AEC Solar Energy Solutions

Duward was very helpful and did a great job with providing us a quote for a new solar panel invertor. He then carried out the work in a timely and professional manner. We are very happy with our new invertor and the service provided by Duward.

I have used Duward’s services on a number of occasions now to install and upgrade my battery, solar and inverters. He is very professional, helpful and accommodating and importantly does an excellent job for his customers at a fair price. I would not have any hesitation in recommending Duward to anyone and have done so to friends and family. Thanks again Duward for a great install 👍

Amazing service. We had the give energy solar and battery installed by Duward. Definitely 5 star service. From advising us on the best avalable solution, assisting with the government scheme , spotless clean quick execution, to being always available if we had any questions or needed application adjustments ;) lol. We have the solar system with battery for over 2 years now and recently the inverter stopped working, Duward was very responsive, in no time come to check what the issue was, contacted the give energy team on our behalf, booked Give Energy engineer, dealing with all the paperwork, set all up on the warranty and so that the Inverter was replaced without any costs. As well Duward done installations for a few of our friends and family, each time providing the best service.

I cannot fault Duward's professionalism, care, prompt response and clear diagnosis of the fault and work needed to repair my pv system. My 10 year+ inverter stopped working and in just over a week, Duward replaced it with a new one! I would highly recommend AEC Solar Energy for any necessary related work. In this day and age, such efficiency is a rarity.

Great installation of a my energi Zappi car charger. Quick and friendly install and provide all the required certifications. Very happy with this project.

The process of installing solar panels and battery, was seamless from start to finish. Duward responded to every email by return, always having answers to our numerous queries. He spent a considerable amount of time ensuring the panels were sited symmetrically, on the most efficient elevation, working around a gas flue. His roofers worked well with the company retiling our roof. He always turned up on time, on many occasions in the evening and at weekends, and spent time explaining the system after installation. Early days ( installation July 23) but looking forward to reduced energy bills this winter. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

AEC Solar Energy Solution (Duward) was asked to increase the size of the system by 9 more panels (5-14), upgrade the Inverter and add a total of 19.9Kw battery storage and AC coupled inverter. Duward is very professional and the system has worked flawlessly since installation. It comprises of 3.78Kw solar on a 3.68 inverter and the battery storage system from GivEnergy. Our electric bills, now in spring, are down to less than a pound a day (including standing charge) and that includes charging the EV.

I could not recommend this company enough. Duward was professional from start to finish. The quote and the replies to all my queries throughout the entire process were quick and accurate. From quote to installation everything was very smooth. If anyone is thinking about solar energy solutions, this is the company to go for! I will not hesitate to get in touch with AEC Solar Energy Solutions again if I need solar energy or related products.

Excellent service from all stages; survey, quotation, installation and commissioning. Any questions we had were promptly answered and after the installation all functions of the system we had installed (PV and battery) were explained and demonstrated. Roofers were also excellent and even replaced some broken tiles they came across! Would easily recommend AEC to anyone requiring Solar installation.

I have dealt with a large number of Solar battery suppliers over the past 6 months trying to secure a supplier for Solar batteries, and have had a number of very bad experiences. However, once I contacted Duward at AEC, my requirements were quickly met in a very efficient and professional manner. Excellent service and great value.

We had our battery installed in October 2022 and had no problems or complaints about how Duward carried out the work. He recommended and installed an 8.2Kw GivEnergy battery. In addition to doing the work well he was very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him if you are looking for work to be done well.

Duward provided a first class service from the beginning of this process to the eventual installation of our solar panels. Any queries we had were answered quickly and efficiently. For a process that was somewhat daunting when we started the solar panel journey to the panels expertly installed, we were very grateful to have AEC Solar Energy Solutions involved. We would not hesitate to ask Duward if we were intending to carry out any more similar work. Anne G
