PLEASE DON`T USE THIS GUY. DAVE MALLETT DOES NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE AND DOES NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES. ALL THESE REVIEWS CAN`T BE WRONG! HOW THIS GUY IS STILL IN BUSINESS AMAZES ME. OH, HE`LL BE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY THOUGH! ALMOST £25K FROM ME, BUT JUST TRY GETTING HIM BACK! WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.
Does not answer email text or phone. Samsung came and gave us a report on the bad intallation of our air source heat pump. According to them they have no record of him completing samsung training. He failed to register our installation so our 7 year guarantee that we were told we had is invalid. Also problems with leaking pipe where he installed the bathroom. Numerous problems in our road of new build properties.
Came to repair issues with my Air Source Heat Pump and Joule Water tank. Attended on Friday and left to get a fuse, not been seen since and not come back as promised. Left with no heating. Ignores all messages left on phones.
Wish we had never used, left unsightly copper pipework on display in new build property to all bathrooms, didn't turn up on site when agreed and then uncontactable. Left job incomplete and therefore heating system was left in unusable condition and then demanded payment in full.
Do not use he will leave the job incomplete then insist on money.
