Would give ten stars if we could. Entire did our bathroom last year and we have just had our kitchen completely redone, including a new ceiling and the walls plastered. Greg, our fitter was, as always respectful, clean and tidy. Greg is a perfectionist and ensured our kitchen is perfect. The electricians, plasterer, flooring person and decorator were all tidy and respectful of our home. We can’t recommend the highly enough.

Our experience was totally positive from the initial call out to the completion of the work. Our engineer, Ed, was polite, clean working and efficient; further he arrived on time! Our experience with the electrician, Sam, was similarly pleasing. We would be happy to use Entire in the future.

On May 28 Adam came from Entire Group to give our ageing radiator system a PowerFlush which took the whole day. He was thorough and careful in his work to make sure that all the 11 radiators were functioning properly by the end of the day. Next Winter will be the big test, but from all we can see so far, the system works again and the PowerFlush was carried out in a conscientious and careful manner.

I think this is the fourth or fifth time Entire have done work for me. Greg was brilliant as usual and Melonie in the office is phenomenally efficient. Once again, I could not fault Entire.

These guys did a great job at fixing a small plumbing leak I had for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended.

Entire has been very unreliable and bordering on dishonest on a number of occasions. They 'serviced' an old boiler several times - call outs and parts, but no joy. We then replaced the boiler with another company. Still, Entire badgered me for an annual service. By mistake (too many emails and reminders), I booked an appointment, and was charged even when I tried to send them back. DO NOT USE THEM.

The Plumber arrived on time,on inspection immediately the problem. Unassembled the toilet system, replaced the problem items and reassembled. The syatem leak was cured and the area was clean. Will use this company again.

We are extremely pleased with the service received from the Entire Group, from a boiler service that condemned an old boiler, through an emergency replacement of an immersion on the hot water tank, to the final installation of a new boiler. Their employees are a credit to the Company. Mark responded quickly to a call to say that we had no hot water due to the Immersion failing, and fixed the problem within 3 hours of the initial call. The installation of a new boiler was completed by a very cheerful (Sir) David, who was thoroughly professional throughout the process. He kept us informed of what he was doing, and ensured a trouble free experience.

This week Entire serviced our condensing boiler and in a separate job replaced kitchen taps. Both carried out efficiently by helpful and courteous engineers. The office is well run and turns round invoices quickly. Recommended.

I phoned for a gas boiler service earlier this week and was given today's appointment. The engineer was fast, polite and friendly, explained what he was doing and pointed out a future problem that needed attention - excellent!

I have always received friendly polite engineers who are professional and say they enjoy working for this company. I feel therefore they do a much better job than some companies I have previously employed. Would recommend.

These guys are thorough! You might be able to find someone a tad cheeper - but, believe me, sitting in a freezing home during the Beast From the East is not fun. I've dealt with them for some years. They've got the kit and got the experience and will explain what they are doing. So you might learn something as well which could well pay off during the depths of winter.

Very satisfied with all the works carried out by your company Mark,and Dave were very thorough in everything that was carried out .

Regrettably although their plumber was polite and efficient, we consider we were totally ripped off. Without warning of the price they used parts from a supplier costing more than 35% more than available from Screwfix, Toolstation etc and then added a 20% mark up (before then VAT on top). An hour and a half straightforward replacement of a shower pump cost over £900. I strongly recommend against using them.

Boiler failed in a frigid January and Entire replaced it with a brand new one within a few days. Engineers fully explained how everything works and couldn't do enough to help us. Great support & service and highly recommend them.

Entire Group did a really professional job on replacing my ageing heating system. Tradesman arrived on time, got on with the job with no fuss. The installation went perfectly, my new boiler fitted perfectly in the kitchen cupboard and it was possible to use the existing flue which made a really neat job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, first class.

I booked an appointment for a tenant gas safety check at 11am, specifying that I would be traveling over to the property for the appointment. I received a voicemail at 9am (couldnt take the call as I was in a meeting at work) saying they'd be there in 25 mins, ie before 9:30am. I rushed over, only to have the engineer say he'd forgotten a piece of kit to do the job and that he would be 40 mins to get it and get back to me. If I book an appointment at 11am, I get there may be some flexibility in timings, but not more than 90mins. I can't be waiting in all day, losing half a days pay or more, for an engineer to rock up when they want. The fact he forgot his kit was just insult to injury. Not a good experience and I'd be wary of using this company again.

The service engineer called to say he was 20 minutes away. He was really thorough in servicing the boiler, called us to look at something that wasn’t an immediate problem but could be in the future. He tested in the attic and outside and left us confident that a full service had been done well. He was personable and professional. A great service!

Amazing company.I highly recommend them. Our old boiler broke down on the coldest night for 12 years and couldn’t be repaired. They were quick to come to our rescue and fitted a new boiler. Everyone was really helpful and professional. Our new boiler has been in for six weeks now and we can’t believe the difference the new boiler made. Our home is now warmer than its ever been.

This involved a cold water tank replacement from an old galvanised leaky one. We were patient to get the problem resolved after 3 weeks delay due to the Cambridge factor.
