Peter from County Heating and Plumbing has serviced our boiler a few times and has always been reliable and punctual. We called him again when the boiler failed to start this month after not being used since the Spring. He came promptly, diagnosed the problem, returned and fitted the new part, all done very efficiently and thoughfully for a household that is shielding a vulnerable member. I can recommend him and company highly.
County Came and Flushed and Cleaned through our Central Heating System. Now as as good as new and a thoroughly professional job.
One to avoid, a star is too much for this ripped off business. I need a gas cert. and the boiler need a fix, I have sent Peter messages explaining what wrong with the boiler, called him many times until got his answer to make sure he got the text. He said yes, but when turned up bring nothing with him so he can do nothing, not even go in the house but said he will come again next week if I need it done and pay him again. For doing nothing at all he charged me over 80 GBP. He said I have to pay for his time. Dear oh dear over 80 GBP for a few minutes of sitting in his own van, very easy money. I ended up calling another plumber who came in an hour to fixed the problem and get the gas certificates done.
