I was extremely impressed from the moment I emailed for help. Possible times came back, I chose what suited. Ben arrived on time but did not know my system. He read the instruction I have and found the password. He then did a number of checks found the fault isolated it, did a retest and had to set it up. Brilliant. While doing all this he answered the many questions I asked. Thank You.
Complicated install due to 2 separate solar panel setups, creating a hardware/software problem setting up the WiFi control of the batteries. System is now fully working due in no small part to the dogged perseverance of the engineers. Well done guys 👍

Big thanks to Joe, Chelsey and Ami who guided us through the potential options for our solar and battery setup. The installation week went smoothly, with Jay and Ricky weathering some torrential weather to get the panels on the roof, resulting in a neat installation with bird proofing to the main roof. The installation of the battery was completed neatly and was the first Nick had installed of this generation. After a week of living with the system, we are delighted with the results so far. I would not hesitate to recommend Greener Energy Ltd and look forward to working with them again, when expanding our battery system in the future. They gave honest advice as to what we should do until we were happy to do ahead. The installation went smoothly with everyone working professionally to work through any problems that came up (not that any really did) They also cleared up after the works. Had a roofing problem requiring the panels installed back in 2015 to be removed and then reinstalled back in 2022 by a different company. Had intermittent problems with the panels not generating when wet due to an earthing issue. Joe from Greener Future has been excellent. He identified the problem during first visit and suggested optimisers needed replacing. The fault has now been fully resolved and all panels are producing. A problem that was haunting me for almost 6 months was resolved within 2 weeks and would have been even quicker if we hadn’t experienced such awful weather recently. Joe kept in contact daily, quote provided and work completed at a convenient time for me and the weather. Panels were also cleaned, all optimisers replaced and all fixings repaired. Fantastic customer service from the beginning. Local company who answered my first enquiry late On a Friday & made arrangements to come out and see what the issue was and kept me informed throughout. When our Fits meter stopped working, we found Greener Future in Totton, local to us. Then from the first phone call to ask for a quote, which came within minutes, booking of a engineer to fit in with our work, to the invoicing and ease of payment, all really good. The day came for the work to be done and that was professionally carried out, including advice that our system was lacking an RCD, safety switches and surge protection when fitted. There was no pressure selling just advise that to bring it up to todays standard he would recommend that we had it done. Second phone call and again great service from Amy and Chelsey, quickly a quote arrived and a date booked that suited us. Two professional electricians arrived and completed the work in a couple of hours. All staff were polite and a pleasurer to deal with, leaving everything clean and tidy, explaining what they had done before they left. Highly recommend.

From my initial enquiry to the completion of works at my home, Greener Future Ltd has been a decent company to deal with. My many queries were patiently answered and of the three companies I asked to quote, only Greener Future bothered to come to my home to carry out a full survey. This was not easy for them as I live on the Isle of Wight, and they are based in Southampton. The installation was carried out exactly as planned, on time with minimal disruption. Everything was tidy and clear after both days of work. The scaffold was erected and removed swiftly with the minimum of fuss. Everything was explained well and there is still a very good ongoing after-sales service. My installation is working very well so far, so overall I am very happy with the investment I've made. I have no hesitation in recommending Greener Future Ltd, if you are considering having this work done.
I live in the South West near Plymouth but chose this company because not only were they competitive they were a pleasure to deal with. They respond to e-mails promptly as their main communication medium and all the people I dealt with (including their sub-contractor) were knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They also worked well with my local roofing contractor that I had employed for some roof work at the same time. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of doing a solar installation.

A great experience from start to finish the app is amazing , day 1 and we are already using the battery to provide our energy and nothing from the grid . Perhaps the best thing I ever did! I got this installation after waiting a year. I had got a quote over a year ago, which I could not take up at the time because I needed to raise the money to pay for installation. I managed to raise sufficient funds but by then the organisation from whom I obtained the original quote no longer installed these battery installations. So I went online and Greener Future Ltd was recommended. They carried out the installation on the 17th and 18th October 2022. It was done fantastically well and everything was fully operational - with the App fully operational from and including 18th October 2022 The system enables the battery to be fully charged during off peak hours, as well as being charged during the day when the solar panels, which I had installed some years ago, are generating electricity. The installation was carried out by Greener Future’s Joe with great efficiency. The site was difficult because of so many garden obstructions - and other problems which the installer had to surmount. These were all dealt with without complaint or difficulty. The installer showed me how to operate the system which included a switchover facility - so if there were blackouts, I could transfer the whole house’s electricity via the battery. I heartily recommend Greener Future Ltd for this type of installation. Bearing in mind what is to come - that is shortage of energy, high cost of energy, renewables and so on - everyone should seriously consider installing this sort of sophisticated system – it is worth ‘selling the family silver’ to do this! It is clear that the harnessing of renewable energy is absolutely vital to ensure a decent and reasonably economic way of life. I have experience of solar energy use in sub-Saharan Africa where a charity, of which I am a trustee, has installed several wells whose pumps are operated by electricity generated by solar energy and by the use of solar charged batteries. This is the way to go globally – assisted by such companies as the highly recommended Greener Future Limited.
I used Greener Future to have solar panels installed on my property. It wasn't a straight forward job as I live in a thatched cottage so the panels couldn't go on the roof. I think the organisation and communication before and during the work was exemplary and the customer service impeccable.
