From asking for initial quote to completion of installation of a complete new boiler system the service was excellent. Ben is so knowledgeable and explain all our options and the staff who installed the system were professional, super efficient, very clean and tidy and polite. Clare in the office was so helpful, friendly and sent out all relevant paperwork and safety certificates very promptly. Will be using them again for planned future works.

From a purview of over 20 years working in office & facilities management, CWS is up there with the best of family run businesses that I’ve had dealings with. From the first visit, quote, installation and admin they have been helpful and professional. However, I must give special mention to Tyler and Joe who worked tirelessly every day and spotlessly cleaned up every night, for 5 days despite having to do it all again the next day. Plus did it all with good humour and easy banter between them and me. I’ve no hesitation in using CWS again or recommending others to do the same.

I’ve been using CWS Heating Ltd since 2023, and they are not only great professionals but also people with big hearts. They never leave you alone with your problem and always go above and beyond to find the best solution in the shortest possible time. Our gas pipe was accidentally damaged by a handyman, and even though the team was fully booked, they still found the time to visit us the same day to assess the issue and returned the next day to fix everything. They understood how difficult it was for us to be without heating and hot water during the winter with two small children. You guys put me a Vaillant Ecotech boiler in recently. Great installation and very friendly guys. I also had a Sensoroom smart thermostat fitted but at the time I had not installed the app on my phone so didn’t immediately connect. When installed it didn’t work. Ben came back to sort it and it turned out to be a link that wasn’t connected. Vaillant hadn’t bothered to say it was needed. Now working well. Thanks Ben.

I had a complete heating system booked in. I was so worried about the disruption and mess also how was I going to move the furniture. The team arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do and my anxiety levels went away. This team is fantastic, full explanation at each stage. They moved furniture, took up carpets, and cleaned up after each day. After 3 pleasant days, I really did nothing apart from putting kettle on. My house was left as they found and had all new radiators and new boiler. Iven clear explanation about how the system worked. Everything was put back as found, carpets look untouched. My grandparents recently moved house and were unable to get in and out of the bath and both had fallen attempting to do so. I called CWS Heating who appreciated the situation and sent someone round the same day to measure everything up and prepare a quote. Less than a week later a new shower cubical was fitted which was a huge relief to me and the family. The quality was excellent, the guys were so professional and my grandparents can now use their bathroom without worrying about falling. To quote my grandad it was "superb" service. We have an old system and although the boiler was working there was no heat at all in the radiators. Colin found the problem and fixed it. Good quality and reasonable charges. I will use CWS next time we have a heating problem.
