are professional, reliable and provide excellent customer service. I would highly recommend.

I have used Pure Service on two occasions, one repair to a toilet and the second a electrial rewire. On both occasions the Pure team were polite, very professional and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Pure Service to anyone.

New indoor porch & hand made cabinets/cupboards. Luke was beyond fabulous. Incredible workmanship which has transformed my house.

I reached out to PURE when my kitchen tap decided to mimic Niagara Falls, and oh boy, did they deliver! Not just your average local heroes, but a team sporting smiles and helpfulness like it's their day job (well, it is). The adventure began with a simple repair but quickly escalated into a thrilling upgrade saga at my request, featuring a swanky pull-out tap and a futuristic water filter. Plot twist: I threw in a last-minute curveball for a more robust tee connection, and they adapted like champs, with no extra charge that felt more like a high-five for good decision-making. There was a moment of suspense when a crucial part for the filter went MIA, but like the best cliff hangers, PURE returned a few days later, triumphant, to complete the mission. I'm all in for giving PURE a dazzling five-star salute for turning plumbing into a win.

excellent service great service leave everywhere very clean and tidy. Really polite very professional. Have used several times.

Our friend recently recommended The Pure Service to us. I had the pleasure of working with the company and the gas engineer Geoff on two separate occasions, each with different issues. I couldn't be more impressed with how the company values its customers and Geoff’s excellent services. Geoff promptly sorted out two separate issues we were experiencing with our gas systems (one with the boiler and one with the cylinder). He was always polite, friendly, and on time for appointments. Moreover, Geoff didn't just fix our issues; he took the time to explain how the systems work and provided valuable insights into maintenance and safety practices. I also had the pleasure of working with Rowena, who helped me look at the part replacement. I was very impressed with her dedication to customer service and skills in resolving issues. Overall, I cannot recommend Geoff and The Pure Service highly enough.

A really prompt replacement for my Mum`s bathroom taps and with excellent service. Ross was very helpful and courteous. Many thanks !

Carl was very responsive, his communication was precise and concise. The manager who arranged the appointment on the phone was very polite and considerate. Cameron was the engineer to come over, he investigated and fixed the problem thoroughly. We had relocated from a city without using boilers, and Cameron elaborated the issues patiently. Our boiler was installed at a very awkward angle, and at last Tom came over to help and got everything done. I’m so grateful to have known the Team Pure Service. Thanks for everything!

Highly recommend. The engineers (James and Mark) have always been great and really supportive. Thank you team!

Great customer service! Boiler serviced by Geoff. Friendly, polite, efficient and arrived on time. Very happy and would definitely use again.

Very professional service and the price is reasonable.

Easy to deal with and prompt service

Had an emergency call out due to a fault with my boiler. Carl was available to help and helped me fix the problem instantly. Would definitely recommend and use pure service for in the future - really great and friendly service

I've used pure a few times for emergencies and other quotes and advice. I've only ever received faultless service from them. They went out of their way to slot us in when we had a leak and Cameron was super polite, optimistic and swift at getting the job done. Carl has been round and basically sorted our heating issue out for free by giving me instructions there and then how to address some niggles. How easy would it be to charge for someone to do it? He spent 30 minutes talking through our issues and may never get anything out of it. This review is the best I can do then, and use them in future 🙂

Used Pure Service to rip out my old bathroom and do a complete refit. They did an excellent job, offered ideas at the initial meeting that really enhanced the whole redesign, and organised everything. Everyone who worked on the project was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and when unexpected problems were uncovered (such as when the original floorboards were found to be rotten) they immediately found solutions. Would highly recommend.

We've just had Pure install a new shower in our ensuite. Absolutely fabulous team - professional and personable. We are so pleased with the final result!

Great service, on time, efficient, professional, left the room very clean after the work. No complaints!

I have used Pure Service twice in the past few months. First visit from Tom was to unblock the bath. Second visit was to re-lay the existing pipes so that everything drains better. I'm so happy with their work that I have booked another visit to plumb in a dishwasher. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Pure. Everyone we have dealt with are very polite, responsive, competent and knowledgeable. Ashleigh is a pleasure to deal with and Carl and his team of engineers are one of the best contractors we have ever dealt with.

I have used Pure for a number of years now and their workmanship is second to none. Efficient, knowledgeable, personable and quick turnaround. Carl and his team are a joy to deal with ! Great communication, excellent feedback. Would highly recommend.

Excellent staffs, efficient job, reasonable price! 100% recommended!

Of all the trades teams we had work on our new commercial building in Cambridge, Pure Service have been by far the most professional, skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. The team can do almost anything and the peace of mind of knowing each team communicates with each other makes the whole process quicker and much more economical.

Cameron was absolutely brilliant. He fixed our broken pipe quickly and was very professional. I'll be coming back for any future plumbing work we need doing!

Having been let down by British gas homeserve and another company that said they would come but didn't show up. I called Carl and even though he was on holiday he took time to help me get my immersion heater to work, at least we have hot water thanks to Pure services. Highly recomend Carl.

Great experience. Have done lots of work for my company. Very quick and efficient response. Very knowledgeable teams and can deal.with literally anything involved I'm facility management.

Have used Pure for many aspects of work - including plumbing, heating and electrical - for many years now. Always very pleased with the results and, importantly, members of staff are without fail on time, polite and extremely professional. Thoroughly recommend and pleased they are now working on a bathroom renovation for me!

Excellent company, great service guaranteed
